The Port Bar is a fantastic local gem — great drinks, friendly staff, and a welcoming vibe. Whether you’re after a pint or an evening out, this place delivers every time. Always a pleasure to visit!

Nice tasty food. Maybe could have been a but spicier.

A flavour packed first visit that has left us wanting to try more! Both mains (lamb and duck) were plentiful and beautifully cooked. However, the salmon fishcakes stole the show! They were delicious, packed full of salmon and really hit the spot. This was our first visit but will certainly not be our last! A must try for those living in portishead!

Fantastic pub with a brilliant selection of beers, ales, and wines. Very reasonably priced. It's a warm day, and the air conditioning is a welcome relief. Staff are helpful and friendly. It's definitely worth a visit.

These pizzas are incredible! At first glance, you might think £16 for a pizza is steep, until you see the size of it!! Leftovers for days!! The pizzas are so delicious, it's our go-to for pizza in Portishead. They're not thick or stodgy, and they don't leave a dry taste in your mouth in the middle of the night like a Dominos/Pizza Hut/Pizza Go Go would. Fresh ingredients and more authentic Italian pizzas. The staff are very friendly too! Would highly recommend the 'Vincenzo' if you're a fan of spice!

Popped in to ask about early deal. Was told you Cant have one course only. Unless you paid for two courses. Cant recommend. Avoid this place.

The menu and quality of food is outstanding. Great atmosphere and currently chilling out and enjoying the sunshine in the secret garden. Would thoroughly recommend the paella which is freshly cooked to order and the best we have ever had.

Always great kebabs and fresh salad

Visited this cafe whilst on a short trip to the area. Would say it's a bit of a hidden gem near the boatyard. Our breakfast order was served quickly, and our hearty meal proved to be very tasty. Staff were polite and friendly. Good experience and happy to recommend.

Great food and the best table service I’ve experienced in a long time. The pork belly starter was delicious. I shall definitely come back.

Chilled lunchtime beer, with lovely staff… have wanted to visit for ages and it’s been worth it…Portishead lager! I don’t live here anymore and just visiting family, so made me v sentimental and would totally have bought 2/3 pint glasses to take home if they were for sale… we will be back
