Very poor value for money. In fact, it was the worst take away I've had for while. If you want a burrito full of rice with hardly any meat, then this is for you.

Not great. Ordered beef brisket burrito, the meat was nice actually, but everything else was just bland, there was something overpowering in it, I think coriander seeds, that just made the whole thing taste awful. Not many flavours going that you’d expect in a Mexican burrito, and I there didn’t seem to be any soured cream. Milkshake was nice but I suspect they don’t use the real Kinder Bueno in it. Won’t come here again.

Shocking delivery, ordered food the family. The order arrived via Deliveroo all squashed, all boxes looked like they’d be sat on. Order a chicken burger for £9.99 thinking it would be nice, and come with lettuce mayo etc, as you’d expect in a standard burger, however what arrived was the smallest, overcooked breaded chicken piece in a bun that had a hole in from someone’s hand. So off putting. Called Loco Burrito to complain about this and ask for a refund, their policy was to come and collect the items which was fine. Ordered on 6.06.24, now is 13.06.24 and no refund has come through.

Great atmosphere and great food. Worker Paige had a smile on her face and was happy to help with any problems. Will be making a return for definite!

EDIT - Fair play that they responded, next time I'm in the area ill update to my review TLDR - Overpriced and not that tasty, 2.5/5 I got a burrito with Rice. Beef, pork, cheese, cream. This was paired with some fries (Wanted sweet potato however they ran out) and a kit kat milkshake. To start positive, the Burrito was very tasty. Very dense, meat was tender and it was piping hot thanks to the tinfoil wrapping. The fries were awful. Genuinely some of the worst fries ive had in my life. Floppy, hollow, and tasteless. Tiny portion and tiny sized fries. The container they came seemed to stick to the fries, giving them a bizarre Styrofoam taste. 1/5 for the chips. The kit kat Milkshake was also very underwhleming. No where near enough kit kat was used, and by the time it got to me it had all sunken to the bottom. Was just a runny milky drink, with a faint taste of kit kat. Needed to be thicker and include more kit kat pieces for sure. So with that the only thing good about the place is the burrito, however the price just isnt cutting it. For a standard Burrito meal (Burrito, Chips or Nachos (Sweet potato fries cost extra) and a standard drink (Milkshakes cost extra) its £15. Doesnt sound bad on paper, but certain individual topping / filling adds extra. Each meat filling is charged, even your first filling, if you dont pay that you wont have any meat. The price is £2.99 for each meat choice. Cheese is £0.50 and guacamole is £0.99. That should be standard in any Burrito, absolute con. This means that for a standard Burrito (I count cheese as a standard, this isn't even including Guacomole), your looking at £20.95. £20.95 for a can of drink, a small portion of tasteless skinny fries, and a decent burrito is way too much. The icing on the cake is that the delivery fee was £6.50. Bare in mind that the place was only 3.5 miles from the hotel i was staying at, absolute shambles. I will say the staff there are very pleasant, props there. If the price was cheaper id give it a 3, but as it stands a 2.5 is fair.

Our takeout experience was exceptional! The food was absolutely delicious, with standout items like the addictive salsa nachos and phenomenal tacos. The brisket in the burritos was amazing, and even the rice was delicious. We're thrilled to have such fantastic takeout options in our area!

Piping hot, clearly reheated in an oven just before delivery - not surprising when it was an hour later than the delivery time! No guacamole despite paying for it, no beans or lettuce either. Tiniest amount of curdled sour cream. Nice chicken and rice in a wrap with a smidge of cheese but not a burrito. Expensive for what it is, even with a voucher!

Looks good, nice portion! Delivery was a little delayed but I got a call from customer service to inform me of the delay not going to take a star away for that 😁, chicken cooked well, rice was spot on, don't think you guys get enough appreciation! Will be ordering again soon!

The burritos were tasty but spoiled by the rice being hard and undercooked The kids chicken nugget meal was very poor value for money, 4 tiny nuggets. Not sure if this was positive or negative but expect the nachos to have melted cheese not a cold meal with grated cheese, not good value for money.

Ordered from them a few days ago, and very much enjoyed! Only reason I didn't give 5 m stars, is because unfortunately their main driver had broken down, so had to wait alot longer for my order to be delivered. But the food was really nice, piping hot too. Think I may order from here again, just hopefully no inconveniences happen next time.

Placed an order through Just eat, calling themselves Broadway Baguette!! Food was salty and inedible, called establishment to advise them of this, to be told that the man I spoke to had cooked the beef brisket himself and tried it, and he didn't think it was salty, (see other reviews). Wrong milkshake delivered and delivery driver was rude to my partner and tried to tell him our postcode was incorrect! Hence to say we won't be ordering again and for all other Just eat users, check addresses before ordering, most of these places are just using different names as a front for the same restaurant. Did manage to get refund from Just eat which wad quick and simple.

Loco Burrito is my go-to spot for delicious Mexican food! Their burritos are packed with flavor and always satisfy my cravings.

