Costa Coffee in Walsall

Appalling service, the drinks were definitely not up to scratch. Charged for one drink then told didn't have syrup. Woman actually making drinks didn't seem to be bothered about the appearance of them and ran out of cream was about to just fob me off with it but another staff member told her to top it up which she did reluctantly. Love Costa but will definitely not be coming to this one again

Today I was fortunate to be served by leah . I had exceptional service high praise all round . Extremely helpful definitely will return all staff seemed happy and helped. Thank you so much leah!!

Had to cancel original order from Costa in Aldridge as the quote or 15-30 mins became an hour and then this quoted 15-30 mins too and that became 40mins so wasn't very happy

Way too expensive. We refuse to pay these prices for a quick 'coffee' or a little pastry. Prefer to bring our own in a flask for >10% of their price. How do family of 4 or 5 afford this?

If you've been to any Costa you already know what it is. Fairy soulless as an experience and the coffee is ok.

A quiet Costa in the Saddler's Shopping Centre. No WiFi for customers now. They used to have O2 WiFi about a decade ago (I think). Not far from Walsall Station. Friendly staff.

Literally the rudest barista I’ve ever seen in my life. The customer service is so bad. I ordered large hot chocolate with 3 extra scoops of hot chocolate powder in the till. The person was making the she said we can’t make hot chocolate with 3 extra scoops and she was making the hot chocolate with just 3 scoops. I wanted strong one and she make me the weakest one.

A nice FULL cup of coffee & good.

No composer again yet I paid for it . Why can I order and pay for it off the app when you do not have it ?

Very poor customer service a lot of drinks they did not have did not provide me with any alternative drink ideas. I was dining in and they gave me a paper cup to drink out of . I will definetly be using the other Costa coffee in walsall Town in future . Staff need some customer skills training .

Very poor customer service. The lady who took the order was friendly enough but the lady who made the drinks kept giving filthy looks to us for no apparent reason whilst making our drinks and handing them to us. She then continued to do this for the duration of us sitting in. No smile, please or thank you- just looking at us like we were something on the bottom of her shoe. Not an acceptable way to treat paying customers. Won’t be in a hurry to visit this one again.

Good service, tables are usually clean and tidy but sometimes they haven't been cleaned.

If you order from just eat your food will always come cold, the driver will take your food in the opposite direction first every time.

With Christmas finally here the long wait for the festive drinks is finally over!😂 I made it my mission to go try the terry orange hot chocolate and it didn’t disappoint😍

Mediocre at best. I went to this Costa yesterday and got served a Hot Chocolate with barely tasteable customisations, and 2 way too strong coffees. If you're in the area and want a Costa, I suggest walking the extra 2 minutes to the New Art Gallery Costa.

Coffee and a cake. It's Costa you know how they work, up to a standard but a bit pricy.

I'm vegetarian so I ordered a vegan BBQ chicken panini and received what looks like a ham and cheese toastie, and that was cold (not through eating it!) and all dried up. £5.25 for that - disgusting!

Teach your staff some manners. It's 2022 and everyone is entitled to dress how they want and order what they want. The middle aged brown haired woman literally looked me up and down and continued staring at me throughout my order with none of the warmth she gave the previous and next customer after me, she made a snarky comment about me ordering a cold drink on a cold day to the younger blonde haired girl, who in turn gave me a look aswell, both of them gave me a sarcastic farewell, you work in customer service, you don't have to like all your customers but at least be professional.

The toilets here are a disgrace. My elderly mother tried to use them and as she was not over 5'8" was unable to use the toilet easily which is on a pedestal which you cannot stand on. The floor was wet and slippy as it seems others may have also had problems using the toilet. The staff use the same toilets so although they were very helpful they would have to negotiate and clean where customers may have had an accident in the toilet and missed the bowl or tried to put tissues on the floor to dry it. Very unhygienic and unsafe for customers and staff. Very surprised that this Costa seems to have been left with such bad toilets by management.

Not bad. Past few times I have visited the hot chocolate has been but lukewarm so very disappointed

Drinks were nice as always. lady who served us (Natalie) was very rude and seemed arrogant and argumentative for no apparent reason. We also scanned the costa card and she didn’t make us aware that the card didn’t go through so we’ve missed out on 2 more beans on our app.

Staff are really nice and friendly the coffee is OK but we are sure it tasted better in the past now have to have an extra shot in a flat white to get some taste of coffee it was the same in the Wolverhampton store a few weeks ago

Coffe was fine, cake was nice, The staff couldn't crack a smile if they tried and they wouldn't take a Scottish ten pound note, which last time I heard was legal UK currency.

Nice coffee but the lady behind the counter was very impatient and rude. The place was also quite noisy that I almost had to shout to order.

Needed to have a drink and a sit down. From memory,I had an iced coffee latte which hit the spot! Was very refreshing. The staff were friendly and efficient. If you need a break from shopping,I would recommend this place. There is a toilet for paying customers too.

Slow, coffee expensive and cold

It didnt taste right bad quality . And also very late and saying 3 minutes then 6 then 8 minutes very appauling wasn’t what I wanted on a Saturday morning . Can you either resent them or refund .

Horrific service towards my pregnant wife, who planned to use the facilities and then purchase a drink. Diabolical customer service.

Absolutely disgusting customer service yesterday from the lady behind the till. She proceeded to shout across the room "HELLO , toilets are for customers only" after telling her I was using the toilet to then buy a drink after to take on the train. I decided not to use the toilet or buy a drink from Costa due to her absolute rudeness. She could have asked in a much nicer way. Will never use this Costa again and I am a regular train passenger.

Bit of a que, service is always very slow so if in a rush give the Costa a miss, coffee just tasted like warmed up milk for the price you would like to taste coffee ☕

I have ordered two slices of lemon cakes and I received just one. Restaurant’s fault. But it’s disgusting to pay for two and get just one🤬
