All the staff are nice and friendly. The food is nice and the coffee is good. Nice to sit in the shop and enjoy a coffee and a sausage roll.

It wasn't the drivers fault he was nice however won't be ordering from greggs again had to wait over an hour and the food and drinks were cold

Greggs why are you offering a milk alternative when again you haven't got any, and this is a different location to the one I visited the other day :-(

Absolute joke Everything missing

I forgot to order some sandwich platters from my normal supplier and I went into Greg’s ( Hawthorn Rd, Kingstanding) and I met with a lovely lady called Sue, I knew it was last minute but she happily agreed to make us 2 platters and I left the choice of filling to her, I was over the moon with them everyone said they were delicious, and more competitive price that what I usually pay, so if you are looking for fabulous customer service, value for money and wonderful presentation and taste give this Greggs a visit.

the food wasnt hot and for some reason there was meat grizzle in the steak bake that was the size of my index finger..this isnt tolerable..this is a choking hazard especially the fact that my young child was eating it..please do better

delivery driver went to the wrong house no apology just laughed so that annoyed me also because of the delay the hot food was stone cold and understand may be warm rather than hot but completely cold is not good

In a hurry but there's people ordering..... bacon/sausage, baguettes & rolls [breakfast) & hot beverages, all of which takes time to make. And there is also Greggs JUST EAT delivery [made to order] going on at the same time. All while walk - in customers are waiting ages, way too long to just PAY-&-GO. This is not a criticism of staff, [lovely, friendly & welcoming] sometimes only two staff members serving, rushed of their feet, I feel sorry for them.

Always order from here and never had a problem, only thing I will add tho is the bacon could be abit more well done at times but all in all my place to go for breakfast.

Boxes of fries only half filled(rip off). Didn't include apple pies I'd ordered and no straws for the milkshakes. All the food was stone cold.

Fruit pots were off, the smell when i opened the lid made me gag and the bacon was rock hard, omelette bap had a weird taste too so waste of money and normally i go here all the time and its never been so bad, staff on in the mornings need to take pride in preparing food and making sure that they store their products appropriately stop selling gone off food

Missed order notes paid £12 for the 6 bake box and large wedges & 2 X drinks was sent 6 bakes 1 drink 1 wedges. Wedges were ice cold and rubbery. Not happy I've ordered in the past today hasnt been best of services.

There was no cheese on the pizzas at all

We got all items but the pasta we ordered was the tomato one and we got the tuna one that was not what we wanted. Over then that everythink in the order was right.

An item wasn't available so I received a call to ask if its OK to substitute. Replacement was absolutely amazing and the service was fantastic. Never had anything cold from them either, always fresh and piping hot.

Food ordered at 10.38 and delivery confirmed for 10.48, arrived at 11.13 with the cyclist riding around for 23 mins trying to find address so food was cold, didn't use common sense to call to ask for directions!!

Driver wouldnt enter building if his company arent insured then dont accept orders from a flat. Every other just eat driver delivers to door. Had to ask neighbour to collect as unable to go downstairs as have hurt my back
