One of the best Baltic’s I’ve had in a long time. Food is amazing. Customer service is brilliant. Very friendly.

Clean atmosphere and friendly staff

Whatever happened to the lovely man or the lady who used to serve. They never got an order wrong and were always so friendly and polite. We've been ordering from here for the past 8 years but recently, the younger lady at reception not only takes orders down incorrectly, but then denies it or claims you never ordered what we did. Rude, abrupt and can not even read out your collection correctly, when you go to collect your food. Food standard has really started to go down hill whilst prices continue to rise.

Had a lovely christening party in the room upstairs with bouncy castle on 11/5/25 buffet food was superb thanks to all your staff and manager for all your help on such a great day so thankyou so much again xx

I always order from here but tonight it felt as if it had been delivered from another chip shop. Really not a nice meal. Fish was as if it had sat there for a while just not a nice piece at all. It’s usually the best

Good British local pub with atmosphere

used to love this place, food was banging. now every time i go they are “closed for cleaning” or “not feeling well apologies” or “sorry not available”. Such a shame and waste of a good cafe due to poor management.

I highly rate this place as a good to eat place, staff are friendly, food is great and good options, I juts think a little slow when comes to getting table service for drinks, but it's a minor set back, the bar is there to go yourself.

First time using here after recommendation, delivery chow mein, very tasty with beansprouts, delivery driver needs a hot bag to keep food hot as mine was only warm.. will order again...
