The large chicken wings have been my go to for a few months, they always taste great. However, the portions have been getting smaller the last 3 times I ordered. This time was the worst. Barely a spoon of rice and less bread than I used to get. It still tasted good, but the value is not there anymore. Sorry, but I won’t be ordering anymore.

Super delicious, authentic food in a lovely setting with very friendly and attentive staff. Prices are also absolutely reasonable, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

We went to Nazar’s Turkish restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday yesterday. We had the mixed meze for 4 people, it was amazing consisting of traditional dips with Turkish bread, cold dishes & cooked meats from the grill, accompanied by lots of salad, followed with baklava for dessert, all washed down with lots of Turkish tea. There was a good variety of wines & beers available too. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. I will definitely be going back again sometime soon!

Customer service excellent. I accidentally ordered from Nazar Hastings when I meant to order from Nazar in Southport. I rang them up to explain my error and asked if they would refund me half of the money. Without any quibble they did so. So I don't know what the food is like but I can't fault them for putting the customer first! Thank you, Nazar.

Lamb ribs are juicy and delicious. The wrap tastes fruitful and the lamb oil makes that perfect. The owner is friendly and welcoming. The place is spacious with a nice view. Have got to revisit this place when heading to Hastings.

It tastes great👍I ordered the mutton (P1) with my friend, it was delicious! The store is located right on the beach, so it's so comfortable to eat in the sun :) The boss was very enthusiastic and gave us free snacks (the cake in P2 was delicious) and candies. I recommend everyone to try it~

We once again had a lovely lunch at Nazar in Hastings. We visit once a year when attending The Beatles Day at The White Rock and have always gone back to this restaurant. It did not disappoint and once again lovely food.

It is a warm, welcoming, authentic and traditional Turkish restaurant. The food is so delicious and I strongly recommend the mixed grill and the soup. And thank you to Mustafa for his kind hospitality. Arjin.

Three generations of my family had a delicious meal here last night. The food was very fresh and tasty. The [portion sizes were very generous and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I shared a set menu mixed grill (and had complimentary bread and dips for starter). All washed down with fresh mint tea (a never-ending pot). The price was very reasonable and we left with full bellies. I will definitely come back - for breakfast or lunch. Or both! Or dinner, again!

We went to Nazar for a family birthday and had a highly enjoyable night. The service was friendly and helpful and the decor wonderfully quirky. The food and (Turkish) wine absolutely delicious - the Baklava at the end of the meal was perfect. We were last to leave and the owner waited patiently for us to go - even giving the birthday boy a shot of brandy as a parting gift on the way out. I will definitely be back.

We decided to check this restaurant out before booking for a family birthday event. There is an extensive menu catering for meat lovers and vegetarians. There were a few fish options too. We had a warm welcome, and the food was delivered to us freshly cooked, nicely presented, and I have to say truly delicious. The dips with the feta cheese filo pastry wraps was an excellent starter, and one portion was easily enough for 2 people. My husband had steak and I had a vegetarian moussaka. Their home made bread is a real treat. I was pleasantly surprised by Nazar, as the outside decor looks a little tired, but inside there was warmth, friendliness, great food and an authentic Turkish atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit and due to its popularity, you would be wise to book first.

Excellent place to go, especially you want to have some meat.

We waited 2 and half hours for our food and when it finally arrived some of it was missing, will never order again.

Mrs took me here for my birthday meal and gotta say I was more than impressed. The food was 10/10. We ordered the lamb cutlets, ribs and kofte. All had their unique but delicious taste. Also the service was so lovely. They played birthday song and brought out a specially made dessert with candles for me. Went with my 4 year old and 3 month old (never an easy challenge!) but the restaurant has baby changing facilities and the staff really kept my kids entertained and made it easier for us to enjoy the food. I’m not impressed with the delivery driver. He called me out. I had to go outside my house cause he couldn’t find my house I think he was very lazy couldn’t work out that the top of my road was the higher numbers and the lower numbers at the bottom absolutely thick so I had to go outside in the conditions of -2 stand out there cause you couldn’t find the house absolutely useless. I also ripped him £2 which I won’t be doing ever again

I currently have to stick to a fat-free diet, so when my friend and I set our minds to having eggs out for lunch, we knew it might not work out. I'm so glad we tried Nazar! The staff were so warmly accommodating, and Mustafa said it was no problem to make scrambled eggs without oil. The weather had chilled us, so they sat us at a table with a heater positioned to warm us, and we enjoyed a comforting meal of Turkish scrambled eggs and two different types of bread (mine was fat-free), plus a salad, cheese for my friend, tea, and hot water with lemon. The food was vegetable-rich and deliciously seasoned, and all stayed hot while we talked and ate. I look forward to returning to Nazar with my foodie family of nine, and I know they will enjoy the experience as much as I did. There's plenty of room for us to sit around one of the larger tables situated at the back of the restaurant where the space opens up yet is atmospheric. What a gem!

Excellent place right in the town centre. Food was excellent and portions were so big. Really worth the money. The atmosphere is just fantastic - traditional table setting and decor, the music. Excellent wine. The staff is very attentive. Overall, would rate 10 out of 10. Worth a repeat visit!"

Perfection, I had one of the steaks, chips and salad with hummus, I would certainly get it again usually I don’t leave a review on just eat but this was worth it like every penny spent on that steak

We went here for my 40th Birthday 3 days after Christmas and it was the best Turkish food I’ve ever had. They even made spaghetti bol for my very fussy children. Which even after trying some of there dishes now also love Turkish. There was so much food we couldn’t finish it all and they made us a doggy bag so we couldn’t finish take it home and finish later on. The staff were amazing and so friendly and happy to help with any of our questions. We will definitely be returning regularly now.
