Costa Coffee in Walsall

Really disappointed. Feel cheated. Came in for the breakfast deal. £6.49 for coffee and breakfast bap x 2. Then asked for 2 cakes which were on offer in the app as 2 for £4. Got charged £20.68! Apparently using an app offer cancels the breakfast deal!!! Overcharged £3.70. If had bought separately then I would have got both deals. Crazy system. Assistant could have pointed this out and it would have been good customer service.

Two lovely staff members Summer and Alicia went above and beyond to make sure my drink was correct. Loverly customer service and drink was very nice too. Thank you.

Service is decidedly slow at this store. Not a welcoming environment at all which is a shame for a Costa.

Felt invisible. Got to the front of a 3 person queue, not acknowledged by any of the 3 staff behind the counter. Just eat came in behind us and was in and out. After 5 minutes of being ignored we walked out.

Lovely cafe, the toasties are delicious, and I highly recommend trying the cappuccino, white hot chocolate, and the new warm milkshakes if you haven't already as they are all lovely.

Went in at 09.00 on a Saturday morning was not busy however staff were very welcoming. The toilet was clean 👌🏻. Staff were friendly, and Coffee was amazing, along with a flap jack

We have visited costa at Reedswood Walsall since opening and want to say how amazing Amy one of the managers is. Always a smile on her face, remembers you and just absolutely fantastic customer service. The best coffee and staff! Thank you for making our visits so brilliant.

I had to review Costa at Reedswood, whenever I go everyone is so polite and cannot help enough and even when ordering through Just Eat they get it right EVERYTIME!!! Well done everyone and the staff here are an asset to the Company!!!

First time in a Costa cafe very surprised how friendly and good they are

Drive through is great for a Costa on the go

My Mother and I often have our catch ups at Costa Coffee and the staff are wonderful and polite. The staff are super busy with one on drive through and one on tills they deserve more support during busier times. But they are wonderful. A real credit.

Ordered via the Costa app. Chose eat in.. every thing was provided as takeaway and it cost more than if I'd just paid at the till.

Cannot fault Costa coffee at all service was excellent staff very friendly and helpful great place for a drink and snack.

Food was not as good as normal no toast and no tea cakes they had ordered them but none turned up. No atmosphere as we were the only ones in there.

Possibly the worst Costa ever, and I visit quite a few. Very unhelpful staff, drinks poorly made, cold - too hot, and they always try and sell syrups???? Staff were rude when I asked to use my free drink. Disappointing visits so won’t be using again

Great experience on my first visit to this recently opened site. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Fast and efficient service, too. Drinks and food were spot on, all piping hot and done exactly to my specific request. Plenty of seating available, and the tables were all clean and ready for guests. It's definitely up there as one of the better Costa sites I've been to, and I shall return.

Parking on site no fee to pay for parking, drive through facility available. located within the reeswood retail park. Staff seem pleasant enough,been on site twice now. Premises are fairly large , they have facilities to rinse your own reusable mug. Wheelchair accessible too.

Went through the drive thru &wasnt too happy as we only received half a cup of hot chocolate! However, we went inside &the workers were happy to remake our drinks and even gave us a free slice of cake for the inconvenience! Thanks Jonathan & Jas you were both so lovely! :)
