We were too late on valentines to book a meal anywhere so opted for a takeaway , our meal was delivered piping hot and absolutely delicious Will defiantly order again from here

The take away food they we have just had was great. It was all on par to food you would have in a very expensive restaurant. A big thank you to the people at Aroi Thai a lovely meal.

I have been coming here for years and it's without a doubt the best Thai takeaway in Walsall. Friendly staff, a great menu, always freshly cooked and sensible prices. The Pad Thai and green curry are exceptional. Always nice when they give some complimentary prawn crackers too.

First time ordering from here. Absolutely gorgeous hot tasty food will definatly be ordering again....loved it..thank you....

The food is absolutely devine. Packed with flavour... always comes piping hot. My favourite takeaway, living in Brownhills. Few favourites are the Pad thai, beef in oyster sauce, egg fried rice. Highly recommended

I don't know if there is a new chef. But the food this evening was very poor. Very greasy and bland. No chilli, no fresh flavours, like I'm used to from Aroi. Last time I use this place. Shame but not going to waste my money

Just wow, Khaawp khun khap definitely Aroi food. This is some of the best Thai food I have eaten in the UK. The staff were lovely, friendly and hospitalable we were even given a bottle of water while we waited as it was an extremely hot day. Highly recommend this place.

What can I say. Worst customer experience of my life and I'm 50 plus. Was advised to order on Their website to avail a 20 percent discount. I ordered directly off the website. They rang me to say they were aware of the order but had not received the money. Apparently they have all sorts of IT problems with their platforms with payments being sent to third party suppliers etc. In summary though despite them telling Me to use their website they see all the problems as very much the customers fault and refused to give me my money back or fulfill the order. Rather bizarrely asking me as the innocent customer to sort out all the issues they are facing. I'm £20 out of pocket. Absolutely disgusted and appalled. I think Il

I always come here all the time when ever me and my husband come here. The staff have been amazing! They recently told us that a new chef from London is in the kitchen. She is absolutely amazing and such lovely team! We had come to collect it wasn’t ready so we had waited ten minutes which we absolutely didn’t mind at all as the guy had offered us a drink and some prawn crackers which was so lovely of him. As we got our food omg it took us back to Thailand 😍 food was lovely recommend the chicken satay and Massaman with beef if your into a little kick sauce is amazing! Usually really great food but the last couple of times, when ordering a Thai green, it’s been rather salty and really spicy (I love my chillis but it’s gone to extremes) and overpowers the other great flavours which I know are in the curry! Also the price seems to have shot up a lot too. I’ll think harder next time I order from here which is a shame as it used to be lovely.

Ordered for the first time today and the food was really tasty, Tom yum soup was the best ever with so many vegetables. The panang curry was delicious will definitely be ordering again.

Phone on, Google says open, website says open so I order and pay on their website to arrive and they are closed. Perfect.

Food was banging, came on time probably about 20 min from when the phone went down delivery driver was a nice chap. Food was dead fresh definitely will be going again !

Bought a collection from here the other day. 1st time eating here and was very happy with the food. Came on a recommendation from my family and wasn’t disappointed. Flavours were spot on and portions were huge. So much it fed me a few times over.

Had a gorgeous meal from here yesterday. The food was delicious and you could tell it was made with fresh ingredients. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Will definitely order from here again in the future.

Absolutely the BEST. Very helpful and friendly staff, quick delivery and excellent quality food. You can really taste the individual spices coming through. The quality of the food is second to none, infact it was that good that I rang up and ordered the same as I had ordered (king prawn green curry, panang king prawn curry & sticky rice) and had it delivered to my father and brother for those to try. It really was a that good. I'm certainly looking forwards to trying everything on the menu over the coming months.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service when ringing to ask where our meal was after a 2 hour wait. Was told I should have expected delays - Which I did originally, after being told it would be 1 hour. This then changed to 1hr30 after 2hrs I rang again. I was told that it would be a further 20 minutes (ours was the 2nd run....). I asked to cancel my order and the attitude of the staff member was terrible. I was told "where do you expect to order something else and it get to you in 20 minutes on valentines?" if it wasn't for this comment, I may have waited. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again, and will not be recommending. If I could give 0 stars I would, awful!

Had a meal from Aroi a couple of weeks ago & food was very good, wait time was one hour so a little long but if you plan it is worth it. Ordered a meal for four people 30/01/21 & was told 45 minutes, we left it 55 minutes more then went to collect it. We were told they hadn't even started it the man said he would give us a call when it was ready which he never did. I called them 40 minutes so one hour 40 minutes after original call to be told they were busy & still hadn't started it, I told the man I was appalled with the service & cancelled the order. Such a shame as the food is very good they just need to be more honest & organised.

Very, very tasty food, first time I’ve tried the Thai food from here, Penang curry was a fantastic flavour fest, slight kick but wonderful flavour. Sticky rice cooked perfectly, the pork starter was my favourite, absolutely bostin!! If I had to be nit picky I’d say the wings were a bit small, decent crunch and ok sauce, but everything else was cracking, make a change from Chinese or Indian, you won’t regret it

Just had it for the first time. Excellent, all fresh ingredients and plenty of food. I had chicken pad thai extra spicy. Will return.

The food has always been excellent, but the menu has suddenly increased in price quite drastically, without updating the website. I cancelled my order because when they told me the new prices it was far too expensive. To increase prices so dramatically is quite unusual, and also disappointing. Until this is rectified we sadly won't be using them again, and we were pretty regular customers.

The food is very tasty and cooked authentically fresh to order. We have ordered by telephone and had food delivered, it arrived promptly within the the timescale given when ordering. The food was hot on arrival and delivered by a courteous driver. We have also ordered at the premises and the staff are very pleasant and welcoming and the food produced in a timely manner. If you like Thai food, you will have to go many a mile to try and find anything better. Give Aroi Thai a try you will thoroughly enjoy your meal

Discovering this place in Walsall was a very pleasant surprise. We ordered 2 x Prawn Pad Thai which were amazing value and delicious too! I am very fussy with my Pad Thai and I really was impressed. The only thing they could do to improve the pad Thai would be to offer extra peanuts and chilli flakes in separate small tubs so we can add it ourselves. Would be happy to pay extra for this option!

I have been to Thailand many times and love Thai food. I have never used this establishment before and i thought i would give it a try and was looking forward to eating there set lunch menu. I phoned and asked for a delivery to my address and told it would be 45 minutes. I waited a hour and half and telephoned twice to ask where my food was . The excuse given was the driver was maybe stuck in traffic, despite i only live in Rushall and because of the covid there is less traffic on the roads. I never once received a phone call to apologize for the late delivery. I was starving and fed up of waiting and decided to cook something at home instead. Take my word for it i will NEVER use this take away again.

Please may you let me know your opening hours. I came on monday it was closed, so I checked the website and just drove their this evening and once again closed. There isnt a sign on the door stipulating any different hours to what is online. I look forward to tasting your cuisine. A big thai food fan!
