We visited on a Monday morning, the two baristas appeared disinterested and we didn’t feel welcome. The drinks were OK when they arrived but I’m not sure we will return, much warmer welcome and better customer service at a different outlet close by.

The Didcot Startbucks never make enough Cold Brew, and run out by midday most days of the week. I am regularly in Starbucks to work from my laptop and get out of the house, and would say only 10% of the time I get asked for my Starbucks drink QR code to be scanned. They also constantly forget to take off you 'own cup' discount so you pay full price. When you ask for them to do the transaction again so you can scan your code and get your 'own cup' discount, they simply say 'sorry, I didn't do it this time, and then ask for the next customer. Not great service, and always a disappointment from what should be a great coffee chain.

The cost of a medium latte was £4.02 - 50p more than Costa. This is a massive hike in costs since 2020z I won’t be going again.

We always head for Starbucks when in Didcot. The staff are always welcoming and it’s a perfect spot to get to. Oh, and the coffee is always the best in town.

What an excellent experience - Jaxx and his colleague did a great job - even warming my Dad’s croissant and adding a pat of butter. Coffees were excellent to - nice balance. Really really impressed - thank you

Visited mid-morning on a Saturday, everywhere in the store was dirty and my coffee tasted a bit funky. Won’t be returning here very soon.

I dont think I have ever been in such a dirty and grotty cafe. The perspex screens at the counter were filthy. The tables were grubby and covered with used crockery and the seat covered in dirty children's footprints. The floors were covered in dead leaves and used tissues. Forget covid it wouldn't live in the grime.

New(ish) Starbucks location. Modern building in an outdoor retail park. I was there around 9am on a thursday, the sun was shining but all the tables outside were very dirty so I decided to sit inside at the window Also inside not clean or tidy. 3 staff members on duty, very quite but no-one seamed proud of where they work or the drive to clean up, shame. Costa is less than a minutes walk away, will try them next time.

It is such a shame that this brilliant chef is supported by a team of people who have absolutely no idea what is going on. This was our fourth trip back. Each time we have been here since the refurbishment, the quality and flavour of the food has been amazing but each time, we have had terrible service. This was the last chance and I'm afraid we won't be going back. We put in our order for food and drink which just disappeared off the face of the earth. Our lunch wine was served before the pre–lunch drinks, had to keep looking at the staff for any sign of food to which they panicked on the realisation that we were STILL there with no meal. One of the young male waiters, who actually was on the ball, couldn't apologise enough and genuinely looked very embarrassed at the whole shambles. Credit to him, credit to chef but the rest of you, sort yourselves out! It's just not good enough.

Awful! The pizza was delivered without sauce, or so little sauce that it can't be seen or tasted. I have ordered from here so many times without any issues but on this occasion I called down to let them know and I was accused of trying to get free pizza. I hope anyone reading this will think twice about accepting a delivery when there is a good chance you won't be getting what you ordered.

Driving home from visiting family, my wife and two teenage daughters wanted a snack. Ended up stopping at these services (North bound). It's a KFC, with the screens, and our one was providing receipts, although not all did. Also, the scanner wasn't working so I couldn't get my points. Food, however, was as expected. Hot and actually quite nice.

Great location, lovely staff, but the coffee is only and frankly miles behind Cafe Nero.
