Queens Head Inn Rasoi in Stratford-on-Avon

Just awful, new owners have taken over, let’s be honest this is a takeaway with seats. The atmosphere is as about exciting as the heat in the building, ie none, I went to the gents and thought I have started vaping before I realised it was just my breath misting up. First dinner I have eaten with my jacket on, obviously being run on the remains of a shoe string…..The one waiter lacked both personality and professionalism in equal measure, he mumbled something about being on his own, I didn’t listen because I genuinely stopped caring. On the upside the new owners won’t be there for long at this rate so the experince will be short lived. It’s times like this that you miss Cam and No72 in bidford, now that is how you run a good restaurant. If you have the choice of going here or M&S for a ready meal, you stand a better chance of getting more engagement and customer experince out of an inanimate chiller in M&S than you do in this place…. PS bring you our heater for heat and layer up!!!

Excellent food and such friendly service. The portions were large and very well presented. The log fire added to the ambience.

I had a madras curry which was very good. Someone commented that theirs was not hot enough. Perhaps because a madras curry tells you the ingredients not how hot it is. I always tell them how hot I like any curry I order and they prepare it to the amount of spice I like

Food was superb as was the service .Well worth a visit.The portions of food were large and the service was frienly and fun

The worst services,we ordered food but not delivered we pay the delivery charges.when i called them about the delivery they make the excuses.when we went there to take food they not gave me the right one food.I am wonder how they running the business in UK.zero rating from my side
