KFC in Guildford

There is one Indian married lady I had a very bad experience with her she even know how to talk with customers she talked very rudely

Order number 9250 Store number 11034 Cashier name: archana_5525 I had the best experience ever! Cashier was so kind and generous and the whole team including the man working there were very kind and cooperative. Made sure we got the best experience, the food was delicious and they even gave a complimentary biscuit to my sister.

Completely ridiculous service and was treated like a fool upon ordering ! I ordered my usual, 4 large popcorn chicken boxes and 8 tenders. I was made to pay for the sauce and under one of the employees breath i was called “fat” and that i was the reason KFC was still open. seriously fed up

So.... went for £4.99 Fillet meal.... charged £5.08.... when asked, some straw charge.... However, allowed it and found a seat.... Upon opening the bag, the burger had the butt end of lettuce ×3 chunks... a dab of mayo and a burnt fillet piece.... Chips were tasteless.... Coke was flat. Overall, I cannot accept this experience even though it's cheap fast food.... Will not return
