Food was good and the staff friendly and professional

Lovely atmosphere, tasty food and great service. Happy to recommend and will go back. (Toilets are located down some stairs so just a note for anyone with mobility difficulties).

Nothing like it used to be. Such a shame. Sent one course back and a starter wasn't cooked properly. Addressed the issue with waitress who appeared to lack enthusiasm. Chicken came in tomato sauce that I wouldn't have chosen. It was on the menu as in a creamy mushroom sauce with sautéed potatoes but it was skin on chips. Really not a successful night. I won't be returning.

Went there today with my daughter wow the food was amazing the presentation and the taste. The customer service was also really good very friendly. I will definitely be back her when I come to Hastings again. Definitely recommend

Had a family meal, 5 adults and 4 children, the food was excellent and the service friendly and efficient, will definitely being going back again soon.

Disappointing. Insalata Caprese was missing Avocado. Only two pieces of (burnt) Bruschetta Pomodoro, but advertised as being three. Carbonara was the only good thing.

Unassuming but lovely spot for couples, families or groups. Relatively small menu, but all the staples on it and all executed well at reasonable prices. May be be overlooked but worth a stop

One of our party doesn’t like fish and chips, which made our meal hunting difficult whilst in Hastings for the day. We came across this restaurant whilst strolling along and the Trip Advisor reviews painted a good picture, so we thought we’d give it a try. We were glad we did. Service was good and food was tasty. Prices reasonable too. We’d visit again!

Very good, I am not one for leaving a tip as I am quite picky and but the waitress (apologies didn't get a name) was so good I left a tip. The lasagne was great and my friends food looked good also, he said it was good and neither of us could pick fault with anything. Also a quiet enough location to not be disturbed whilst sat outside and a great view! A place I would definitely revisit.

Really nice staff and the arancini starter was unreal!!! Pizza and carbonara were also nice but starter was the stand out

Popped in for dinner without pre-booking and was accommodated with a table, despite being quite busy. Lovely main with a garlic bread side. Generous ice cream for dessert. Macchiatio was also very nice. Will be back & would recommend.

We had a wonderful night at Bella Napoli Hastings! As a group of friends, we enjoyed our dinner overall. The food was good, but what really stood out was the great service and the friendly staff. Didn’t deliver it all tipped in his bag and delivery driver lied and said I had to contact restaurant so he has taken the good food that didn’t spill now I have no food and 45 pound down I would like I complete refund

The staff was slow, had to get the menu ourselves, no manner as no one greeted as or showed which table to take. Sat there for 15 minutes, no one came or said anything. ( there were only 2 couples in the restaurant, both had their food served).

Stopped by for lunch on Saturday, the food was fab, hot, tasty and fresh. Highly recommend!

England and food, well you always think about women. Here we found a restaurant that can really hold a candle to any Italian in Germany. Great cuisine, a wide selection and the service was perfect and very friendly. We were there with 14 people and we all enjoyed and enjoyed it very much

We were welcomed at the door and seated straight away. The menu had lots to choose from, including pizza, pasta (gluten-free pasta available), and salad. If you're seated facing out the front you can see the sea from your table, perfect to walk your meal off along the promenade ❤️

Pizzas were transported upside down so all toppings had fallen off and stuck to the top of the box and some of the slices were all mangled.

The food is one of the best I have ever eaten in England. Top class.

The food was excellent and service was great, it took a bit long for the mains. The drinks are a bit pricey for the size. 😬 The place needs a bit of refurbishment.

Went for lunch and I can absolutely guarantee there is not one Italian in that kitchen. The seafood was definitely frozen, the pasta overcooked and the pizza undercooked with frozen seafood also. Such a shame when you’re directly opposite the ocean. The waitress didn’t know how to make an aperol spritz (not her fault) but it’s such an Italian classic. Sad to ruin peoples perception of real Italian food as this was beyond below par. I need to add that I’ve never been to an Italian restaurant that doesn’t provide spoons with pasta also, how are you supposed to eat it, cut it up? The waitress was very friendly and helpful though.

I recently visited Bella Napoli Hastings and had a very disappointing experience. The female server was extremely rude and displayed clear racial discrimination. Despite our polite behavior, she served us with a cold and unfriendly demeanor, frequently showing expressions of disdain. In stark contrast, she was very friendly towards the white customers at the next table. When we thanked her, she didn't even bother to respond. While clearing our table, she made noises of disgust, even though we had eaten all our food and kept the table clean. Our behavior was respectful and courteous throughout, and we did nothing to deserve such treatment. I went there on 03/06/2024(Monday noon)

Excellent bruschetta and Triclor salad. Lasagna and Gnocchi with Gorgonzola cheese . Attentive staff, good wine. Well worth a visit if you like Italian food.

The waitress was rude and did racial discrimination against Asians. We asked for ordering twice and were very polite to her, but she ignored us and tried to "educate" us, saying not to call her "multiple times". During eating, she glanced at us with disdain from a distance several times. After we finished, she expressed some kind of disgust at the crumbs we accidentally left on the table, but fawned over the white customer next door and asked him how he had enjoyed his meal.

The food was delicious but the waitress had a particularly dismissive attitude which detracted from the meal so won't be eating here again!

