1st time trying here, Wrong order delivered, rude staff when I rang up to complain. Will never use again, I'll stick with Marmaris kebabs

Fried chicken is absolutely banging !!! So tender so tasty the skin is amazing so juicy and not greasy !! Wayyyyyyy better than KFC all day long . Honestly if you want Fried chicken this place is the place to go ! Delivery was on time too 🙌

Chicken strips had hair in the coating. Just eat refunded the full cost. Curly fries were over cooked but I didn't complain about that as I had eaten them when my son showed us the hair

Ordered from here once and now get a spam text offering a discount every single Friday. Have tried to unsubscribe by text, on the website and by blocking the number, nothing works.

My food never turned up, they took my money and didn't send food and had to ask for refund

Chico in Spanish means young boy, so this is a restaurant called ‘young boys chicken’, chicken in Spanish is pollo, I’m lead to believe these guys just picked a word that sounds like chicken from a different language. That being said the food and service are excellent, 5 stars.

Terrible. Pizza wasn't cut properly, chips were cold (one was deadass frozen), chicken wings was soggy wet and tasteless and they even gave us the wrong drink. Man those wings were nauseating. Would rather have Uday Hussein throw baseball's at my nuts. 0.5/10 if Google didn't have a minimum.

Food was over an hour late, phoned the takeaway 3 times, first 2 times they said drivers on his way, 3rd time they said the drivers broken down, food was stone cold when it arrived.

A lamb kebab, I walked 20mins back home, wasn't 1piece of lamb in it! An i ain't walkin back now in the rain, but they've been told and I will be callin in tomorrow. Like, I do my job right guys, so your job too hey

First kebab I've eaten in the UK for about 10 years and was not impressed. The kebab meat tasted okay but the pitta bread was old and stale. Chicken was dry and overcooked and chips were cold. What a shame.

Dropped two leaflets and two cards through my door because they can tell I enjoy eating. All their litter proudly advertised 15% off for ordering online. Made my selection, and went to pay. Full price. Went ahead to see if it was added later. Checkout errored twice. I'll just eat the pasta i made instead. Good luck fixing your broken site.

Stay clear! I asked for a chicken doner wrap (the carved chicken) , watched them cook the chicken doner and take it out the back at this point the guy gives me chicken shish wrap which I didn't ask for.. I said is that wrap for me and he said "yes boss" which I said that's not what I ordered. All I got back was "it's basically same chicken, you'll love this boss" He then grabbed a dirty tea towel which was black as they had been using to clean the fryer with the SAME tongs he then shuffled my chicken around with on the grill! Also I counted 6 just eat orders just sat in the window waiting for collection from their driver.. Anyway, I've been on the toilet since sooooo yeah? It's a shame bcos when they're good they're really good but what I seen tonight I cannot eat from there again On a positive note staff were friendly, maybe just over busy but still no excuse

I’ve Ordered Chico’s from just eat, been hour since I made the payment, so I decided to ring up to see how longs going to be, “women replied it’s just left”. I have been waiting around for another half hour, I got a text from them saying hope you enjoyed you meal, so I rang up again a man answered and told me it won’t be long I’m fed up never gonna spend a penny there again HORRIBLE SERVICE

Just had a stone cold wrap and chicken sandwich from here, collected the food and only takes 2 mins to drive home in that time it should not have been like that, rang up and was greeted with awful customer service basically arguing that the chicken was cooked 10 mins before, this being rubbish as I was sat waiting for 15 mins and the strips were taken from the supposed hot cabinet that they were in when I first got there, and sarcastically told to enjoy our meal! Think they were shocked when my husband went down and gave them back their cold food. They did cook us fresh which took less time to wait for than it did first time round so maybe have a think about cooking fresh to order.... you may start getting better reviews 🤷‍♀️

Food is good but have ordered twice now and on both occasions we have had to wait between 1 and 2 hours for our delivery.

Chicken was okay I guess but tasted like a microwave job. Chips stale and dry, cats enjoyed the sausage I couldnt eat cause it was overcooked and disgusting. Overall not impressed considering took 2 hours to get here

Been here twice and on both occasions it was better chicken than KFC. Really good.

I got food poisoning from this place

Burnt chicken and rock hard chips and my wrap was drowning in sauce .... won't be coming back
