The Smooth in Guildford

I’ve been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for years, but after this shocking experience, I’ll never be coming back. Ordered a pizza, and accidentally selected thin crust, but I called up straight away and spoke to Ansu, who confirmed it was deep pan. When I went to pick it up, I even asked again at the counter, and she looked me in the eye and said, "Yes, it’s deep pan." Got home, opened the box – thin crust. Not only that, but the pizza was barely even cooked! The cheese was clumpy and raw, the base was soggy and limp, and the toppings tasted like they’d been sitting out for days. Absolutely disgusting. I called back, and that’s when I had the misfortune of speaking to Abi, who was rude, unprofessional, and had no interest in fixing their mistake. Instead of apologising, he acted like it was my fault, offered a pathetic £5 off, but refused to even deliver the correct pizza. So basically, they took my money, lied to my face, and left me with an inedible mess. For a company this big, this is unacceptable. The staff clearly don’t care about their jobs, the food quality is a joke, and they have no clue how to treat customers. Avoid this place like the plague – they’ll happily take your money and leave you with a pile of rubbish!

A lot of bad reviews here, but fancied a papa John's Orderd online from the papa John's website Said on the tracking the order was made waiting to leave for 20min so I called the store they use uber drivers so the pizza just sits there sweating and going cold, as anyways the pizza arrived after 1 hour, stone cold stale amd had a horrible smell the Delivery driver didn't even have the pizza in a thermal bag Do not use this restaurant You will be wasting your money, I tried mu luck and can confirm all the bad reviews, the place needs shuting down someone will end up Seriously ill with food poisoning Contacted the store for a refund, Only to be told that I would have to wait over a week As they have to put a claim just seems like a way to get you off the phone With no pacific outcome

Says they are open but they are not. Walked across town could Of investigated other options

Ordered on NYE - My pizza was wrong, the man said on the phone they were ‘too busy’ to send a replacement. I said I understand you’re busy but I would like a replacement please. He then tells me it will take 45 minutes, new orders are only taking 30 minutes but as it’s a replacement it will take longer. He then told me he would need the old pizza back, fine - I wasn’t going to eat it but I’ve never known that before, he knew they made a mistake but seemed to be on a bit of a power trip. I just found him to be really unnecessarily rude and petty. I didn’t mind at all that the pizza was wrong, it’s busy, it happens - no big deal. But, as I said on the phone there was really no need at all for how rude and difficult he was - I found it all baffling.
