Cafe Click in Birmingham

used to love this place, food was banging. now every time i go they are “closed for cleaning” or “not feeling well apologies” or “sorry not available”. Such a shame and waste of a good cafe due to poor management.

Been to the place once and was good, but then on four separate occasions, during different times of the day throughout the year and it's always closed, despite coming in at times they say they're supposed to be open. This is usually during lunchtime which is supposed to be reasonable. They have their shutters and doors fully open which is also confusing, yet am always told by someone inside that they're closed. Why run a cafe when you're so against filling out the basic obligation of serving food and drink? It's as if they don't want my money. Sort out your priorities please, because I won't be bothering a fifth time.

I had a lovely breakfast with my mates, the food was excellent, cheap for its price if you are looking for something tasty.

Good portions, runny eggs, tasty beans, sausages ok, tea brewed well, fairly slow service, 4 tables in a petty tired looking cafe. Very friendly service. £13 for two full English and 4 brews

Just found this by accident, and had a lovely desi breakfast. All fresh cooked. Between us we had paratha, desi omelette, channa, halwa and puri... And finished every last crumb.

Useless tried to order a delivery, couldn’t be bothered to deliver 1.8 miles. No wonder places like these go out of business wouldn’t even waste my time

This is a great little cafe. Staff is always courteous ,pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and fresh. We had full English breakfast. Food prices were affordable and reasonable. Car parking spaces are available in front of cafe. Staff gave free cupcakes to children and a gift to my daughter. Thanks for your great service Highly recommend it.

Poor service. Food took ages to come out and they didn't even bring cutlery.

Waited 4 minutes to be seated, then 10 minutes to order food. Very little communication or service in between? Half the menu items were not available, and after ordering the food took a further 30 mins as they were out of food and needed to go buy more. Seemed weird, slow and just lacks the level of service you’d expect from a local independent cafe. Seat people quicker, take orders quicker so you can understand what ingredients you need and be prepared. Very poor. The quality of the food was sub standard as a result of everything being rushed. We weren’t even handed cutlery to eat the food when it did come.

Imagine waiting 35 minutes for this and they still forgot the chips. There was 4 people in the cafe, not like they were rushed off their feet. Face like thunder on all of the staff. Never again.

First visit yesterday, the Breakfast was amazing and big, the chicken curry was really fresh and the coffee was as good as any I have had. What lovely people they are.

Pity the food didnt reflect the aesthetics of this little cafe.....very limited menu. I chose something simple and had to send it back....poached eggs with undercooked snotty whites and avocados that were harder than a boiled sweet....totally unripe!!!! Please train your chefs and upgrade your menu.

Just ordered a sausage sandwich on bloomer bread, and a full English from here. The shop is gorgeous and very clean! Order was taken promptly, food couldn't of taken more than 10 minutes, took it home, piping hot, great portions, you can tell the sausage and bacon is of good quality and all prepared with care! I will be coming back.

Cafe Click food are amazing, fresh and delicious. If you are looking for real Lahori food with full of intense flavour burst in your mouth while eating say yummy! Authentic Traditional Taste! Definately try it, You will love that experience.

I ordered halwa puri meal for the first time it was delicious. The place is near me but still took 1 hour to deliver bt food ws good.

placed an order online. delivery was half an hour late and when the food arrived the breakfast was cold, beans were all stuck together and bacon was burnt. im not one to leave bad reviews but i am just not happy.

Had a lovely halal breakfast here with my husband this morning. Very tasty and a inviting atmosphere with friendly staff who looked after us very well. We were greeted by the owner too and overall it was the best breakfast I've had in Birmingham! Highly recommend!!

AUTHENTIC south Asian food and cooked to order. This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. It is run by a very friendly family, both husband and wife are qualified in indo Pakistani cuisine. The food is absolutely delicious (my family enjoyed a three course meal consisting of shami kebab, chicken biryani and Indian sweets, all for a very reasonable price). What impressed me was that it is delivered to order. This does take time but it is absolutely worth it (if you want fastfood, go to McDonalds!). The decor in the restaurant is very nice as well, and its clean. Highly recommend, dont miss out!

Amazing food! one of the best cafe i have ever visited so far.

The tea and coffee are too good, brewed from a specialised machine. The samosas and rolls are at unbelievable prices, it's a launch offer I guess. The biryani and meals are authentic and tasty, one of the best available in all Birmingham.