Delivered by justeat broken bag, the fry was everywhere! The burritos very salted impossible to eat! I ordered extra dip goacamole for which I payed! Where is goacamole? £43 went in the bin!!! + 7 £ for bad delivery!

Dont understand what people review bad, but my order was absolutely fine. It aint no luxury stuff, but burrito was completely fine, rice nicely done, meat was good, a bit chewy but at least was probably real meat. Fries couldve been more crispy, but i dont mind. Salsa was good, still room for improvement, but other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Slow service, items missing from the buritto, vegetarian option (beans) more expensive than meat, surcharge for a tiny amount of guacamole. Disappointing and overpriced.

Ordered 4 meals whilst at a friend's 3 orders had incorrect fillings the other had very little sauce Nacho sides had toppings missing Even one of the drinks were wrong Only thing they seemed to get right was it arrived on time, so there is that. Pretty disappointing £80 spent

Worst experience ever, very bad customer service charging so much extra than they mentioned in menu, when ask for explanation, said in their system don't have options although in menu so they add everything extra even though you did not add any extras. Also it says loaded nachos and gave small box of just plain doritos when called to get clarification very rude and cut the call. Please don't waste your money and time to this place. I never gave negative review to anyone but can't help it.

The service was AMAZING! The food however was terrible. What a shame. I really wanted to like it.

We’re currently at Loose Cannon Brewery in Abingdon. We ordered 5 x pulled pork burritos, 1 x chicken and 2 x loaded fries for delivery. What can I say, apart from arriving ahead of time, these were the best burritos and loaded fries we’ve ever eaten, hands down. Quality, freshness and portion size were 12/10. Just wish they were more local to where I live. Keep up the great work guys and for everyone else, get yourselves over there or get it delivered in!!

I ordered two burritos and a side of nachos. One burrito had pork not halumi and the nachos were missing a topping. I called in, got through to someone who didn't help but instead had the manager call me. He dropped off the right order immediately, so no issues with this. I feel bad for the guy though, he's clearly working with staff who can't or won't get the orders right. This also appears to be a recurring problem, based off the other reviews.

We had a lovely selection of food from Loco Burrito Didcot. Really fresh, tasty and plenty of it. We had nachos with guacamole and salsa, a salad with pulled pork and a naked burrito with the beef. The delivery was quicker than the time stated at time of the order too so all in all, fabulous!!

Great flavours and options, well-presented and good value meals with lots of choices and good-sized burritos. We saw some mixed reviews online, but wanted to judge for ourselves. Our experience was positive in every way, and we'll be back for sure.

We’ve ordered from here many times in the past, but recently it has really gone down hill. The chips on the meal deal are now a tiny portion. The toppings on the chips were also tiny portions. The food was barely warm. The burrito was mainly filled with rice and not much of anything else. Delivery has been significantly late the last two times we’ve ordered. Problems with missing items both times which took additional time to resolve and resulted in my husband receiving half his meal an hour after others had finished eating. Will not be ordering again any time soon.

Ordered from Big D's desserts which is apart of Loco Burrito and 1 word comes to mind: Rancid. Burnt waffle, barely any sauce, cheap and nasty ice cream. Even if it wasn't burnt I most certainly would not ever order desserts from here again. However if you are looking for feedback on the main restaurant, then the food there is nice, and is good value for money and frankly is the only reason this review has any stars.

I really don’t recommend. After me and my partner waited over an hour for food and it was already hitting 9pm, the food then was burnt (jet black). Not only that half the food we order never arrived. Really disappointed in the food service. £30-£40 down the drain with a £5 refund whipee

Ordered three times from Loco Burrito and on every occasion we have had missing items. This time the burritos weren’t marked so it was lucky dip what one we had! And the young lad that delivered the food on a push bike didn’t look more than 13 years old. I questioned this when calling for my missing item and was assured he was 17. I’ve watched the camera footage back and he certainly didn’t sound 17 although I could be wrong. Just a little concerned that was all. Won’t be ordering from this place again any time soon. The burritos were stuffed full of rice and not much else. Very disappointed after waiting 75 minutes for delivery.

Half our order was missing other half was cold and looked like thay played catch with it thay told us thay would send the rest of our order an hour latter thay never turned up but still have our money disgusting service

Overpriced for the amount of food you get, I just spent £47 on a family of 4 people and there wasn’t enough food…

Is another one of those places that doesn't know how to cook so there is chili everywhere and in very large quantity...just in my chili con carne I found two red and one jalapeno cut...if your tongue is already burned from all the chili you ate in your life, good for you, I like to enjoy the rest of the flavour too.

I ordered a salad with refined beans and cheese and when it turned up there was no salad. Just a box of refined beans with cheese. This cost me just over £9. I was very disappointed. The food also arrived cold. However my husband had a pulled chicken burrito which he said although cold it was good. I did ring up to try to rectify this but was just told that they didn’t understand what I wanted??

