We choose the boater’s due to the location and decided to have dinner. All four of us decided on the fish and chips . The wait for around 45 minutes and when it arrived, the fish was awful. It was like it had been reheated and stuck under a heat lamp. Chips were cold. We wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Great restaurant with loads of variety of burgers, chicken and meat. Loved it and not to expensive either.

Así es como te imaginas los locales de hamburguesas de comida rápida ante la miseria y decepción de las marcas actuales de la calle. Pedir es un poco de faff en las pantallas omnipresentes pero... Después de eso genial. Te sientas con un número de mesa y tu comida te llega rápidamente. Mi hamburguesa se veía exactamente como el anuncio y sabía fresco. Personal muy amable.

A pity this delightful tea room has closed. It was a lovely place to take a break from shopping. Food and service were excellent

This used to be our go to stop when travelling and when lookinh for good value wholesome food. Why have you stopped offering wholefood to vegans. So dissapointed when we stopped recently. Will now have to find another outlet to fill the void.

Las mesas estaban llenas de platos usados, etc. x no habían sido limpiados, pero el personal se echó a correr de los pies. El servidor principal detrás del mostrador siempre fue tan educado x servicial. No podía culpar al personal, simplemente no lo suficiente de ellos. Además, los clientes podrían haber ayudado al tomar sus bandejas vacías / sucias. Comida x café muy buena VFM. Comería allí de nuevo.

La primera vez en Nando’s, nos encontramos con un servicio servicial, todas las mesas estaban llenas, pero su Muskaan nos aseguró de estar sentados lo antes posible, ella se pasó con su servicialidad, amabilidad y calidez, estuvimos sentados dentro de un período de 10 minutos. Nuestra comida era deliciosa y el servicio general y el costo final fue excelente. . volveremos a visitar

Stopped here a few times during my 2 day stay in Bath. The staff was friendly. The store was very hot with no air con during a summers day. Even their chocolate items were melting which is not good. Felt sorry for their employers. Quite a small one.

We were in Bath on a month long trip to the UK. I have been to Bath before and I really like being in that city. It's like a home away from home. People are always so nice there. I met a girl from a local college that I met at the airport and she worked at this restaurant, I believe her name is Audrey, she has blonde hair, sorry if I forgot your name! lol...Anyway, she told us to stop there to have breakfast. She prepared some fruit smoothie for me and my wife and we bought other stuff also. Her and the crew were very nice and the food was fantastic. I am sure glad she suggested to stopping. Place was hard to find but we finally found it. It's across the street from the Bath's main entrance. We never got to say goodbye wanted to at least let them know we enjoyed stopping there and talking to her and the crew. Little things like this make it a fun trip. I went to to Bath Christmas market on Saturday with two friends and we stopped at Costa for a bite to eat and coffees. One friend went to the toilet whilst I was ordering and the other secured a table downstairs. When I placed my order I was asked if I had a table, to which I replied ‘yes’. When I asked for help to take the food and drinks downstairs I was told I couldn’t take crockery downstairs for ‘health & safety’ reasons. I explained that when I ordered the food and drinks I was not told that crockery could not be taken downstairs. The girl then said she would speak to the manager and I was left standing at the sugar/waste bin area. No one came so I called over a man who was making coffees. He said I couldn’t take my purchases downstairs and eventually said he would help me but they would not be liable in the event if an accident!! By this time our toasted sandwiches had gone cold. When I pointed this out, he just apologised. There was only ONE toilet working which was down a long narrow flight of stairs. As we were leaving we noticed a lady with a walker who had somehow managed to negotiate the stairs as the disabled toilet was also out of action and the shop was rammed. It is just not good enough. When I spoke to the member of staff about it she was very sharp in her response saying she had reported the toilets out of action and they should be sorted on Monday!! That was by far the worst experience I have had at a Costa Coffee and cannot believe staff don’t make customers aware of the health & safety policy regarding the downstairs seating area and can legally provide food and drink to such a huge customer base and only provide the facility of one toilet and no disabled toilets- DISGUSTED!!

The food was reasonably priced. The guys was friendly. I had the hotdog and it was good. The brioche roll was toasted and the hotdog was juicy. Overall well recommended

Fuimos a tomar el té de la tarde en el Abbey Tea Bar como una familia la semana pasada y nos lo pasamos de maravilla. El entorno y la ubicación son fabulosos justo en el centro de la ciudad; el servicio de Greg y Sally era increíble (profesional, bien informado y amable) , y los tés de la tarde eran deliciosos. Nuestra hija tiene alergia al trigo, y fue atendida con su propio té, con una selección completa de sándwiches, bollos y pasteles sin gluten. Toda la comida era deliciosa, presentado maravillosamente y la selección era muy buena. La encantadora Sally nos habló a través del menú, nos aconsejó sobre los mejores tés como acompañamiento, y nos dejó totalmente tranquilos de que la alergia al trigo se tomó en serio. Tuvimos una gran tarde y sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en Bath.

El jardín secreto es tan secreto que el personal no puede encontrarlo! Reservamos un té de Navidad por la tarde para un regalo de cumpleaños para mi amigo, en el jardín secreto. .. bueno, parece que es tan secreto que el personal no pudo encontrarlo! La mesa parecía preciosa, bonita vista en una habitación tranquila con vistas al río. La opción de verdura no se había marcado (había pedido previamente 1 xl de carne y 1 x verdura) y no había sustituto para el rollo de salchicha .. cuando le pregunté al camarero sobre esto dijo "un rollo de salchicha es un rollo de salchicha y no se puede reemplazar" Cuando salió la comida correcta, fue realmente agradable... pero tuvimos que perseguir todo, incluso para que nuestro café nos lo dieran, cuando la camarera lo sacó fueron 2 x medias tazas de café, no en la olla que estaba en la mesa! Sin azúcar, leche, etc. .. era solo un servicio de mala calidad. Había habido 3 mesas utilizadas para el té y estábamos rodeados de mesas con platos sucios, el personal nunca entró en la habitación para comprobar si querías algo - solo muy mal servicio. Se ve bien, pero no entrega. Después de una queja el gerente, se disculpó y arregló nuestra olla de café, la camarera la entregó a nuestra mesa que estaba cubierta de platos usados, derribó la olla y se asombró sin limpiar nada del desastre, buena comida, pero no tienen habilidades básicas de servicio ¡Vete a otra parte!

Vinimos a desayunar y tuvimos una comida encantadora! El desayuno era tan sabroso (tuvimos las obras completas) y las porciones eran perfectas! El personal es encantador y amable y el ambiente es tan relajado y acogedor.
