Food terrible greasy and oily Meat tough Chicken smelled , rice and prawn smelled before I opened the pack. Absolutely disgusting rang them up and the owner said I will give you credit. What a load of nonsense, after waiting over 1hour 32 mins. Don’t waste ur money

Waited 2 hrs for my takeaway to be told the driver had tried to deliver several times and called my landline 1. I’ve been sat watching my front door which is wide open 2. I don’t and never had a landline Absolute horrific service

Ordered our takeaway and picked it up . It was all in a plastic carrier bag that was tied up . On returning home and opening the bag got all the contents out and found a bug on the bag of food inside . I phoned them as we both didn't want to eat it after this and was told it was a warm night and it probably flew in the bad that was tied up while walking across the road home . Absolutely the last two times we have tried this place it's not been acceptable never ever again . It's about time it was checked out by the scores on the door team

I must have walked past this place 100 times and never thought to go in. My mum and I decided to try it and we were not disappointed. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, the staff were so lovely and I can honestly say that was the best lamb donner I've ever had. My mum ordered chicken as she doesn't like lamb donner from the takeaway but she tried some of mine and wants to go back again to get more lamb! Really casual dining in a beautiful restaurant

After trying all the Chinese takeaways in Totton, Golden Dragon is by far the best one. Friendly people from order taking to delivery. Even when living outside of Totton, I still used Golden Dragon when wanting a Chinese.

Lovely pub with beautiful garden Food really good, with a great menu Helpful staff, chef even joined us in the garden to hunt for frogs! Perfect for families

Booked a table for lunch at 2.30pm on 6th July via pub website booking system (OpenTable). When we arrived we said we had a table booked and were told we could sit anywhere, so we got some drinks and sat down. I went to the bar and asked for the menu and was then told they had no booking for us and they weren’t serving food. Member of staff behind the bar asked if we had booked online and when I said yes she told me ’oh the online system doesn’t always work - we’ve got crisps if you’re hungry’. Frankly she couldn’t have cared less that we already had drinks but couldn’t get any food - in fact she was quite rude. Staff are unhelpful, serve regulars in front of other customers, music was incredibly loud for lunchtime and overall a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Certainly won’t be going back…

£16.50 for a mixed grill isn’t cheap . And lamb in it was inedible and so chewy,and the chicken was stupidly dry. No garlic mayonnaise or chilli sauce as requested so you won’t get repeat business off of me.

As decent a coffee as Costa gets. Seriously lazy staff, sat at a table with someone else’s rubbish for 2 hours. During my two hour stay, I didn’t see anyone clear or clean tables at all… come on. Have a little pride.

Insanely rude and incompetent coffee shop. Ignored me for the customer behind me, who they knew (and were providing with free milk, which took a 10 minute discussion apparently) then - when they actually deigned to serve any paying customers - they took my money but didn’t pass my order on to the guy making coffee, so it wasn’t made. Never once apologised or acknowledged this, so I eventually asked for a refund. Then condescendingly dismissed my claim that it was for 6.10 and refunded me less (5.95). When I checked my bank statement … it was indeed 6.10 and they had actually charged me an additional 5.95 rather than issue a refund. Either dishonest or so incompetent it beggars belief.

From the moment we got there the service was rubbish, we tried ordering drinks only for the bar staff to serve their friends and locals first even though we were there before most of them. After being shown to our table had to wait about half a hour to get our food order taken then seemed like an age for the food to come out. Not once did anyone ask if anyone had any food allergies! First meal out they left the chicken of the pasta then had to wait 2 minutes in between each meal to come out for the 6 of us. 2 people had lasagna which was was only warm on the outside, 3 of us had the swordfish which was covered in some kind of butter and 1 plate had 12 olives and the other 2 had 3. Asked 3 members of staff for water for the table. Had to keep asking for service as no bar staff seemed to be bothered to come check on us as they were too busy chatting to each other. There were about 6 young members of staff but no leadership as they only seemed bothered serving all the locals and youngsters which there were lots off and chatting to them all. I could carry on with complaints but there wouldn’t be enough characters!

Bill arrived at the end and they’d added on a bottle of wine that supposedly I had but definitely did not. I queried this but they refused to take it off and we had to pay. The server would have known we never had a bottle. Really dishonest and won’t be returning.

Great food, ready on time. Hot, delicious and not at all greasy. I would definitely recommend trying this place as it really is a winner.
