Great meal with my friends , will recomend to all my friedns and family, got a few things to take home as well and amazing, great oarking as well will defi be back

I really enjoyed my burger. I went for the grill double if I was blindfolded I would have said it was Burger King on a good day. I do not require halal meat but I completely understand the reviews of people who do eat it wanting a McDonald's / Burger King experience. The closest thing I've ever had to it without being it. The only difference was it was hot 🤣

Ordered a meal but my food was missing - didn’t receive my two samurais burgers and didn’t get my food or refund. Used to order from slam burger regularly but am put off. Bad experience and bad customer service

Ordered two samurais and two loaded fries but only received the loaded fries and the burgers were missing. Really disappointing as I always order from slams and this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order

Restaurant forgot an order of mine when I called the manager didn't seem bothered. Didn't offer any support on what to do. Shocking service with incompetent staff. Shouldn't take orders if they can't fulfill them nor should they respond with we are busy. I paid the money and expect my full order. The order that was delivered was cold. Will not order from here again.

They never fail to disappoint you with their low quality of the food.

Would have given 5* instead of 4* but that’s down to paying extra for 7 UP mojito and receiving 3 cans of 7 UP. I hope it was a genuine mistake.

I wouldn’t recommend going here for breakfast. The service is the slowest service. So slow your food will be cold by the time you receive it from the staff. I went to slams on lady pool Road and have been here on multiple occasions so thought I’ll order before hand this time as previously I’ve ordered once I got there and have ended up waiting more than half hour. When I placed my order I asked how long this wound take to get ready and was advised 10 mins I got there giving even longer the food still wasn’t ready and having waited at the counter k was eventually told it would take more time. 25/30 mins for 2 wraps is a bit of a joke. Never again. Not worth it go else where.

The food was a little cold but this is due to the just eat driver who decided to divert and deliver another order on route!! Slamburger staff are very good & food is always on point. Kids love it, will order again.

Everything arrived super fast - hot and tasty! The chicken burgers would of been nice a little bigger my guest said 🤭 Apart from that it was a great experience and we'd order again.

I recently visited Slam Burger in Birmingham while traveling and had a very disappointing experience. Since I’m not from the area, I didn’t immediately notice the halal sign outside, so I asked the staff if the food was halal. Instead of a simple confirmation, the person behind the counter responded sarcastically, saying, "What do you think? Can’t you tell by looking at me?" As a Muslim, I believe it’s my responsibility to verify that the food I eat is halal, and appearances alone don’t confirm that. After this awkward exchange, another staff member took my order. I specifically requested no cheese, only lettuce, and no sauce on my burger. I also ordered wings, asking for the mild ones as I can’t handle spice. When I collected my food and left, I didn’t check it immediately. About 10 minutes into my drive, I opened my order, only to find that my burger was covered in cheese and sauce, and the wings were the spiciest ones on their menu—completely opposite to what I had requested. Given the poor attitude I experienced earlier, it felt like this was done deliberately, which made it even more disappointing. I couldn't return back to the venue as i was running late and had a 3 hours journey ahead of me. I paid over £16 for my meal and could only eat the fries and drink. The customer service was terrible, and the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.

The size of the burger is too small , They don’t give what they shown in the picture. There was not tomorrow, Onion in the burger. too expensive for 8£ . We ordered double beef and piri piri chicken.

I’ve been ordering from here for a week now! Quick breakfast pick up of the Classic Muffin and Hash Brown has become my favourite! Also ordered a BigSlam Burger meal for lunch and was amazing! No images as I was too hungry! 😋 Highly recommend!

Food is usually great from here but today it was freezing cold. The driver brought food to my door in its paper bag with no thermal carry case... its freezing out please tell your delivery drivers to use their common sense.

The food is excellent and service super friendly and fast. The beef is top quality, skinless piri piri chicken was succulent and classic chicken was tasty as well. Really friendly place, even though we bought only 1 meal and a 4 singles with drinks (no fires) offered an extra free dessert due to the size of our order. Top destination!

3 cheese burger meals for kids arrived freezeing cold . Complete joke avoid this place .

It's ridiculous my order one hour late as just eat had put in the restaurant address as the delivery address when corrected the food arrived freezing cold and I had to put it in the over

Very very good. First time visiting this place after confirmation from them that no stunned meat was used. Very good first impression. Had smasher burger which was decently priced even with meal, and very tasty. Toilets were clean as well 👌🏾

Driver delivered saying he arrived when he was in the wrong location and also paid for sundaes and never arrived called the restaurant no answer so here goes to not ordering again don’t waste your money here

Delivery was good and food was good also, however i only ordered 1 og spicy doner kebab and yet they all seem to be spicy as jalapenos was found on all of the meals, not entirely happy has 2 of the people do not like jalapenos

So far the best place to enjoy a nice burger Generous portions, crispy fries, different type of sauces and a variety of meals to choose Kids always enjoy their meal and always excited to discover the toy they will get The place is clean and well maintained and staff very efficient. Never had an issue whether we use to eat in (before covid)or take out nothing is omitted. Keep it up slam👍🏻

You know what you’re getting it’s a halal version of McDonald’s/Burger King. No thrills no spills, overall it does the job and hits the spot. Nothing to rave about but not much to be critical of either

Food is always received hot and fresh. However, one of the orders had an item missing. Can’t fault the food and would definitely recommend. Issue with order was resolved quickly.

At first, I thought it'd be a not so good halal ripoff McDonald's, but this place really was good. I had the classic smash which hit the spot - beef was juicy unlike most fast food joints. The fries were McDonald's style but freshly cooked and way better. They also have loaded fries bowls. Would defo come back here.
