The best restaurants serving Default food in North Devon South West

Went last night , 11th December , ordered and the guy was so interested in chatting up a woman outside he rushed our order and made someone else take over whilst he chatted to the woman in her car outside .when we got home we were missing 3 pitta breads and chips , we spent nearly £40 . Will definitely be trying somewhere else next time . Shame as it's always been ok before

Ordered the exact qay as usual online. Order had meat on it upon collection. Owner very rude in the way he handled everything.

Really slow service, coffee watery and not very nice. Cakes were the only good thing about the order. Don’t understand how a big Tesco like this can warrant only having one coffee machine? Meant very long queues. Took me about 15 minutes just to buy a drink from the fridge for my daughter.

Called in on Saturday to visit the museum and have some breakfast. The cafe is comfortable with really lovely staff and there's a decent selection of sandwiches and snacks. Breakfast is a sausage bap or a bacon bap and all the food is pre packed although the coffee was decent. The bacon roll wasn't awful by any means but this is a busy airfield and there's so much potential to do better. I understand its largely weather dependent but on Saturday there were 2 spitfires, a tiger Moth and a Stampe doing pleasure flights, 2 wing walk aircraft operating, skydivers, electric bike hirers, cyclists and plenty of observers plus the crews. So much potential for a great cafe rather than an average one. Would I go back? Yes I would but it could be better.

This was our second visit, our first was 2 years ago when we found the hotel to be quite basic as far as the decor is concerned, but alot of improvements have been made since then. The dining room is beautiful, service at mealtimes is very good and the food is excellent.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. You get what you pay for here with a smile, if you want The Ritz you wont get it on Groupon

Called to order 2 Large Pizza's whilst using the 241 Meerkat. Got put on hold twice to order to generic pizza's. I am extremely disappointed when I called I was told with meerkat you are only able to order Individual pizza's. I would have just gone to Domino's if I wasn't going to actually get 241

I’m surprised about the other reviews. This is the first time we use this little gem and I can honestly say I couldn’t fault it sweet and sour King prawn ! beautiful. The soup was very flavoursome and the ribs were to die for.

You all thought this would be a good review of a fun time at Pizza Hut, well it’s not. Don’t get me started on the staff, the table service was terrible, the “waiters” only relied on the website not knowing or informing me of the basics like: refill cups, buffets, deserts. Today the workers were hiding behind the till, reluctant to serve us being lazy and unqualified. I’m not one to write a review but you have forced me to create an account. Pizza Hut please fix your employment standards.

For the last four years I have ordered from here with some problems abut senior like the ones of late. They close at midnight so I ordered at 10pm on JustEat as usual, and they accept the order then refuse it. They have done this now 6timed out of 7times we have ordered, even at 9pm in the evening. I phone up and ask the guy what time do you cliose? He says midnight. I then say why did you cancel my order on just eat then? He asks me what did you order? He says try again same thing happens. I then phone back he then makes out he can’t understand English or anything I am saying. All of them can understand English and take orders from customers in Chico’s. We will never order from here again the service is the worst and the fried chicken is nearly always raw inside and not properly cooked, burnt pizza, burnt burgers. I have even take it back to get my money back on several occasions. Anatolia 2 boss also owns Chico’s and Effes runs out of the Chico shop. I wonder if the boss knows how his staff treat their customers?? Refusing orders etc. I have given up and now going elsewhere. Awful service terrible the worst ever so be warned I was a long standing customer and going elsewhere from now on.

We tried a few places whilst on holiday here for the February Half Term and enjoyed the chips from here. We actually ordered from here twice as we liked all the crispy ones. Appreciate its not for everyone but we don't like soggy chips so these were great.

spot on to be fair. everything present and correct and decent food.

We arrived as a family of 8 for lunch , when it came to ordering there were only 2 meals out of the 8 that the restaurant actually had. It then took a very long time to arrive , and then we were 2 meals short which then took another 7ish minutes to come after that. Not one staff member asked how are meal was ( we think they knew the answer they would receive). Also my daughter (3) ran into the soft play and ended up with wet socks in the ball pit. They then locked the doors rather than cleaning it.

Fancied a coffee whilst at the park and always like a slice of cake with that. Wish I hadn't the cake was stale. Hard and old.

I ordered basically an hour in advance a think and crispy cus I’m a to be dad loosing weight so thought I’d have a treat on the thin and crispy and they can’t read an order I realised once being at home and the delivery guy left. Messed joke not the first time, me and my partner was celebrating buying are first home and and order that was sat there for about an hour they messed up. Please just learn to ready I’m dyslexic but ik how to slow down and read

I ordered two pizza’s and I got two cheese toasty’s with Salami and they did not have pepperoni like it said it was supposed to have. these two cheese Toasties were also opposed to have sausage meat it came with one Richmond sausage cut into four pieces and five bits of salami there was no sauce on this whatsoever asked why I’m calling it a cheese toastie it was the saltiest thing I’ve ever had they didn’t even have the decency to put on mozzarella they put on strong cheddar cheese. I ordered a hot n spicy and it came with three bits of salami and five slices of chilli it was the least spiciest thing it was so salty I had to drinks all my drink within the first few bites. I would not recommend this to anyone especially as it was my mother‘s birthday she was not pleased with spending £30 on a plate of salt with a cut up Richmond sausage in it and some cheddar cheese .when we really ordered pizzas but there was no sauce there was no mozzarella I would not recommend this to anyone .my mum said is ruined her birthday.
