The Haven Cafe Qep in Guildford

The staff were running around like headless chickens when it wasn’t even that busy on the Saturday morning. I requested oat milk multiple times and when my drink came with cow milk and I asked them to redo it, it felt like I offended them by not being able to have dairy. The drink was meh but drinkable because then they rushed making it and not fully what I ordered either but I couldn’t be bothered with the staff anymore.

Very very busy, the frappe is so bad, it was like an overpriced latte without the ice. Very busy and cramped. Didn’t try any treats but it looked good from the outside.

This place is a total disaster. The staff is incredibly rude and acts like they’re doing you a favor by serving you. The cocktails are horrible—badly made and completely undrinkable. The bathrooms are filthy, and the overall hygiene is questionable. Service is slow, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Save your time and money—there are way better places to go

Fab place to stop for a drink after a paddle on there River Wey

Nice location for a pub and nice sitting outside, food was meh though, not a lot of options and the cheeseburger was just ok.
