Domino’s Pizza in South Oxfordshire

Absolutely atrocious service. I ordered pizzas for delivery to my house which did not arrive, and then had to go out to meet the driver. Whilst a family member went to meet the driver, I contacted the store to complain and ask for a refund on the delivery fee. The person at the end of the phone clearly did not understand and talked about cancelling my order and giving me a full refund. I still wanted the pizza, but did'nt see why I shouldn't get a refund on my delivery fee as the driver didn't actually deliver it but waited at a location approx 5 mins away. This meant by the time we got the pizza it wasn't hot. I am also still waiting for the refund.

Has to be the worst pizza I've ever had. Delivery was fast but my pizza was stuck to the box, all the topping fell off, the peppers wernt cooked, the cheese underneath wasn't even melted. Its like cheese had been put on top and grilled quickly. Literally prices are ridiculous so I atleast expected a cooked pizza

We got aftereffects the value of 20 pound for using a compare .com for car iinsurance we collected the large pisa and enjoyed it

I placed a order and delivery man refused to deliver my order because I live in a flat (first floor) and I ordered a small coke, cookies and a side. Under the cost for there policy of delivering to flats. I was unable to leave my two toddlers alone in my flat which I explained to the driver. He then walked away and got into his car and drove off without a word. Obviously confused I rang the store. The first person I spoke to apologised and said he will come back and deliver my order properly if not they will get another driver to do so. After about 20 minutes of waiting the Store manager rang my mobile and said to be he will not send out another driver because I refused to get my order. Which I explained to him I didn’t refuse I was unable to because I’m a single mum and have got children I can’t leave unattended. (this is the FIRST time this has happened! Other drivers have been happy to deliver to my door). So I asked him for a refund and he said yes then rudely hang up on me. Today I still haven’t received a refund and I rang the store again. The same manager told me he’s put my refund as coupons to use HOWEVER I told him it’s no good because I cannot obviously place a order if they can’t deliver to me. I asked nicely to transfer it back to me and he was SO RUDE and refused. He wouldn’t let me explain and kept talking over me!! He hung up on me. WORST dominos store around!! Manager is a right ignorant **** Very RUDE. Same as the delivery driver. Now I’m out of pocket, no order and coupons I’m unable to ever use. It’s ridiculous!!

Not had a dominos in ages and decided to have a quick takeaway before holiday. Expensive pizza so you need vouchers. Wouldn’t pay £20 for a big pizza, the tomato base was very sour and not much cheese. Would I go again. No would rather buy from an independent restaurant

When eating at Domino's you know exactly what you are getting, the staff are friendly and efficient and they ensure you leave with the best deal possible... I would still recommend the cash only Pizza Cafe but it's still good to have choice.

As we were staying close by pre ordered on line the big deal two pizzas of your choice were ready and waiting collection please note there is no on street parking but not a problem. Both pizzas were sufficient for three of us and devoured with great gusto.
