We popped into Greggs in Wantage for a bacon bap and coffee, after shopping. The service is fast and very efficient and friendly.. the coffee is excellent and the bacon bap delicious absolutely fantastic value for money. We sat at a table as it was a bit cold outside. Really clean tables. It is very popular and there were lots of people queuing but they were served very fast. The hot food stands were full of hot food freshly cooked. Absolutely brilliant! We will be joining the queue again very soon!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service at The Vault Today! Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Jason and Kevin for being absolutely fantastic today at The Vault! From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and super attentive. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious – honestly some of the best we've had in a while. And the bottomless drinks? Such a great touch, especially with how quickly they kept them topped up without us even needing to ask. Jason and Kevin really went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Their energy and genuine care for the customers made a huge difference. If you’re heading to The Vault, I hope you get to be served by these two – they’re a dream team! 👏🍕🥤

We had a delicious Afternoon Tea at The Grocer Chef today. A lovely selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended.

Restaurant is no longer trading! Looking forward to visiting after having read the reviews so was very disappointed to see an estate agent’s. sign outside the premises when I was staying in Wantage on 19th July.

The food and atmosphere was lovely. Unfortunately huge set back, staff asked multiple times for water which didn't come until the main meal. When asked if the butter chicken contained cashews or almonds, the waiter said almonds and would check, after confirming we ordered. Just after dinner my partner had an allergic reaction to the curry as it did actually contain cashews...

We like to go to independent cafes and were visiting Wantage today. Lovely friendly service, generous portions with wide selection of food to suit all tastes. I had the cheese ploughman's which consisted of 4 pieces of cheddar, mixed leaves, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, homemade chunky coleslaw, pickled onions, pickle, baguette with butter. My husband had chicken and bacon jacket potato with salad. both dishes very generous and very reasonable total £16 with drinks.

I had a ham salad sandwich. The ham content was one piece of the thinnest wafer thin ham ever, it was completely tasteless. The salad was old cut up iceberg, tomatoes slice. One slice of cucumber. The salad on the side was pitifully small and only about 5 crisps. Terrible value for money. The cold Coke drink had no ice. My daughter was given the end crust of bread in her bacon toastie . Same tiny quantity of salad leaves and 5 crisps. We went because they do gluten free bread. I wish I had made my own picnic and eaten it in the car!

Myself and my hubby came to celebrate our anniversary, we had heard such good things about you and decided to give it a go last minute, we hadn't booked but the lovely receptionist managed to find us a table and we were seated, service good, food outstanding for the price! Drinks average, We will be sure to return

I have been a customer for a few years now and have always found the service to be excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the quality of food is very good and great value for money. Their coffee is my favourite in Wantage and thoroughly enjoy their complimentary biscuit. I consider the team more as friends these days, making the shop my favourite hang out spot in Wantage. I encourage you to give them a try as you will not be disappointed.

We moved to Wantage four years ago and Sylheti Spice is now our favourite curry restaurant. We always receive a warm and friendly welcome. The food is excellent and really tasty. Thanks for a fantastic evening. We will be back soon.

The beer menu is really good, so we had a few beers. Good night out.

Food was okay. Very rude staff member. Completely unnecessary for the guy to have a go at me for being 10mins late to pickup the food. If the chips are bit soggy that's on me buddy, not your problem.
