We absolutely love this mcdonalds they are 10x better food is always fresh and hot compared to the evesham one. But the past few times we have been they haven't seemed to have lots of people food is still of good quality but just missing sauces that we paid for out of our bag not sure if this is a way of making money or what but we buy them to eat with our food we expect them to be in our bag. I had the philly cheese stack I took out the gherkins and cheese sauce, leaving both types of onions in and most importantly CHEESE SLICES there was no cheese slices in my burger which I was expecting as I didn't select to have them taken out just the cheese sauce not the slices. So my burger has been dry as no cheese and no sauce so quite irritated by that. I feel now after tonight i always have to check the bag which is a complete faff.

It was a bit of a wait, maybe more staff are needed as over 10 minutes for two coffees is a bit much, apart from that it was clean and the staff were friendly.

I received my chicken legend only to be met with more chicken and lettuce on the outside of the bun than in it, this is a every time occurrence and frankly ive seen better construction from the council

My dad took his grandchildren here today. Wow what a disappointing experience. My children really enjoy going to McDonald’s and normally experience great service in our local McDonald’s. (Not here)This McDonald’s was dirty, the staff were clueless and they didn’t receive what they wanted. My children are 5 years old they wanted a happy meal, my dad asked for a children’s meal, seems the person serving them didn’t understand. I understand they aren’t called children’s meals but anyone working there should know that is a happy meal! They ended with 2 boxes of 6 McNuggets, 1 medium fries and a medium drink each and 1 cheeseburger , far too big for both of them. Most of it ended in the bin as it was far too much food for 5 year olds and cost over £12! My Disappointed children didn’t get a toy!The restaurant was dirty, very few tables without rubbish on.They ordered ice creams after which the staff had forgotten about after about 15 minutes my dad asked about the ice creams, they finally got them. This has to be one one the worst McDonald’s ever!!Try explaining to your children why they didn’t receive the special box and the toy to play with. We were charged more than double than the price of happy meals. Your staff need re-training in this branch!

Just another McDonalds. The staff seem nice enough but I was really unhappy when I ordered through the drive through and my card wouldn't work on the machine. The really rude and cheeky young lady taking the order argued with me when I suggested their machine may be faulty. She defiantly said I should check my account as she'd taken hundreds of other payments and nobody else had a problem and perhaps I should put some cash in my account. I tried both my cards but neither worked so I paid cash. I pulled into the car park and called my bank who confirmed there was no attempt at a transaction so the fault lay with the card reader. I phoned McDonalds and spoke to the Duty Manager. I explained the problem - and wanted to highlight the fault rather than the rude staff. He asked me if it was (and immediately described the staff member) and when I said yes he said he was going to have a word in the office so it was evident she has a reputation. He then confirmed that the card reader had been regularly playing up and was faulty with an intermittent fault. I declined the offer of a free burger. I use this place quite regularly but it puts me off when staff are rude.

Rather slow service although, when it did arrive, the hot food was hot and quite edible. As seems to be an increasing problem when buying a sundae, the sauce is not swirled to coat the container but (with the top on) shook vigorously to coat the inside of everything and thus, when the top is removed to fill with ice cream, results in a sticky mess on the outside. It's not taught this way - so why take this lazy route?

We arrived at 1pm to a lovely welcome from two young waitresses. Who attended to our needs through our 3 hour stay. Millie was excellent and attentive as we are regulars but she was new us as was the menu. Which she explained to us with a very experienced manner. We were wined and dined and looked after very well and we had a wonderful catch up with friends. Thank you!

Long drive from Scotland & on arrival we found out no dinner is on offer. Were told we could order in a takeaway and they'd provide plates & cutlery - no thanks! Went to a village pub two miles away. Bedroom was tired & visibly dusty, as was the area for breakfast - how can you not notice the cobwebs in your windows with the sun streaming in??!! Breakfast was basic continental but only 1 apple in the fruit bowl? Almost laughable. No staff around at first, then 1 lady & her two dogs appeared in the breakfast room, saying she was only the housekeeper but did we need anything? We asked for more fruit....but there was none on offer. I have never stayed in anywhere more Fawlty Towers than this! Absolutely terrible.

Of course, the weather was wonderful, which helped the ambiance but we had a lovely time at The Blue Lias today, sitting outside to eat, watching boats going past on the canal. The food, fish and chips, was basic but good quality and well-cooked. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There were plenty of clean water bowls for our dogs, which I had to fill so the water was fresh.

Nice place. Staff were friendly and polite. Stoned floor, usual tap beers and a few real ales available. TV on the wall showing sport. Tables and chairs were adequate, descently decorated. Enjoyed my visit.
