I had my sons birthday party here yesterday and it was amazing I couldn't thank the girls in the wacky enough we all had a lovely time and my son really enjoyed himself. The lovely girl who works there was so polite and made it very stress for me I didn't have to do a thing she done everything for me so I would like to just say a massive thank you to the blonde girl with her hair in the pony tail didn't get chance to get her name at the end but she is a credit to that place !

We used to go here regularly before lockdown—not for amazing food but for when we wanted something cheap, quick and relatively tasty. Unfortunately my salad in my wrap was dry and old and everyone else’s food was dry or bland. The worst of it was how tired and dirty the place had become at time when cleanliness should be a priority. Sad too see. Won’t be retuning unless standards change drastically.

Hello. Following a booking to the reservoir (Earlswood) following a table l booked for my partners birthday suprise. On arrival the pub was empty. We booked two steak mix ups from the menu. And drinks. We waited 45 minutes and no sign of any food? I asked at the bar for my food as by this time we had lost our appetite. Later the two steak mix ups arrived to the table. Both from under heat lamps!! Dried out leather steaks baked dry rice and salad. Skillet was baked dry onions baked on skillet. We complained and on of the three Managers agreed with my comments. He said the cook who was new was creating some very bad meals!!! My third bad experience with Greene king. Regards Ray

Food OK but the place its self is a bit of a dump to be honest in need of a good clean, the toilets were disgusting 😐, we won't be returning.

Under normal circumstances I’m sure the menu would be very good, sadly at the moment it is limited due to delivery delays etc.

Me and friends visited the restaurant yesterday. They was able to accommodate my food intolerances. There was also a mix up on the order, but it was dealt with professionally. The waitress who served us was lovely and friendly. Great service.

I visited The Reservoir today for the first time in a very long time and was immediately impressed. Despite being extremely busy in the restaurant, all staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and above all else, welcoming. It was explained to us at the outset how long our food would take and the staff were able to provide it sooner than estimated. The food exceeded all expectations and the experience was top quality, we will definitely visit again. Thank you

Extremely busy and every table and chair were dirty, even after someone came to wipe them. It took four tries to find an item they actually had when ordering- I had to keep running back to the table for alternative choices! I understand there are shortages at the moment but maybe a board somewhere stating what had run out would be useful? We were told half an hour wait for food, but had to chase up our mains after well over an hour, clearly we had been forgotten. Most of the food was good but we found really brown, slimy lettuce under fresh stuff on a burger which was pretty nasty. The sauce bottles on the table were empty, we had to try 3 other tables before we found some mayo. The staff were friendly but that alone isn't enough to tempt us to return as the experience was stressful with small children. The only really good feature here is the playground but we can find that elsewhere.

We called in here Friday afternoon around 4.00pm. The place was empty as we walked in and a member of staff who was in front of us walked straight on by without making eye contact. Another member of staff behind the bar looked incredulously at us as though they might not be open, so I asked if we could have a table and we’re told to sit anywhere without a ‘Reserved’ on it.Ordered drinks on the app, which came fairly quickly, and the looked at the food menus. The first two menus I picked up, I asked the server to take away as they were wet and sticky inside, disgusting actually. I ordered steak and half of it was fatty and gristly, the other half was ok. I’d ordered a side of two eggs and they were like rubber with hard yolks. During our meal, my wife went to the table next to ours to get vinegar, and was dripped on from a leaking ceiling. This had been leaking some time as there was a large damp patch in that area, but they hadn’t even bothered to close the affected tables off! There was also a light hanging loose from the ceiling and dirty doors and peeling paint.They’ve had 18 months pretty much to knock the place into shape, but it’s so run down they obviously haven’t bothered. On the plus side the beer was nice as were the staff who served our table, and this earned the two stars. Cannot believe how many recent five star reviews this place has, but we won’t be returning.

Ordered food at 5:25pm waited till 7:20pm so many people complaining. Partners food came out cold, chicken curry was cold in the middle. Never seen so many people send food back! Avoid! Chip shop on the way home it is!

Went for meal, previously booked, went to bar to ask about my table. Interrupted the staff gossip, when manged to get answer 1st member of staff looked stunned, 2nd said "sit anywhere!"No member of staff wore a mask throughout visit.Hand sanatiser at entrance empty.Tables wiped but really sticky.Floor very messy with spilled food, empty bottles on windowsills.Food ordered, arrived, chips tasted as if cooking oil old/dirty.Outside tables covered in old food/drink never cleared throughout meal, several groups of people smoking anywhere they chose, fire exit signs lying on the ground, gates to bin storage area broken down. Many windows rotted, paint peeling.No toilet roll in the dispenser however a soggy one on top of the cistern, no soap.Long time since I have been in a Hungry Horse, will be a long time before another visit.

