£85 PARKING FINE FOR EATING AT YOU RESTAURANT! NITHING OR NOBODY SAID TO ME THAT I HAD TO PUT MY REGISTRATION IN ON ENTERING TO ORDER. TRIED TO DISPUTE AS WHAT OTHER REASON WOULD WE BE THERE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. COST OF LIVING CRISIS AND THE LIKES OF YOU FINE FOR KEEPING YOU IN BUSSINESS. NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMEND OR VISIT HARVESTER AGAIN. MANY THANKS
It is such a shame that this brilliant chef is supported by a team of people who have absolutely no idea what is going on. This was our fourth trip back. Each time we have been here since the refurbishment, the quality and flavour of the food has been amazing but each time, we have had terrible service. This was the last chance and I'm afraid we won't be going back. We put in our order for food and drink which just disappeared off the face of the earth. Our lunch wine was served before the pre–lunch drinks, had to keep looking at the staff for any sign of food to which they panicked on the realisation that we were STILL there with no meal. One of the young male waiters, who actually was on the ball, couldn't apologise enough and genuinely looked very embarrassed at the whole shambles. Credit to him, credit to chef but the rest of you, sort yourselves out! It's just not good enough.
Popped in for snack, very quick service for my Coque Monsueir, which hit the spot. I can't wait for the sun to come out for lazy lunches on the decking!
The Subway is awful! Ages to prepare and they were getting many of the orders mixed up.
We asked where our waffles and dips were. The man glared at us.
We received one of the two portions and gave up.
My Veggie Subway wasn't very nice. Very dry!
I have never had a bad experience with a Subway previously.

We visited on a Monday morning, the two baristas appeared disinterested and we didn’t feel welcome. The drinks were OK when they arrived but I’m not sure we will return, much warmer welcome and better customer service at a different outlet close by.
Absolutely atrocious service.
I ordered pizzas for delivery to my house which did not arrive, and then had to go out to meet the driver. Whilst a family member went to meet the driver, I contacted the store to complain and ask for a refund on the delivery fee. The person at the end of the phone clearly did not understand and talked about cancelling my order and giving me a full refund. I still wanted the pizza, but did'nt see why I shouldn't get a refund on my delivery fee as the driver didn't actually deliver it but waited at a location approx 5 mins away. This meant by the time we got the pizza it wasn't hot.
I am also still waiting for the refund.
Tried to order a pizza twice over the phone as we didn't have Internet access and was told we had to order via the app, we explained that we didn't have Internet access at that time, which fell on deaf ears and the the very rude person call Kam hung the phone up on us twice. This was on a Sunday night. We will be ordering our pizza from herbies as their customer service is much better and you can order over the phone.
To the management team please address this issue as we don't want to use this store anymore and I'm sure others are probably thinking the same.
We had some small plates for dinner as we had a large lunch. We had squid, some mushroom arancini and bruschetta. All were good size for starters and very tasty, especially the arancini.
Service was excellent and staff are very friendly.
Fairly small menu but what they had on offer looked good and our food was good value.

Driving home from visiting family, my wife and two teenage daughters wanted a snack. Ended up stopping at these services (North bound). It's a KFC, with the screens, and our one was providing receipts, although not all did. Also, the scanner wasn't working so I couldn't get my points.
Food, however, was as expected. Hot and actually quite nice.

This was from 2020 but couldn’t select an earlier date.
I bought a round of teas/coffees on a cold rainy morning for builders and myself. The woman told me some drinks were not available, so she pointed out the available drinks on the menu. With that, I ordered myself a large latte (which was around £3 from memory). I had to wait outside because of covid so I didn’t see the drinks being made.
When I got back to site, I took the lid off to add sugar, expecting to see a frothy milky latte and I was extremely annoyed to find that they had blatantly charged me £3 for a very dark watery instant coffee with the tiniest amount of milk added. I tried a small amount, but it wasn’t nice and was nowhere near resembling a latte, so I threw it away.
I want to support local business, and it may have been a teething issue. I might try again if I’m desperate, but I will check what I am given before leaving if there is a next time, and review my score accordingly.
Best place for Chinese! Large meal size, massive portion of complimentary prawn crackers which was much appreciated & amazing service from the lady on the phone today. Delivery was quick and easy 10/10 definitely recommend!
