KFC in Stratford-on-Avon

This is the closest KFC for us, so we come here relatively regularly. Although I have a receipt from April, we came in January as well. The April experience was poor but the Jan experience was much better so I've averaged the scores. As you can not get KFC points at the store, you need to order via the app, which I did not know until the lady behind the counter told me (Jan experience). The Apr 23 experience just said you need to contact customer services! Food was KFC standard and the family was happy. Likely to go again, as we do like KFC, but there more choices at these services which could be better.

We had been talking about how long it had been when we last had a kfc, So driving back from Reading decided stop at Warwick services and indulge, shouldn’t have bothered, overpriced, £7.99 + VAT (£9.59) for 4 fillets), small portions (even the “large” fries), and l am sure the recipe has changed for the worse. I think it will be sometime before I forget what a rip off and try again 😡
