even the manager doesn't know how to apply a discount coupon previously employee did it properly when i said to the manager he scolded the employee in front of me i feel its a toxic work culture i was in urgency so i brought overpriced stuff but i am sure that i will be not visiting this place again i feel the one who is making food should be happy while preparing the food which is not in this case the manager is so unprofessional

Not recommended. The milkshake was thin and tasteless (not at all thick and creamy). Just some mixed milk with a little squirty cream on top. The smoothies amount to blended fruit (a cheap way of bulking the smoothie). A smoothie without fruit was not available. When I asked for a thick and creamy smoothie she gave me a puzzled expression (spoke little English). Very disappointing. It would seem the ownership has changed hands.

The who was taking order was fine but i think it was the manager who came in between and was so rude to the staff who was taking the order. She was so rude that i wanted to tell her to treat their staff with respect and dignity. I really felt bad for the staff. Nobody should be treating people like this.

The staff service is very bad. Polish accent staff was very rude. No manners. I complained the steak bake quality. Even the supervisor is very rude. Very disappointed with their management

Shockingly slow service when very quiet . Waited 10 minutes for the food to be ready while some was sat in a bag getting stone cold whilst waiting to cook other items.

Order arrived very fast. Half the order was missing and what arrived was cold! No way to contact KFC for them to put order right. May get a refund in few days but so disappointed with KFC

Ok the bubble tea tasted fine when I got it, even though I found it suspicious that it took them less than 30 seconds to make it. Sometimes it wouldn’t be mixed up properly and you’d swallow bits at the bottom. The next day I woke up feeling sick, sore stomach, burping every 5 minutes, and then later throwing up It’s really disappointing and they need to make better quality bubble teas.

Decidedly average pizza. The pepperoni is NOT pepperoni, it looked and tasted like sliced hot dogs, and not very good ones. Half of it went in the bin. Also ordered some chicken bites. To their credit, they were actually chuks of real chicken, but the coating was a weird type of batter that really just tasted like it was burnt. Overall, and particulary with so many other pizza options locally, I would not order from here again.

I love it! Had burger meal it was delicious buns are soft, chicken is crispy, the counter guy is well mannered person overall, the pricing is very less (6.5£)compared to other fast food chains. You can eat all day

If you cannot hire polite staff, at least teach them some basic manners. I ordered a small drink take away and I was charged the price of a large drink to have in. I politely noted the price mismatch to the staff member that served me. Instead of simply apologising, they peevishly asked me to wait while they print a full receipt. I told the lady that I do not need a full receipt but to pay the correct price. The person did not for a second made any intention to apologise but instead projected a behaviour as I had no right asking to pay the correct price. I am seriously thinking not coming back. Leadership, you really need to train your staff. Senior management, you need to look at your governance and leadership skills. Personally, I would sell all my shares of this company asap because I do not trust this leadership. If you are not capable of creating a culture of basic respect and basic manners. How can you cultivate a culture of employee loyalty and engagement? By the way, I wrote this message using your internet so you contribute a little to pay my effort.

Completely ridiculous service and was treated like a fool upon ordering ! I ordered my usual, 4 large popcorn chicken boxes and 8 tenders. I was made to pay for the sauce and under one of the employees breath i was called “fat” and that i was the reason KFC was still open. seriously fed up

Absolute joke, ordered two chicken shish wraps with chips and onion rings. I ordered no salad for my wrap and this is what I got. The chips looked like yesterday’s chips thrown back in the fryer and the onion rings were soggy. And the food was lukewarm when it was delivered… Won’t be ordering from here again, terrible food.

Both Bp Garages opposite each other on the A3 are a joke. Dirty pumps. Bins always full. Toilets always filthy & graffitied. Toilets broke as much as there working. Massive queue for pump as people park on them to by shopping not fuel. Complaining does no go. Told management bins were overflowing and rubbish was being put on pumps. He said wasn’t his job to empty bins the cleaner had not turned up. Complaints to Bp directly came to nothing either.

Appallingly rude staff, a disgusting selection of options on the visible counter that didn’t look fresh at all. No vegan TLC, so half a slice of vegan cheese as an alternative? Shocking! Never returning. Rudeness to the next level.
