I did not receive this order ? Help please

Ordered 6 item Breakfast with 2 extra hash browns, 2 extra sausages, and 2 extra bacon. Also asked for no eggs. Got an egg on top of everything and had it leaked all over the rest of the food and only got 1 of each of the extras not the 2 I ordered. Won't be ordering again.

Order extra items did not receive them, and the full English did not come with bacon

Bacon was super dry. Tomato had gone to mush and then chucked in the beans.

was delivered hot but missing peas off part of order and the breakfast was missing tomato and got extra sausage not the bacon as ordered

the driver didn't deliver properly left out in rain we are block flats and disabled confronted he was argumentive as he got in car saying he doesn't need deliver to door..stop using temp drivers who can't read instructions

Excellent food & delivery driver is really a good laugh too. See him twice now.

Fab breccie that was still hot and delivered in good time. The one issue was the driver didn't inform me the meal had been dropped off! My phone number was given in advance as were instructions if the reception the driver was delivering to, was unattended. Fortunately, upon checking the app, I knew it had been delivered.

Delivery time changed three times and courier appeared to be at the restaurant most of the morning. Was missing one of the large chips which was another slap around the chops to compliment the wait. The food we did receive was really good👌

I asked for no tomato or black pudding and you put it on there want be comeing back to you again food is cold aswell

the food for the first time was disapointing the bacon the sausages and black pudding were over cooked and could not eat will order again sometime to see if better

My coffee lid was not fitted on correctly, so was leaking on route, which led to bag breaking and my coffee spilling all over my floor, hence no coffee

Popped in for the breakfast and was not disappointed, staff are friendly and helpful. Nice sized car park and large store.

This was my third visit to the store in under a month. Whilst the staff in general merchandise section are helpful and informed, the same can’t be said for the cafe. Every time I’ve either been ignored or served extremely slowly. This starts when an order is placed right up until the food arrives . There doesn’t seem to be a shortage of staff, but nothing is done in any apparent order or with any enthusiasm. I’ve had the same dish every time, a cheese and ham toasty which isn’t too bad.

We had a family breakfast here and the service was ok. A clean and tidy cafe with good service times. Breakfast just wasn't as plentiful as Morrisons though

A supermarket cafe wouldn’t be my first choice but sometimes needs must. My Chicken Tikka with rice and naan was good, the childrens’ fish and chips was over cooked and dry. The fruit was fresh, tea and coffee were good and the staff were lovely . The other good points were that there’s plenty of parking and they keep serving lunches till late in the afternoon, both of which are how we ended up there.

Whilst the staff seem to be genuinely lovely people, they are either put in place with zero training or they are employed in a role that they just do not belong in. I’ve visited a few times (to give them the benefit of the doubt) but each time I’ve had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for food, the wrong food arrived or the right food arrived but it was cooked incorrectly (I.e not cooked at all!)

Well I can't give no stars or I assure I would have. The girl on the till was lovely so not her fault. However 40 minutes it took. Started at 1 o'clock so figured a short weight but not 40 minutes dreadful with a hungry toddler . When it did arrive it was awful. Not fresh which I could tell from the chips they were warmish ! Child's meal could be eaten straight away another sign. Even then we didn't really eat it. Who gives bread not toast for breakfast crazy. There clearly was chaos in the kitchen. People were getting there orders who had come in after us. What the hell. Won't be using this cafe again. Spent far less than planning too in the store as a result so you lost out there. Back to Sainsbury's and Morrisons for us in the future. Your loss.

If I could submit a zero star rating I would. A pleasant day trip to Barnstaple was ruined by the incompetent running of this cafe. First I queued for 25 minutes - when I eventually got served I asked for 2 fish and chips only to be told there was only one piece of fish left. The time was 12.45 - very early to be running out of food for a lunch time. I asked the young person taking my order why had it taken so long to get served - they just shrugged their shoulders. I placed my order. I was not told how long the wait for food would be - it was 35 minutes - disgraceful. I ordered a burger and chips (as my family member had the one remaining fish) and it was abysmal! A burger was placed between a roll with no salad or anything on the roll. We also asked for tomato sauce which didn't arrive. Another table were waiting 40 minutes for 3 paninis to be heated up - they got a refund. The young person clearing tables said they'd rather be somewhere else! We will not be visiting this cafe again.

Arrived at 2.30 and waited at an empty counter for five minutes. Went down to the till and was eventually served. I ordered sausage, eggs, chips and beans. Not too long a wait but the late was small so not many chips to go with the deep fried sausages. The beans were definitely not hienz. Sadly I could have gone intoTown and had much better for the same price.