Took the kids here to burn off some energy.The wacky warehouse was loved by the kids and after an hour we sat down to eat.Food was good, kids portions great, ours could of done with a bit more portion-wise.All in all a cheap, clean place to take the family.Will go again.

Amazing value for money I can't believe how much better the service now ! I'm sure there is new management because we used to come here years ago and it was terrible we are so glad we came back again because the food was lovely will definitely be coming back !

Went here with some friends as I have heard good things. I was very impressed the food came very fast and the drinks were a good price. The staff were extremely welcoming especially grace who helped my disabled friend order. We will definitely be coming back !!!!!!

Disgusting service. I booked a table for 7 of us. Firstly there was no one around to greet us I had to go and find someone. Then we was told our was over there in the corner as she pointed in the direction to the furthest point of the building and never even attempted to walk us anywhere near it. Once we found a table which wasn't even set up for 7 people, we have to drag tables and chairs to accommodate myself, partner & our children. The floor was covered in old food ranging from fingers, chicken nuggets chips amongst other food. The table was still sticky. We ordered our drinks and mains which took around 45mins to be served in a pub with only 10 people in it, 7 of them in my group. I had to then find someone so we could start eating at no-one bought any cutlery to our table.( also 5 serviette's for 7 people ?). I ordered a big plate platter with a 8oz steak rare, it was medium/ well done. My partner who had a 12oz medium came blue/rare. We could of swapped but why should we. When it was time for the main to be cleared it was only half cleared. I get back to this in a moment. Desserts ordered and another 25 mins they came they sundaes came all with table spoon when meant you couldn't even get to the bottom of the glass and when asked for the correct spoons I was informed that they don't have them. I ordered a syrup sponge and hot custard which was stone cold . Oh to let you know about the rest of the mains they were on the table 45 still after the first half was collected and was there when we left. I asked to see the manager which as another 20 mins there was a no show . But my kids didn't mind waiting during any of this as the found the rats on the decking highly amusing. So to sum it up after spending in excess of £140 I wished I could give no stars. On a plus side this place won't remain open for very long with this kind of service so no one else will have to endure what we did.

Atmosphere was great, Staff was welcoming, friendly and super helpful and kids love the outdoor play area plus the Wacky food was amazing and they have a great range of drinks on the bar

I came to the Reservoir on Father’s Day and was served by Sean. Sean did everything he could to make sure we had a lovely meal and he really went above and beyond. Food was nice and dean was so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 service. Thank you Sean!

This pub is located in a lovely area and has a nice size garden with climbing frame and park for kids. There is a wacky warehouse too but this is currently closed due to covid. We were able to get a table without booking outside and ordered some sides to share between the four of us (2 adults, 2 kids) we ordered the dirty fries as they sounded good and we only wanted a snack.Along with the drinks, we were served pretty quickly and the staff were friendly. However, the food was not ideal. The tikka dirty fries looked great however the nacho cheese and bacon fries were missing the smoked bacon and there was hardly and cheese sauce. When I asked, the waitress was polite and went and got us some bacon but I wools have prefer red freshly prepared fries because by the time the tiny bowl of bacon arrived (it was about half a rasher of streaky bacon) our fries were cold. Considering it was a bank holiday Sunday and was very busy all staff where very welcoming. I would like to say a big thank you to the male host who sat us at the table we requested without and hesitation even though it was extremely busy. Food was perfect didn’t have to send anything back and me and my family really enjoyed it and we can’t thank our waitress enough she made sure we had everything we needed and was very well manned and extremely friendly (not sure of her name but she had blonde/brown hair which was up in a clip) she really couldn’t of done enough for us. We haven’t been to this pub in a very long time but I will say the new staff are amazing and food was amazing for the price!!! Thank you

For one of the first restaurant I have visited since lockdown its great! Friendly staff and delicious food I had the sirloin steak cooked perfectly with my partner having a gammon. Would highly recommend going here as it very inviting!

