Omg - never disappoints - Amazing - nothing too much trouble - wonderful ambience, grat service, delicious food - warm and cosry - very friendly- we live it here.

My mother and I visited Beau for coffee and cake. My mother walks with a frame and the level entrance was easy to navigate. We received a warm welcome and enjoyed admiring the array of stylish hats while we enjoyed a warming cappuccino. This is a lovely place to visit for refreshments, quality outfits or both!

Cosy little pub in Yelverton. Stayed overnight and ate an evening meal in the pub. This is not pub grub it’s an amazing dining experience with friendly and helpful staff. An excellent selection of tasty dishes cooked by a talented chef. Following a delightful meal we retired to our room. Nice large size. Warm and comfortable. Large walk in shower in the en suite bathroom. Huge comfortable bed. So so comfortable. Cannot recommend the nights sleep enough! So onto breakfast. Full English and more. Coffee that tastes like coffee, proper orange juice. Thanks to the owner who made our breakfast! On the edge of the moor and a stones throw from Buckland Abbey, friendly congenial staff who can’t do enough for you. What’s not to like? Book early to avoid disappointment. Oh and don’t confuse it with the Who’d Have Thought It at Saltash. Two pubs with the same unusual name in the vicinity -‘Who’d Have Thought it’.

A must for any walker/runner/cyclist on Drake’s trail. Dog friendly. Excellent selection of sweet & savoury treats including the legendary cinnamon swirls. Good choice of tea, coffee & hot chocolate up to 100%. Hot chocolate is served hot - none of this Health & Safety lukewarm & totally unsatisfying offering. Very popular - only drawback is there are no customer toilets.

We gave the buffet menu, which was both great value and offered many dishes to suit all of our needs.

We did not have a good experience at Scarlets unfortunately. My friend had egg shell in her eggs Benedict and the toast was burnt. 2 of the ladies working there, one being the chef and one a waitress were unfriendly and didn’t even come and ask if everything was ok at any point. We needed the salt filling up and when asked the chief said ‘what’s the problem’ assuming it was more than that and was very rude but reluctantly filled this up. My little boy broke a plate, the staff just ignored this and we had to go and ask for a dustpan and brush and clean it up ourselves, when I went to return it a waitress just ignore me when I ask her if she could take it off my hands, so I had to go behind the counter and give it to another waitress with curly hair (who was the nicest and mostly friendly out of the 3 members of staff). Our plates didn’t get cleared we had to pile them in the window sill because we had children that wanted to do some colouring, so that very very annoying. The only positive was that the coffee and cake were good. It was busy which i appreciate can be difficult for staff members but when you work in hospitality, a smile and manners would still be appreciated by customers.

Busy car park, with a couple of wheelchair spaces. Entrance is wheelchair accessible with help, door within door. Nice food, good service, and friendly staff.

Had a roast today, really nice, proper potatoes roasted and nice pork, others in the party had burgers and enjoyed them. Wasn’t offered carrots or cauliflower cheers (extra charge) table wasn’t laid up even though we booked, Staff were very nice but bar staff seemed very busy and you could feel the stress as soon as we turned up, One thing I’d ask the owners, put yourself in our position and sit in those small uncomfortable straw like chair and an hour in a table that’s not big enough for 4 people, I could not even get my legs in let alone be seated comfortably, I had to wait till the table behind left to get up and out to let blood revitalise my legs. Nice roast but until seating is sorted I’ll not be back and that’s a shame as your food is lovely.

We ordered a takeaway which we enjoyed. A couple of years ago we thought this restaurant had gone downhill but now the food seems better.

I loved sitting in the cosy tearoom and looking at the artefacts.The owners were friendly and very nice I would recommend going there.I am sure to come back soon.😃
