Booked Mama Genys to celebrate our 15th anniversary! Absolutely delicious meal and such friendly and attentive service. Full of flavour, colour and texture, and all from plants! 🌱 We were stuffed so ordered dessert to take away! 100% recommend and looking forward to going back for more!

Had a lovely afternoon with friends at the restaurant. It was Monday Roast which was roast pork. It was very tasty and excellently presented. It was followed by Apple crumble and ice cream. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to doing it again as everyone was great.

Easily the best pizza in England. A well overdue review (by a year) after comparing various pizza restaurants we have encountered across England. The owners are young and energetic about what goes on the plate, the price point is just right so the pizza makes you feel like you are getting way more than then the ingredients and the effort, and the pizza itself is fantastic. Proper fired pizza that’s simple and tasty, with a tomato sauce that has been cooked up and seasoned well. Worth an overnight hotel and Hastings stop just to sit back and enjoy.

GRAND RUE DE PERA NO LONGER EXISTS. The owner has moved away and something else will appear at 73-74 Queens Rd, apparently to be named - Q.

Delicious oven baked fish dishes! Service was great.

The best Armenian dining experience I've had in the UK - two vegetarians dined like queens here. Our starter was unlike any vegetarian platter we'd ever had but it all worked so well. They also had delicious Georgian Saporavi red wine to drink. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home made food which we loved!

This was our first time, and not the last. 😊 Good service, freshly cooked and delicious food. The portions are the perfect size. I tried the mango boba tea with passion fruit topping. Yummi! Will be back!

Small cocktail bar ,event on near seafront so wasn't busy , would be nice in summer few benches outside nice vibe .

My wife and I were greeted by an impeccably well turned out and nice mannered gentleman who took our order we both had eggs benedict which arrived looking worthy of a 5 star resturant it was cooked and tasted perfect we are going back to try lunch ,people talk of finding gems I never have until now

As a barista myself, I really appreciated the fantastic, creamy cappuccino — perfectly made. The full English breakfast was exactly how I imagined it should be: hearty, well-cooked, and satisfying. My friends also really enjoyed their food — lots of happy faces around the table! Thank you for the great experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Lovely place, fantastic food. Interesting decor. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, toilets are down narrow rickety stairs, which spoils the experience.