First of all I am not a person to leave bad reviews I would rather not leave one but after my visit on the 21st May I was truly disappointed, I have worked for hungry horse before in the management department and after having this huge lockdown you would of thought the reservoir would of had a luck of paint and some more time to learn the menu after I ordered a curry the onion Bhajis were blacker than my car tyres and just as rubbery and my other half’s mega mix grill no gammon no egg? Chips were still frozen, rice cold and I get it’s tuff having new staff to learn the new menus but it’s the fact of it took them 40 minutes to bring the food out after ordering and it honestly wasn’t busy, as I said before worked for hungry horse and I did always say the reservoir was the best hungry horse in my area(Birmingham) but it honestly has gone so horrible, don’t think I will be revisiting as we did have a table booked for the 28th a family members birthday but we have cancelled that thankfully!

Great for families, fantastic drinks, foods not great but my daughter loves it. Its a lovely pub, good play area. We go often and my children love it. We recommend it.

Went here for a meal with a friend... I had the fish and chips...fish was cooked superbly, when we ordered the dessert I had treacle sponge and custard I asked for additional custard...our waitress Holly was brilliant she got me the extra custard and made sure I got it hot as opposed to custard usually being tepid!! Holly also helped us to order ( strange times with Covid) she ensured that all of our needs were met and in doing so ensured our continued custom...apart from no mayo ( again due to covid!) great time was had by us

We used to come to the reservoir a lot but then had a few bad meals so stopped coming so often. We came for a meal on Saturday 10th October with our daughter and 2 grandchildren and had a lovely meal. The food was hot and fresh and we were very happy. The waitress who served us was Chelsea and she could not have done enough for us. She was pleasant and wonderful and made our evening even more enjoyable. We have been reluctant to go to any pubs lately with covid 19 but we will definitely be returning as we felt safe and happy within the surroundings.

Me & my family visited today we haven’t been here for a while but was pleased we did the service was very prompt & the food lovely & hot we were served by a young gentleman called Sean who couldn’t do enough to make our visit enjoyable we will be coming again & will be recommending it to our friends & family

Came here for lunch with my dad and sister and the food was absolutely amazing and the service by a lovely lady with the spotty shirt was spot on! Will definitely be coming back again!!

Okay, so maybe technically we can no longer be called 'girls' but we still want to go out and have a good time especially in these challenging times. Our welcome at The Reservoir set the tone for the afternoon...gentlemen (staff member I assume) greeted us by holding the door open for us..."Ladies.. "...how lovely was that. All the correct social distancing measures were in places, the staff, masked, were excellent very helpful, friendly and professional (even when we messed up the bill because we were too busy chatting ‍♀️). Food was plentiful, hot, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back. Mx

I come to this restaurant quite a lot with my friend for some cheap and cheerful food. The food is always up to standards and I always feel welcome. The staff are friendly especially Sean (manager). He always makes sure everything is okay and always goes the extra mile to make sure we’re having the best experience. He is super super friendly and is always cheerful!! Thanks Sean and the team

We have been visiting the reservoir for many years , Sean and his team have got it spot on now when it comes to safety and customer service in these uncertain times . Me and my family feel relaxed , as all the correct measures are in place , hand sanitizers, table service , masks , one way systems , and it’s doesn’t feel intimidating . Sean and his team Always go the extra mile , last week they didn’t have a processco in that we like , and Sean said this week oh we have that processco you like in ,it’s little things like that . With the current climate it’s scary going out but I don’t have to worry about it here. the staff take all the extra steps to keep me and my family safe With masks keeping their distance etc. Coming here is an enjoyable experience, the food is yummy and the staff are friendly. Iv been going here for few months now after lockdown as moved my business near this pub, a member of Staff call Sean is just the best, he’s on hand all the time he’ll do anything to make your experience a nice one, if my steak isn’t how I want it they go out of their way to make it right ,went there this evening even though I was nervous, Sean placed us in a distanced place from everyone else, just pray we are able to still visit and covid doesn’t get any worse

we went for a family meal and took advantage of the lovely, spacious beer garden with play area. Staff are always friendly and polite - shout out to Sean and Kim; always brilliant to see and incredibly welcoming food was hot, great portions and value for money. Definitely our go to place!

