The best restaurants serving Default food in Tarring Worthing South East

I have to say I am disappointed in the customer service received this week. I have no issues with the food but the customer service is not great. After a busy week I wanted to treat my staff to lunch, I used just eat app to order. The food never arrived and when I contacted the shop they just said it's been collected so nothing they can do, contact Just eat. They also said it's happend a few times. I felt it was a simple we have out money for the order so all is fine, but it's not. So my question is why use the service and risk customer disappointment. Surely you know who collects and should have some way of contacting the delivery person should the food not arrive to the customer. The food was delivered to a completely different address and postcode to the one on the order. Just because of this situation I will no longer use this shop and will not recommend to people like I have done quite a few times before. Just so you know I am out of pocket for the food twice because I have to reorder and collect in-person just to not let my team down.

An excellent find. Have to say that the Parsonage lived up to and exceeded expectations. Our party of 5 were made to feel so very welcome and the service was expedient and good exceptional and excellent value. The Sea Bass looked and tasted as fresh as they vibe and the mixed grill for two more than enough for 4. Altogether top marks and a really great experience.

This is my go to café, the hot chocolate is the best I've had anywhere and the cinnamon buns are unmatched! A beautifully simple and reliable coffee stop with enthusiastic and energetic staff, so lucky to live within walking distance of this place. Will keep coming back and highly recommend!

A nice village pub. Has the usual things you'll find in a pub including a large garden and drink deals. Food is served as well. Best value pub in Tarring.

Really lovely family meal here last night. Everyone loved their food, great wine&beer selection, friendly service.

Needed to kill some time and had missed breakfast. Had a couple coffees and their breakfast sandwich. Was tasty and good value for money IMHO. Would absolutely visit again.

If we are having a curry takeaway, we always choose Akash tandoori. Their curry flavours are fantastic, the food is fresh, the service is great and quick and it is priced just right. Also we don't get the 'curry belly' issues after their curries, which we do get at some other establishments! We went to pick up the food the last time we had it, instead of getting delivery, and were early so had a nice chat with the friendly family who work there, including their 8 year old. Highly recommended.

We used to have a fantastic takeaway, last night I ordered chicken and cashew nuts in yellow bean SAUCE, where was the beautiful sauce? No where to be seen, chicken was so dry because there wasn't any sauce!! I'm paying for sauce but getting none!!!

Tasteless food! I ordered King Prawns, I got 3 😲 and they tasted soapy, not good 🤮 Really gone downhill from when it first opened, they WERE a breath of fresh air. Now, very disappointed 😥 Will not be ordering again.

I visit this coffee shop regularly and the coffee is great and the service friendly. The cakes look lovely, but I would never eat any here because they are always uncovered and at coughing height - which is a shame. Today there were a couple of danish on a plate right next to the card machine (I had to be careful not to get my elbow in them they were so close) There are lots of coughs and sneezes around…

I was waiting to be served for nearly 20 mins. 4 people were served before me, and 3 of those came in after me. I wouldn't of minded so much, but it's like I wasn't there. I have used them quite a lot, but probably won't again.
