Fui a tomar un café con mi pequeño y tuve que limpiar una de las dos tronas mezcladas yo mismo, lo cual el miembro del personal me vio hacer y no me ofreció ayuda. También se ha implementado un sistema unidireccional para que Covid no se adhiera en absoluto, ¡las mesas no se borran después de cada cliente! ! Mesas tambaleantes y suelos sucios = ¡no volveré a ir allí! Estos problemas son graves cualquier día, pero durante la pandemia son aún peores.
Tried to purchase avocado but with bacon not smoked salmon, not only couldn’t they do this but couldn’t do it without the salmon either, apparently all pre made food, how awful.
Food was not all that hot, small portions, very little communication with staff,no drinks served at table other than water, only one staff member seemed prepared to go out of his way to help us.Most of the hotel staff were gathered together chatting rather than clearing things away when required. It felt like they didn't want to be there - which, being New Years Eve was probably true.
Thought I would get a meal for the family 2 kids and 2 adults the sever wasn't very good and when we got the food home the burger where stone cold and the fries were stone cold and like cardboard the only thing that was nice was the coke and oasis
Just awful, new owners have taken over, let’s be honest this is a takeaway with seats. The atmosphere is as about exciting as the heat in the building, ie none, I went to the gents and thought I have started vaping before I realised it was just my breath misting up. First dinner I have eaten with my jacket on, obviously being run on the remains of a shoe string…..The one waiter lacked both personality and professionalism in equal measure, he mumbled something about being on his own, I didn’t listen because I genuinely stopped caring. On the upside the new owners won’t be there for long at this rate so the experince will be short lived. It’s times like this that you miss Cam and No72 in bidford, now that is how you run a good restaurant. If you have the choice of going here or M&S for a ready meal, you stand a better chance of getting more engagement and customer experince out of an inanimate chiller in M&S than you do in this place…. PS bring you our heater for heat and layer up!!!
This is the closest KFC for us, so we come here relatively regularly. Although I have a receipt from April, we came in January as well. The April experience was poor but the Jan experience was much better so I've averaged the scores. As you can not get KFC points at the store, you need to order via the app, which I did not know until the lady behind the counter told me (Jan experience). The Apr 23 experience just said you need to contact customer services!
Food was KFC standard and the family was happy.
Likely to go again, as we do like KFC, but there more choices at these services which could be better.

Un poco anticuado necesito un poco de TLC.
Tuve una comida en el bar bastante mal mi hermana tenía pizza ella no estaba impresionada fría y dura iam celíaco así que solo tenía patatas fritas de ensalada griega fría era una ensalada griega solo pimientos cue par de oliva y 4 cubos de feta no impresionado como no barato.
Good job this pub has finally, went with friends a week before it closed and could not believe the attitude of the old lady behind the bar, she was rude and abrupt to the couple before me as she charged £3 for a glass of water with a dash if blackcurrant, poured me a pint of Guinness in a Carling glass which of course was unacceptable, I said i am not having in that, luckily their was a guy behind the bar who fetched s glass from from the back which was obviously much better, she does not have any customer knowledge how on how treat people and to be honest is hopeless behind the bar, thank god the wacky the GK and her has gone .
Esto solía ser un lugar bien, es sólo una comida para llevar, no un restaurante. Creo que ha sido tomado. Desde entonces he estado 3 veces en cada vez que me han enviado con comida para llevar de otra persona, entonces las chicas de mostrador no son muy inteligentes anoche, era el único lugar abierto, así que en contra de mi juicio, decidí comprar a todos un chino de nuevo, todo era incorrecto, estaba parcialmente allí. Estaba destinado a haber platos vegetarianos que resultaron no estar llenos de carne. Tenía una gamba y cebolla de primavera de jengibre, lo que me ha puesto muy enfermo. He estado despierta toda la noche y ha estado saliendo de ambos extremos. Estoy escribiendo esta crítica a las 4: 30 de la mañana todavía en dolor los nuevos propietarios claramente no son tan buenos.
Food is very bland and both dishes that are supposed to be spicy (soup & chow mein) were not at all spicy. Delivery took an hour & 25 minutes on a Sunday night (not peak). Very disappointing!

When I ordered a hot chocolate, I requested it not to be too hot. The staff member initially claimed this wasn't possible but eventually complied after I expressed my dissatisfaction. She then asked if I was having a “bad day,” to which I replied my day was excellent until I came to Costa Coffee. I requested to speak with the manager, twice but received no response on how long she would be, clearly they saw me waiting. When I approached the counter, the manager then decided to acknowledge me, I found her dismissive and wanting to focus on other customers instead of addressing my concerns.
While I understand it was busy, there should be a proper procedure for handling in-store complaints. Overall, this experience was disappointing and the staff extremely patronising. I won't be returning to this particular location -
We love staying at the Home2Suites in Forest Park. Our driver, Tonee, dropped us off and picked us up from an Italian restaurant at The Hill. She was so friendly! She engaged in conversation with us about the area. Tonee is a real asset to the Hilton properties.