We were a little unsure what to expect with our first visit since lockdown but we needn’t have worried.We were greeted and looked after by a young man named Sean who made us feel so welcome and at ease. We started with a San Miguel each which was promptly brought to our table and the quality of the drink was excellent. We decided on the same meal of the 8oz sizzling steak, both medium rare, which were cooked to perfection and very filling.Another prompt delivery of 2 pints of San Miguel finished things of quite nicely.All in all an excellent experience, good food and great service with a good atmosphere.Thank you Sean and all the staff for all your efforts in keeping us happy in difficult times.We will be back in the near future

I visited the reservoir with my partner on a week day after work. The bar staff clearly have no idea what they are doing. The wrong food was delivered to our table 3 times! And wrong drinks were delivered twice. Nothing was what we had asked for! For example we ordered a lasagne and a mac and cheese with a side of chips however received a kids chicken nuggets and a lasagne that was missing garlic bread and also no sign of the chips. The deserts were again not what we asked for. If the food wasn’t enough of a disaster the staff were having an argument across the restaurant! The lady was clearly annoyed that the bar staff were being so unhelpful however shouting across the restaurant at them is completely unprofessional and not what your customers want to watch. It was that bad of an experience it was laughable, I don’t expect much from a hungry horse but this was terrible! Further to this I emailed head office and have had no response! Terrible, Greene king sort your selves out! We were 1 of May customers that were unsatisfied that evening!

Went with my family a couple days ago and it was a great experience. The food took 15 minutes and tasted great. Staff were all lovely and professional.

Went yo resivour for meal with friends and it was great was busy very busy was told hr wait for food which excepted. Understandable has was the 50% eat in help out. Food was good and so was service! Ok so alls good and wait what amazed me even more was seeing two families faces. Two of the 3 amigos from bella italia.(still don't know names) they are a credit and bella must be upset losing them.Had lovely evening

Just got back from a very disappointing evening. We were a party of 6 and it was supposed to be a nice family meal to celebrate my daughter passing her nursing degree. How wrong can you be! So we pre-booked our table and arrived on time. We were seated immediately and ordered our food at the bar, we were told it would be an hour wait for food, which we accepted but not entirely happy, but accepted it as there would be little chance getting in anywhere else at such short notice. So an hour came and went and still no sign of it arriving. We asked 3 different members of staff for an ETA and was told varying times and on our last request we were told it was being plated as we spoke - cue another 20 minutes and still no food. At this point our 9 year old was beginning to get tired and irritated, so we took the decision to ask for a refund (which was given) and we left annoyed and hungry. What a disgrace, staff didn’t seem bothered about our complaint and just took it in their stride, as if it were a regular occurrence!All I’d say is avoid at all costs - certainly won’t be going again.

Visited the reservoir with my family this evening to take advantage of the ‘eat out to help out’ scheme. Although it was a busy night and the team were clearly under a lot of pressure they couldn’t have done anymore to accommodate us!! Although there was an hour wait on the food, our drinks arrived quickly and when our food arrived it was thoroughly enjoyable!! The manager also came over to apologise for the wait which I thought was an excellent touch to the already excellent customer service! Will be visiting again! Thank you

I dont normally leave bad reviews but I feel I need to support the other diners from last evening. The staff were appalling, one girl had massive nails and when she held the ice cream they were in the bowl. Now this is a time of high anxiety for many. I thought the plates should be delivered on a tray to avoid Covid.We waited an hour. My chicken skewers were cold on the skillet with congealed vegetable. I did want to send it back for the length of wait. Onion rings soggy chips overcooked and cold.No track and trace let's hope someone gets food hygiene involved. I concur with all the other comments.

Something went very wrong with our visit today. We walked up to the sign that says “please wait to be seated” the server looked at us and walked off. We found our own seats and menus. We ordered at the bar and were told the wait for food was 45 mins, accepted, this was fine. We then ordered more drinks on the app which didn’t work and one of the staff had to ask what we’d ordered. One hour 30 mins later our food arrived. We asked for sauces and waited and waited for them to come, had to ask another server. My husband’s steak was cold in the middle and had to be sent back and was still cold when it returned. We had to ask for glasses to be removed from our table as we only had a small table for four of us. We didn’t expect amazing food but this was not good at all today. Soggy onion rings, soggy poppodoms, overcooked chips and no coke on tap. Toilets did not flush properly either. Heard someone else complain to the manager about the cleanliness of toilets too. Don’t know if this is a staffing issue. Couldn’t see the manager to give my feedback to?? We visited last year and it wasn’t good then either. Help needed I think to get this pub back on track to being good again. (Hubby has plenty of past experience of working in pubs and stated the volume in there today should not have caused a problem with the staff ratio. We couldn’t see what the kitchen ratio was like?). Won’t be returning again

