Ordered from a few Chinese restaurants in Walsall but this 1 is the best . Food was hot and fresh . Staff was friendly and helpful with explaining the menu .. 10/10 our new favourite Chinese

Orderd 2 specials chicken balls chips and curry sauce was very dry as was very little curry sauce so was disappointed

First time trying moon palace and the food is delicious, highly recommend. Also food came within half an hour and was all cooked very well.

We were down from North Wales looking to pick a car up. Looked for a Chinese restaurant but could only find a takeaway. Phoned up places the order the young lady was so polite taking the order said it be ready in 20 and it was again the young lady was so nice. We paid £20 for a meal for 2 of us. The food was outstanding and the portions ware so generous.

Best Chinese I've ever had. As a vegetarian, Chinese dishes are often gloopy, soft and bland, but here I've found only ever use nice fresh veg and the noodles have perfect bite. The flavour is good, though I have noticed 2 styles so some days better than others. Always pick up so can't comment on delivery times. Lovely staff, and fair prices.

The food here is good. The delivery times and customer relations are abysmal. Allow a minimum 1 1/2 hours. Not acceptable.

I miss you.. This was my go to Chinese almost every week and I’ve now moved 150 miles away and cannot find another like it. I think of Moon Palace 24/7 and miss them so much. Best Chinese about, banging food and there is no Chinese up to the standard I Miss you

I've being ordering regularly from this Chinese for 4 years beautiful food I love the king prawn curry with mushrooms fried rice chips and chicken chow mein always fresh prawns are very large and juicy and fresh lovely takeaway

Ordered for first time tonight And it was absolutley gorgeous. Nice and hot on arrival and tasted amazing. Will be a regular customer from now on.

Wouldn't even rate it a 1star! There was 2 long black hairs in my food and they said we took our hair out and put it in! They spoke to me and my mom so rude!! I'd never go there again!

I've been ordering from this takeaway some time now and the food quality is still the same. Freshly made, full of flavours and a very quick delivery. Their Happy family dish and the Special Moon Palace Chown Mein are to die for. Very satisfied with the service and food and highly recommended!!

This place has absolutely beautiful views! Quick service and the most beautiful and friendly staff. Despite it being a very busy weekend with the spice girls performing near by they managed to serve 300 guests for lunch and still managed to maintain a high level of service. Thank you :)

They messed my order up and the man who owns/manages it was very rude about his mistake. The food we did have was disgusting. It’s cost me a fortune tonight as I had to order from elsewhere.

Management has changed several times over the last few years. Unfortunately this seems to have caused a deterioration of service rather than an improvement. The food is ok but nothing special and the current staff appear a little disinterested and harrased rather than eager to please. That said, the food is reasonably priced and neatly packaged.

I never eat from here, so can not coment

I have used this Chinese regularly and THEY have just cocked up my order with something I do not like, so I asked my partner to take it back but they refused to change it and we're very rude after all these years of using them. We are regulars and we get treated badly by them for there mistake and we have also had food poisoning from there recently. So I advise DO NOT go to this Chinese it's bad service and bad food.
