First time here today, what a fantastic experience, service first class, staff friendly, food exceptional , had my 90 year old mum with me, whilst waiting for Uber, local man Simon and Mark kindly bought us a drink while we waited, cannot fault this Pub, visit as soon as you can & i promise you will not be disappointed , cannot wait to return .

Booked on line Nov 23rd for a booking on 9th Dec. Had immediate confirmation. Received reminder 2 days before. We arrived at the restaurant we discovered it was all boarded up and looked like it had been closed for months. Website still up and taking bookings

Staff seemed really nice, so can’t moan about them at all. But the food is awful it was like plastic spent £40 collected my order so can’t comment on delivery.

A great pub/restaurant just out of town top food top staff top place to eat and drink also has a private dining room. Highly recommend.

Newly refurbished, good range of reasonably priced largers and cider, only one ale that is in the marginally higher price range. 25% off for happy 😊 hours on some weekdays. Smashing staff in pleasant surroundings

Our expectations was higher that we experienced , we all know good steak restaurants are expensive however with our steaks can’t say that worth the money was ok but not the best we had fillet steak was cooked how we liked however was strangely chewy but eatable , service was ok however wasn’t worth the amount of we’ve been charged ! Without a long review our meal was over all was ok but not fantastic also it’s very expensive just be prepared ! We had better steaks elsewhere!

Had a really lovely Mother's Day lunch here, can recommend the roasts, the fish and chips and all the puddings. Lovely friendly staff. Thank you.

Happy House Passed it on way home and have never been there before. I thought I would give it a try for a takeaway. Young guy at the counter was monosyllabic at best and totally disinterested. I found the lack of a welcome was extremely rude. On that basis alone I will not return and that’s before getting my food. Having eaten my king prawn curry and chow mein I was looking for a word to describe the meal, bland sums it up. You can guess I won’t be back.