Having seen some positive reviews we decided to try the Reservoir. We waited an hour and a half for our food and when it did arrive it was badly presented and cold. I asked for a medium steak but it was overcooked and tough. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Waited an hour for burned food no cutlery given to eat with.Staff were laughing behind the bar that people were waiting 45 minutes for their drinks, customers walking out because of wait time and not even being served drinks let alone food!Staff laughing at the girl dealing with my complaint and they found it hilarious, disgusting behaviour in front of customers and rude. The girl dealing with me was lovely and she’s a credit to that pub, the rest were useless. Assistant manager knew there was issues and we were unhappy yet walked past us time after time.If we had known the wait was an hour on arrival I would have gone home I could’ve got home and cooked quicker than the food came out but we weren’t told.Will never return here even after we waited 3 hours on New Years to eat our 3 course meal we still have it a second and third chance! Why let so many customers in if you simply can’t deal with them?Quite simply never again will I subject my family to another meal there.

Don’t eat here family & friends went out for 12 yr olds birthday meal waited hours for food & drinks meals get sent back because cooked wrong so one person from our party was left waiting for over an hour for food when everyone else had finished eating staff are very rude they throw the food & drinks on your table spilling it everywhere they speak with very bad attitudes air con was leaking all over the people we were out with & then puddings took hours to arrive after they then couldn’t find the birthday cake that was given to them on arrival in the end they had to refund us everything we’d bought literally everyone eating there were complaining to staff about food & waiting for food to arrive another customer confronted them out the back where the staff where found laughing & joking & drinking alcohol & smoking we will definitely not be eating here ever again we are all absolutely disgusted about the terrible experience we had there we didn’t get home until 10:30pm when we arrived at 6:00pm DONT EAT HERE ITS AWFUL

We’ve been in the past and not been too impressed BUT today we were blown away by the quality of the food AND the quality of the service. We have just booked to come again next week! There were 16 of us (including children ranging in age 0-10 yrs old) and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. Top work team; you have impressed a fussy bunch!

I took my girlfriend and her two sons here for a meal today. The food arrived promptly and was hot and correct. After eating most of his meal my girlfriend noticed a black thing on her eldest son’s plate. She removed it and examined it to discover it was a deep fried fly! Revolting.She mentioned it to the staff discreetly (her eldest has autism and would have gone hysterical had he realised, so we couldn’t make a big deal out of it). The staff member’s response? “Oh, that’s the deep fat fryer.” No apology. No offer to rectify the problem. I’ll never step foot in the place again and would encourage anyone reading this review to avoid doing so as well.

Sharing nachos were freezing cold and barely any sauce. Starter garlic mushroom were the smallest mushrooms I’ve seen in my life. Dirty Tika fry’s didn’t have the yoghurt that’s meant to be included. Took 12 minutes for one Strongbow. Cutlery came out after meal. Other tables hadn’t been cleaned so there was dirty food everywhere. We came at 2:30pm on a Thursday do not busy at all. No staff said by as we were leaving. Coke was flat. Just won’t be coming again! Don’t expect a lot as it’s a cheap family pub but even the basics were crap!

Went with family on Sunday, we ordered our food, when we got our food it was wrong, my sons burger was only meant to have lettuce on as it states it on the menu not tomato and mayo so of course they had to change it. My sisters dish had a hair underneath the bacon and cheese on her chicken new yorker meal, the manager was asked if they wear hats in the kitchen to which she replied yes obviously she was lying. My roast I asked for chicken as it came with stuffing, when I looked on my plate I was disgusted, was meant to have cauliflower but instead I was given sprouts which isn't even on the menu, when asked the member of staff they said they haven't got cauliflower, next there was meant to be roasters so the manager took my plate into the kitchen and come back with some on my plate, then I said where is the stuffing she said it's still cooking will bring you some in about 5 minutes, 10 minutes went by and still nothing. It wasn't even busy in there either just a few families so there is no excuse. I will not be eating here again I know that for sure.

