The best restaurants serving British food in Buckland Monachorum West Devon South West

Fantastic food for a group of 14 people, everyone was very happy with their food which came on time, served hot and beautifully cooked. Cracking fish and chips with superb batter amongst other excellent dishes. The staff were really friendly, efficient and professional. Great evening for everyone. Highly recommended.

A must for any walker/runner/cyclist on Drake’s trail. Dog friendly. Excellent selection of sweet & savoury treats including the legendary cinnamon swirls. Good choice of tea, coffee & hot chocolate up to 100%. Hot chocolate is served hot - none of this Health & Safety lukewarm & totally unsatisfying offering. Very popular - only drawback is there are no customer toilets.

Only been here for drinks. It's a really nice pub with a few different bar areas, one with a pool table and sports on telly. Nice location and the people there are friendly. Dog friendly too which is nice, with parking and outside seating.

Really nice food at reasonable prices. Big portions. Staff very friendly. Nice and clean. First time here, but will definitely come again.

Went for tea and coffee and served by lovely young lady called Anna who looked after us well and was so polite ansld welcoming

I loved sitting in the cosy tearoom and looking at the artefacts.The owners were friendly and very nice I would recommend going there.I am sure to come back soon.😃
