Lovely little pizza restaurant in Ore Village. The pizzas are the best in the area and the cost atmosphere is perfect.

Delicious. Special dinner to celebrate a new job. Aubergine parmigiana. So so good. So was the chocolate cannoli

Had the best pizza tonight in Hastings. Rocked up by myself (visiting my mum) and the service and food was outstanding. Well done guys and gals.

We had a Rustico pizza party for my youngest today in the Ore branch and the staff were absolutely fantastic!! Each child made their own pizza (with some picky-ness which the staff handled really well, no problem too big!) and shown how to stretch the dough before decorating it. They were then shown where it cooks. It was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend everyone to book a pizza party. This bunch loved it!!

Very disappointing, love rustico in town and bexhill .just ordered on just eat . The chips are uncooked no dressing on salad no garlic oil on pizza would probably be better if eaten in as could turn it back !

Best Pizza in Hastings by far! stands up to ones I’ve had in Italy

Order was 40 minutes late and was only delivered until I called. They put dairy cheese on a vegan pizza. The skinny fries were soggy and greasy and had obviously been made hours ago.

What great service and food. Shared a lovely pizza. It was 1st class. Nicely decorated and comfortable seating. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys, very helpful and polite. Would certainly recommend.

Chip portion size very small. Evening before there was loafs. And one of the pizzas was burnt.

I really liked the use of butternut squash paste as a base instead of tomato sauce - unusual and delicious! Unfortunately the restaurant ignored my request to omit peppers and the basil I paid extra for amounted to 1 leaf :-( I will still give them another try in case this was a one off.

Worst pepperoni pizza I've ever had. Was a GF base which I paid more for. Burnt, rubbery, tomato sauce and cheese just slid off. Staff were great when I complained and gave me a GF pasta dish as recompense.

We eat here regularly as a family - the food is always quick, delicious and reasonable and the staff make such an effort with our kids. Not only that - last week when we visited my toddler dropped my watch on the floor - I went back in today and the staff had kept it wrapped up safe for me. What a fab bunch!

I've eaten here a few times now, each time the staff have been fantastic as has the food. The takeaway is also great quality. The last time I had some stuffed olives which were piping hot and fresh, the breadcrumbs outside contrasted excellently with the olive and then there was a burst of flavour from the meat stuffed inside. The lasagne I've had a few times here and that also comes highly recommended as does anything from "Nonna's Kitchen" on their menu. I would suggest having either a salad or garlic pizza on the side as well just to ensure you get filled up. This is ultimately a wonderful addition to the Ore Village community.

By the time it turned up it was cold. Very disappointed

Our family of three went there last week and we were so impressed with the service. Present yet not loitering. The food didn't take long, was fresh and tasted so good. I have food intolerances to gluten and dairy and I'm happy to say I'm not disappointed by their gluten free pizzas. They're lovely. I've not found another restaurant that does gluten free bases that are anywhere near as nice. The kids pizzas are a good size for our 9 year old. It was our third outing there and we'll keep going back. The best restaurant in Ore for sure.

Pizzas barely have anything on them, are not at all the sale as advertised and are somewhat tough. Absolutely not worth the price.

Loved the food, a bit different from the normal big brand pizza in a good way. The straccetti for dessert is simple but executed too well for me to not order it every time

Had a brilliant time at make your own pizza for kids today, staff are very friendly and professional. Kids really enjoyed themselves and had a good time. Food was fresh and despite being made by my kids it was delicious 😋

Ordered 5 pizzas in their first week open for business having always gone to the branches in Hastings and Battle. Terrible - slow to arrive via delivery, 4 of 5 pizzas heavily burnt on the bottom, 2 to a crisp. Called - no answer. Left an email - no answer. First week open so mistakes do happen but the poor customer service (especially compared to their sister branches) doesn't encourage me to go back again. A shame - go to the one on Robertson Street in Hastings town instead.

Very good service and delicious food. We visited last Friday when the ore restaurant was trialling homemade dips. The garlic mayo and the spicy sauce were both outstanding. Our party agreed we would all pay top notch for the garlic mayo.

Gave my order to someone else waited 30 mins staff were very appologetic and no bad comments to the staff but the pizza was not good hardly any cheese and the vegetarian was overloaded with wet vegtables and lots of crust. Crusticos

We've had a great pizza from them but they also have other Italian dishes. You can dine in, collect or get deliveries from them. It's a restaurant with character and we will return for more.

Food was all absolutely delicious

Food was 45 minutes late Pizza was burnt, garlic bread was burnt certainly not worth the money paid.

Cold food been sat waiting for over half hour for delivery driver to collect it. Pizza and garlic bread burnt. Really disappointing considering how good all the other restaurants in this chain are.

Had a lovely birthday dinner here. Great pizza. Lovely little restaurant, Sydney looked after us and made us feel welcome and relaxed. Looking forward to visiting again or grabbing a takeout. It’s a great addition to Ore Village!
