The donuts are very, very good value, delicious, fresh, and it's fun because the shopkeeper makes them for you right in front of you. Just buy a few and share is my advice because they're rich. The ice cream is also excellent, pretty good value and delicious, I had the most chocolatey flavour they had, and the cone was good, too!

Bought a standard ice cream and a standard ice cream with a flake and a dog ice cream on the 22nd July 2024 cost £8.40 .Unfortunately it melted very quickly and more went over my hands than in my stomach as no napkin was provided so i ended up rinsing my hands off with the dogs water that I had in a bag and refilling when i could. What I did manage to eat was pure ice in the middle like the ice cream hadn't set properly and the cornet went very soft very quickly from the bottom up. My partner barely touched his and gave to the dog and we literally sat on the benches opposite by the crazy golf.The only person that really enjoyed there ice cream was the dog. On the plus side staff was very friendly but unfortunately the product didn't on this ocassion meet my standards.unfortunately I couldn't take a photo as was more ice cream on my hands than in my stomach and it was windy yesterday and not very hot so shouldn't of melted as quick as it did.The product looked OK when we was given it it wasn't until we had walked away and started eating it that I discovered it wasn't up to my standards.

We had an extremely friendly service on arrival and we tried a bit of everything, the ice cream was smooth, the milkshakes were sublime and the donuts were to die for. It was all reasonably priced and is very popular with locals and visitors alike.

Young lady who served me had wicked glasses & was super friendly, she did a brilliant job and had a big smile! They had a selection of Vegan icecream which I was very happy about 😍 I had Mint ChocChip & Caramel, was delicious !! 🍨 Would defo go back!

YOU GUYS DISGRACE ME!!!!! Mr whippy never again!!!!! my son is now in tears because of you! I paid more than I should've for such a rip off! not happy at all! Shall not be coming back here again.

I always like to partake in a ice cream on a warm day by the coast and i came upon this one because it looked very clean and tidy. the ice cream was tasty (banana and coconut) but i felt it was just a tad overpriced.

Fantastic icecream spot. I'd highly recommend their clotted cream options. Don't forget to ask for a flake on top too.

What a great place, clean, welcoming and very friendly staff, donuts and ice creams are delicious. A wide range of flavours to choose from as well as your traditional Mr Whippy 99!!! I do know the owners and I wish them all the best in their new venture ❤️

So happy Dom's Ice- Ice Cream 🍦 is still going 😋, visited here with my family whilst staying at a nearby B&B Approx 10 years or so. Wasn't much to do in Weston-super-Mare but this was one of the best places we'd visited during our week away.

Bought some donuts today and was thoroughly disappointed. They looked lovely but tasted like they’d been cooked in old oil which left a horrible oily after taste. Only ate one and put the rest in the bin. No time to go back as was in a hurry. The guy who served me was super friendly though.

Fake Flakes- Sadly no mixed soft ice cream available which was reason for visit just vanilla which was icy and no flavour, worst of all though is actually having a box of Cadbury 99 Flake and serving the nasty ones probably the ones in the pink box. Lots of great local places to visit in Hastings, not here.

Got a bag of doughnuts and a coffee from Dom’s. Although you get 8 doughnuts they are small for the price (however you do get pre-warned of the size) The sugar was put on the doughnuts when cool, so the sugar didn’t stick and they had a very oily crispy taste. Looking at the other reviews, maybe stick to the ice-cream.

My favourite place for a gelato. New flavours popping in every now and then. Just amazing!

The guys is a friendly guy. Decent ice cream scoop sizes . i wd always say to son your ice cream is big . Yet yesterday 2 scoops was like 1. Went another place before was more expensive and 2 scoops like 1. Dom's is the place i normally go every 2 weeks and will continue to go but i do like value for money.

bubble gum totaly banging strawberry sauce and a flake clotted cream strawberry sauce a must if you visit Hastings.

Delicious ice cream and generous portion, I had black cherry 🍒 and it was lovely. The man who served us was lovely too.

After dinner, the obligatory ice cream was called for so chose Dom's and was not disappointed. Kids chose their own strange flavourings (what is wrong with basic vanilla??) whilst I settled for a cold soft drink. Friendly happy people, just sets the mood for the rest of the day - take care all and stay safe.

Normal have a good experience and the this place is amazing! However, today the donuts had a strange twang to them and they ended up not being eaten...... they weren't up to normal standard. Quite disappointed for the price.

Needed an ice cream on a hot day and bumped into this gemstone of a place, the staff were wonderful and helped with coupling a great combo of scoops. A must go if your looking for an ice cream in hastings on a hot day :)

We came here three days in a row on the sunny bank holiday weekend as our 2yr old lovely the little duo cone which has just enough ice cream to avoid the inevitable melting and mess on a hot day! Staff bubbly and friendly also.

Great tasting donuts from here but they don't look like your normal ring donuts. These had no holes and were very small. You do get 8 for £2.50 though which is good.

We came here for ice cream and we were very pleased with the selection of flavours available. Brought a pot of salted caramel and blackcurrants and cream, as well as a double coloured Mr Whippy ice cream with a flake. All ice cream was a very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and there was also a good choice of other food available such as donuts and snacks. We were disappointed it wasn't opened the following morning when we returned for another scoop.

The only place in Hastings who care about people with allergies! After failing at many ice cream places today as they failed to care about cross contamination as I can't have wheat( cannot even touch or go near a cone) this place was more than helpful and quickly cleaned the ice cream scoop, put it into a pot instead of a cone and helped me make sure it was all gluten free and no contamination. People don't realise how hard this is for coeliacs! Brilliant! Have recommended to lots of friends, will be returning:)

Tried three flavours for Doms ice-cream/gelato (cherries and cream; honeycomb and caramel; rum and raisin) over three days at £2.60 for a scoop in a cone. Different flavours were available each day. The first two I tried were excellent, but I could not taste any rum (or even rum flavouring) in the “rum and raisin”, I also found portion sizes very inconsistent.

We ended up in Hastings on an impromptu day trip and after a toasty day on the beach, headed to Dom’s. The ice cream was delicious, milkshakes were really generous and creamy, and the staff were so happy that we left smiling. I was looking for ice cream that tasted fresh and home made and I wasn’t disappointed. So glad we chose this instead of other options we saw.

The donuts were well worth a revisit later in the evening, but be aware, the seagulls also know how nice they are, and will try to grab them out of your hands once you cross the road to the sea front (and they seem to be getting worse and greater in number).

If you've got a hankering for icecream, then this is the place for you. They've got quite a selection and they're awesome, especially the salted caramel. The staff are super friendly too!

I’ve been going to doms for a little while got to be the best donuts and ice cream in all of Hastings staff are amazing and friendly always nice to speak to definitely worth getting the unicorn cake ice cream as it is the best ice cream ever I certainly recommend going to this amazing place.

Had a strawberry and vanilla mixed ice cream from here. Really tasty. Kids had a chocolate scoop ice cream which was very rich. Nice range of ice cream flavours to choose from. Reasonable prices as well.

Has a great selection and staff are very friendly.would recommend to anyone passing by..treat yourself

We visted whilst in the area and found this place was the best for hot cooked to order Donuts with choice of cinniman or plain sugar, lovely selection of icecream, rhubarb and custard, ginger and honey, they even do doggie ice cream and the prices are reasonable, recommended to visit whilst in the area.

Delicious ice cream and pretty good price too. Had double scoop salted caramel in a hard shell cone and it came to £3.20 cheaper than most other places I know. The guy that served us was great, very polite as well as making jokes. Felt genuine and not put on at all. Good selection of flavours for the ice cream too