Sadly very disappointing, service is awful forgetting food , dropping food all over the table . Starter coming out after mains all a bit of a mess , forgetting deserts . When you actually get your food it’s okay but wow what a nightmare Wong bother again

Called in at lunchtime today just me and my wife and first impressions are scruffy and tired. Great menu tbh and was spoilt for choice but settled for a mini mixed grill even though it’s a steak less mixed grill, placed our order and sat having a drink while we waited for our food. Omg it’s so cold in there, we left our coats in the car but almost went to get them as it was cold and the radiator by us was clearly off.The 1 member of staff was nice but he was the barman, the table cleaner, and the waiter, but he did manage well.Now the food arrived, the chicken was so white, looked like microwaved or boiled as it was anemic cold and awful. The sausage was pretty rough too, can’t begin to describe it but rough fits well. The peas were very hard but the gammon chips and egg were average. My wife had a tough rump steak but would just about pass as average.Really can’t say it was enjoyable and certainly didn’t hang around for a dessert, lost our appetite and too cold. Went straight to Starbucks for a nice coffee and a warmIn my wife’s words “if hungry horse is the only option I’d rather have a sandwich from Tesco’s”. So no definitely not the reservoir again and sadly probably not any other hungry horse if that’s the standard.Oh and 2 out of 5 is very generous

Came here for Sunday lunch delightful place and setting , you get what you pay for , great value good service highly recommend

Would definitely recommend, we took our girls to the Wacky Warehouse, the staff work really hard and keep the place clean and tidy! I would recommend calling first as this Wacky has parties quite oftenWe went into the pub afterwards, and found a very very good deal on offer! Feed the family for £16, so 2 adults and 2 children had main meals and a massive ice cream sundae sharer for pudding for just £16! The food was very tasty and served in a reasonable time. The staff all friendly, had a right laugh with the bar staff when ordering my drinks!

Came here and had two sizzling steaks , on a bed of peppers covered in pepper sauce and cheese what a delight

Went to earlswood lakes for a fishing trip , was great and had a lovely fresh day , went for a meal at the reservoir , had steaks and drinks was lovely will certainly be back

Extremely rude manger after we had to explain the bar girl never took our order correctly and extras had been missed off the plate. After 30mins the extras were brought - even though we had finished the meal - slammed on the table with no apology or refund at all.The place is grubby - chairs are disgusting - tables sticky - looks like a disused club rather than a family pub. We love the hungry horse chain and this one really shouldn’t be part of it. AVOID

Really impressed with the food. I ordered chicken skewers, which was a sizzler option, with Carribbean sauce. Very tasty. Also had sides of a salad and sweet potato fries. Everything seasoned well and deliceous. Will be back soon enough. Great place to go with little ones as there is a wacky warehouse softplay area there on site.

So we went shopping in Solihull , went for a long walk along the lakes which was freezing and came across the reservoir pub only had a coffee but going to stop there again for food soon

Not once nice things to say definitely don’t recommend going to anyone. Food was vile. Staff was vile rude lazy the place was filthy

Not to sure where to start but here goes . On arrival our immediate impression was what a dive , lovely area should be a whole lot better . Into the kids play area and to be fair they were having a riot but could I have had food in there NO . After my grandchildren’s time was up we went across to the main pub to eat . Girl behind the counter very good , drinks ok food not so , chicken fingers soggy and chips over done . What was really really bad was the fact that they had a lot of grab machines obviously aimed at the kids , my grandchildren had a pound each on one that guaranteed a win ( NOT ) upon investigation we found all the prizes were unreachable to the grab and at least two were cellotaped I repeat cellotaped to the sides of the machine . That has to be against some law and I will persue , I own a cafe and know the law . Upshot , upset grandchildren, unsatisfied customers , bad review will not be going again . Just to point out the girl behind the bar refunded the £2 to the kids she gets 10 out of 10 the 2 lads were so inexperienced it was untrue so no blame on them . Management look at yourselves .

As a regular customer I’m appalled at the service the last few times! Dirty seats, filthy cutlery and cold food! The mangers very unhelpful and when we complained we got our food microwaved, it’s awful

Car park and building falling apart, restaurant not much better. We had issue with parking but when I approached the management about this they were rude with poor customer service. Extremely unprofessional. AVOID!

Came here on Sunday , listen the place isn’t the ritz but if you want a cheap good meal with friendly service with a wacky warehouse this is the place

OK so I actually emailed the manager before I submitted this review and waited a week but had no response.

Waited over an hour to be servered substandard food that was either cold or not correct to what I had ordered

Mains came out different times some of us finished before others had received their meal food cold table sticky cutlery dirty etc not very impressed will not be returning

Really good food and was great had a cracking meal steak , curry and chicken was really good thank you

Came here and had a lovely meal had a curry and was to die for will definitely be back thank you so much

Ordered a big plate curry. Did not receive any mango chutney or mint sauce, as advertised in the menu. Had to send back the onion bhajees as they were wet, stodgy and cold in the middle. They replenished them with another three that were even worse! Stone cold on the middle. The meal overall was not good, curry was barely warm.
