Rang up as i got hangry and the doorbell went, bang on time. Food was as hot as the oven and tasty as! Threw in freebies aswell which always helps! Definitely recommended

The food was poor quality. The scezhuan beef dish was very thick and unsavory, the sweet and sour chicken was of low quality and totally unenjoyable, the egg fried rice was sticky and tasteless. The food went to waste and the little that we ate of it upset our stomachs.

Delivered earlier than expected. Hot, well cooked. Prawn crackers we especially yummy. Would highly recommend better than many others I’ve tried round here recently .

We moved out the area and haven’t been able to find a Chinese like it… to only realise they delivery to our new address. Best Chinese in Great Barr

this food was so nice , we have been trying a few different Chinese places lately and this was nice , 👌🏻, had the beef in black bean sauce(don't usually have with my Chinese ) , chicken chow mein , rice and chips and the seaweed was nice too , honestly one of the best we've had around this area ,😋 , will definitely be ordering again soon .

Ordered from here and had chips rice and curry sauce, hardly any curry sauce and was quite dry. We also asked for bbq wings and chips . The bbq wings were not what we expected, please see picture. Not very pleasant. The man on the front desk was nice and polite though.

Food was cold and very bland no taste to the curry

Chips were really dried and cold ribs were cold really disappointing my mother threw hers away , never again!!!!!!!!!!

The crispy duck was soggy and cold and not very much of it for the price. Salt n chilli chips were cold, soggy and not much flavour. Very poor tonight..

Honestly the food was not very tasty. I usually use Dragon Palace on the coventry road but they dont deliver to my mums so i thought i would try this "local legend." I wish i hadn't bothered. The food was not horrible, but very bland and the salt and chilli chips were a complete let down. I know to try a different chinese the next time im ordering at my mums house. Delivery was quick at least

Best chinese takeaway by far in the area

They have reduced the tray size of the rice, put the price up & the quality has dropped hugely ... Won't ever be using golden rice bowl again ... cutting corners, quality and rising prices ... there are much better places to get a Chinese from.

Great food and decent delivery

It was ready earlier than I asked and think it had been sitting for a bit but it was really good Kung pao beef wasn’t what I was expecting but it was delicious!

Arrived super fast, everything was hot, fresh, not too greasy and generously portioned! Also some of the best tasting Chinese we’ve ever had in the area. 5* highly recommended! Thanks for a lovely dinner 👍👍👍

Excellent fresh food. Even the prawn crackers tasted like they had been prepared in fresh oil (not being funny but how many times can you actually eat the prawn crackers??) Will definitely be ordering again 👍👍👍

Ordered Thai food from this Chinese restaurant. It was not good. Won't be ordering again. Would have been better off buying a jar off the shelf in supermarket. Was not particarlt cheap either. Really disappointing.

Food was 2 and a half hours late. Rang restaurant to ask where 5he order was and was told it was with the driver. 35 minutes later it arrived. I live under a 4 minute drive from the restaurant. When food arrived it was cold. There was a main dish missing. When I rang the restaurant they did not want to drop the missing food and offered to not charge me for this next time. Considering I had already paid for this item I was not impressed with them offering me this on another day. The beef was chewy and the chicken cold and dry. All food was dry due to no curry being in the order. What we did eat we had to microwave and the curry still hasn't been delivered. Very poor service and quality.

This place was my local, but after the past several months the meals have gone down to a point I have just received my take away and binned it .couldn't eat it. Bye bye . Not paying for food can't eat. Totally disgusting.just read several reviews and many people are saying same as me. Change your chef. ASAP as you are loosing customers big time. We as a local community did love your food. NOT NO MORE. YOU WILL BE BANCRUPT SOON. AS NO ONE WILL BYE FOOD FROM YOU.

Spare ribs were excellent, as were the Chicken balls and chow mien! I order regularly and will continue to do so.

Can never fault, always so nice!

This has honestly always t been the best take away around but I won’t order again from here. Had a bad one about 2 weeks ago and chalked it up to being mid week etc, ordered Sunday evening and same again, cold, greasy. Salt and pepper chips cold soaked in oil and pan burnt. £40 order straight in the bin. I don’t know whether the chef has been changed but it’s so disappointing.

Delivery driver dropped order and their was no spice in the Singapore chowmein and the curry was watery 😞

This has been our go to chinese for a while now, unfortunately the last few orders have been dissapointing, chips used to be amazing, the last few orders theyve been hard and not cooked or seasoned properly, the salt pepper chicken was the mrs go to but recently it's been way overcooked, tough and chewy. It's a shame really, we didnt mind prices rising but the quality has just gone downhill and that's a shame. Not sure we will be returning after the last few orders.

The best Chinese food and takeaway I've been to. It's a fantastic small place, yet, the taste is proper, spices all balanced, plenty of choices, and prices are average and fair considering the excellent meal sizes; been there nearly 25 times and never had any issue with taste or quality 👌👌👌

Shocking food took back twice and then refused my money really disgusting business never again

The food I ordered arrived hot, as if just cooked. It was tasty and there was plenty of it. The delivery driver was polite and courteous. I couldn't fault anything.

8 months pregnant and the driver refused to bring the food to my flat on the 1st floor Shouldn’t be paying delivery if it isn’t actually delivered to my door