The burritos here are amazing - packed to the brim, delicious, and full of flavour! I'd really recommend them. I'd hesitate to give five stars just because they do sometimes get the order wrong. It's still delicious but not exactly what you ask for.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Worst takeout in didcot. They charged me £10 for 3 cold tacos that had one tiny piece of over cooked chicken in each taco. The chicken was like rubber and everything was ice cold.

Always delicious, my favourite place to order from in Didcot. Great to have something different on offer. Love that I can choose exactly what I want in my burrito, loaded tortillas are a lush accompaniment. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Ι have ordered food twice from this restaurant. The first time I had things missing from my order but I didn't want to complain and I decided to give it a second chance. Unfortunately, we had more issues with the second order. I had placed an order at 17:10 to be delivered for 18:15-18:30. Around 18:15 I've noticed that the status of my order had changed to completed but I hadn’t received my order. I called the restaurant and the person on the phone said that they could not track down my order or what might have happened so they passed me to the manager who in turn was not able to find anything. She took my information and said that she will call back in 5-10 minutes to let me know what happened. I called back again after 30 minutes and as no-one had called me back and this time I spoke with a man who informed me that order was sent straight to the completed folder without being actioned... He, very politely offered a half price discount for the inconvenience that was caused by their mistake and he promised that my order will be at my door in 20-25 minutes. UNFORTUNATELY, when we got our order the 50% off which they promised, turned up to be JUST one extra can of coke and after this delay and inconvenience that we had, OUR PORTIONS WERE MISSING THE EXTRA SAUCE, SALADS AND CHEESE. FOOD was ok but needed an extra kick. I would definitely avoid ordering from them again as it isn’t worth all the trouble.

Not a bad burrito- decent for a local place. Can get quite pricey when you want guacamole and cheese etc. Fries were good, hot salsa could be hotter.

We ordered three burrito meals online for delivery. They arrived in very good time and were substantial, tasty and great value. We will definitely be back for more.

Have ordered from Loco Burrito twice now and had fantastic food on both occasions, we ordered online, the website is very easy to use and you can pay using Google pay, which is good. Staff were really friendly on delivery. As said above the food was really good, my wife and I both really enjoyed it. We had loaded nachos tonight and Burritos the firs time. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the cheese and cheese sauce were missing from my wife's food the first time we ordered.

This food is AMAZING and delicious me and my parents love your restaurant my favorite is the salsa nachos your tacos are amazing and my step dad loves your burritos the brisket is amazing and the rice is good I've been waiting for a takeaway like this for ages

Service was pleasant, hence the two stars. Chicken breast burger was not. The chicken was incredibly tough (maybe overcooked), to the point of being inedible. It was also watery, which made it even less appetising. No salad at all? Brioche bun OK. In general, very poor quality. If they spent half as much money on their food products as they do on their online marketing this would be a much improved offering.

Delivery on time and great food! Had a burger, the patty seemed hand made and was great, probably the best burger I've had in Didcot, beef brisket burrito wass delicious too, only slight gripe is I ordered medium salsa, which I couldn't taste at all, not sure if it was missing or just very mild. WOuld definitely recommend.

The food was ok... However 90% of the staff need to work on their attitudes towards the customer. Would have given more stars if the staff were nicer. Overall the food needed a little something extra, the staff are rude and unfriendly, wait time is a little too long... Not coming back.

Order for home delivery. I ordered a burrito meal that consisted of burrito, loaded nachos and a drink. In my burrito I opted for the lemon and coriander rice, I had to scoop it out as it was like a paste rather than individual grains of rice and also didn’t tast of anything, just a horrible consistency. The nachos were cold, this could be just my mistake but I expected warm nachos with melted cheese (as I ordered the grated cheese topping) I also ordered guacamole, this came in the way of a hard slice of avocado with a minimal amount of mashed avocado on it. Really disappointed as I love Mexican food and was hoping this would be a great addition to Didcot 😕

Not a great experience. Undercooked fries, overcooked rice in the burrito, and poor attempt at a Halloumi burger (three frozen fry style ones in a burger). Overall poor poor quality for the price point.

Order for home delivery on first Friday they were open, only to see they were rushed off their feet and had to call to see where my delivery was, only to have very friendly guy on phone apologise, who then called me when in the car on way to my delivery. Very yummy Borrito’s and will order again!

I ordered a naked chicken burrito bowl and tacos - the rice was undercooked means it was never cooked and I ordered extra gaucomole but I couldn’t find it as well .waste of money

Ordered for collection this evening three days after their grand opening. Friendly staff despite being rushed off their feet, the food was beautiful and well cooked - one pulled pork burrito and one veggie burrito, mozzarella sticks and onion rings (FYI - the type that are mooshy on the inside, not the type that are a single ring of onion covered in batter) We will be ordering again! Well done Loco Burrito.

Despite a few teething problems with delivery, the food was absolutely beautiful and so tasty. Loads of choice and combinations! Staff were friendly and helpful although they were obviously super busy. Will definitely be back!