Great food and service. Pizzas were excellent. Mid week so not too many people in the restaurant and there a bit low on atmosphere but would definately return!

My recent experience at Bella Napoli Hastings was frustrating. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, with only one other table besides ours. We tried to get the waitress’s attention by raising our hands, but no one acknowledged us. When we finally managed to signal the waitress, she told us she would come over shortly, so we waited patiently without further prompting. After about ten minutes, she finally approached us, but instead of taking our order, she lectured us about waiting our turn, implying we were being impatient and rude. Her condescending attitude made us feel as though we were being disorderly, which was far from the truth. It was frustrating and uncalled for, given the nearly empty restaurant.

One of the waitresses shouted at us and didn’t want to serve us, very disappointed.

Went around 930pm and place was empty got the feeling they would rather we went somewhere else so they could go home

I had the steak, can say that was the best steak i had in a UK restaurant since I've been here (13 years) This was a business trip but if I ever head this way again I know where to go! Superb

Having gone to my. dentist and coming out with great results it was time for lunch. Next door was Bella Napoli. My mate came back having looked after my pups and yes - they allow dogs in. Hunger allowed us a quick choice. Fabulous — we devoured the prawn starter. Delicious. My friend had the recommended pizza. 🍕 I had the spaghetti carbonara. Sensational. One of the best. All was finished off with a Tiramisu by us both. A musical on the taste buds. Alas we then had to run to beat the car park meter. Our waitress was wonderful attentive and our order was deliver promptly and with laughter. Thank you. I will return. A fab lunch.

The outside/inside of the restaurant might seem a little outdated, but the food is amazing. We also loved Italian music; it made us feel like we weren't even in the UK, which was great! We will definitely go back.

We found it by accident and it was so nice. The host was very attentive from the greeting to the time we left. The food was soon tasty and plenty of it.

Worst pepperoni pizza we have ever eaten

Not how it used to be. Lasagne was very bland and half the size. Calamari had no dip and was filled with courgette to bulk it out.

As a family we love it here, this is our 'go to' place for celebrating birthdays. Always delicious food, great choices, quick service and staff are attentive. Feel comfortable here, we can be ourselves and enjoy!

Firstly I am very politely asking her if they accept cash, but she trade me as an idiot, very impatient about my question, but who knows if you accept card or no? When we ask the bill, she was standing there and chatting with her friend for almost 30mins but don't give us the bill. My friend ask again and she finally bring the bill. and we wait for another 10mins for the postcard machine, but she did not come. after she finanl come she was asking us if we finished the calculation for split the bill? So ridiculous, isn't it her job to calculate the money? and she compliant that if we didn't calculate it why we ask her to come? What a nice serive! And she friendly to the other couple and nicely said good bye to them. but for me and my friend without any word even though we already went outside the restaurant. We are friendly all the time so I don't know why she is not satified at all. or because we are asian? but for the food, To be honest my friends like them especially the mussel. BUT NOT SUGGEST THE SERVICES.

Nice place. Food was good I did enjoy it. But i did wonder if it was heated up as it was so hot rather than cooked fresh.

We went here last Saturday… the food was extremely fresh and very good quality Absolutely delicious… it was a fair price too.. highly recommend this beautiful place.

My partner took me here for a birthday lunch and we were highly impressed. Everything was in truth over 4stars but not quite 5stars all round. However I have to say when we spoke to one of the owners and found out they had only taken over 3 days earlier were we beyond highly impressed. The only point of concern I raised with him is there is no access to any disabled facilities. Luckily I can still manage stairs slowly.

We visited this week on a Thursday evening, food was excellent including Macaroni cheese for our toddler. Service was friendly. Would definitely come again.

Nice location, on a sunny day you get a nice view of the seafront with open outdoor and indoor seating, staff were very friendly and professional and the food is well priced and all very fresh. We had a starter of the cheese and garlic bread/pizza and a medium steak that was cooked to perfection. If you're looking for a nice place to sit and enjoy good Italian cuisine, would highly recommend.

Outing to Hastings, just because it's seaside town why only Fish an Chips ? Very disappointed until we came across Bella Napoli. What a gem, staff were friendly, helpful (especially as I got sauce down my white top) they couldn't do enough ...Food was fabulous, especially the Alfredo with Spinach and Mushrooms....It was a Great Experience

I was visiting Hastings for the day. I was craving for seafood pasta. I Googled it and found this gem. I was ravenous before I got there. I sat down, looking at the menu. I knew mixed seafood pasta/linguine would be the one. The staff at the restaurant was very welcoming. We could sit wherever we wanted. We were served quickly. It didn’t take long to get our food. The seafood linguine is very flavourful. It has many seafood, shrimps, prawns, clams, mussels. The plate is full of seafood. The seafood is very fresh. Although the sauce base is tomatoey, it is not sour at all. It is full of garlicky flavour. The sauce stays at the linguine. It is just so yummy. The pepperoni pizza is also good. you must dip the crust in the pasta sauce. These two are such good combo! The price is very reasonable. Seafood linguine is around £14.50, pizza costs £8.5. Two people got quite full up.

This is clearly a popular and well loved restaurant. Our service was knowledgeable and polite, and the food was delicious. I'm glad we booked a table as they had to turn away those who hadn't.
