If you cannot hire polite staff, at least teach them some basic manners. I ordered a small drink take away and I was charged the price of a large drink to have in. I politely noted the price mismatch to the staff member that served me. Instead of simply apologising, they peevishly asked me to wait while they print a full receipt. I told the lady that I do not need a full receipt but to pay the correct price. The person did not for a second made any intention to apologise but instead projected a behaviour as I had no right asking to pay the correct price. I am seriously thinking not coming back. Leadership, you really need to train your staff. Senior management, you need to look at your governance and leadership skills. Personally, I would sell all my shares of this company asap because I do not trust this leadership. If you are not capable of creating a culture of basic respect and basic manners. How can you cultivate a culture of employee loyalty and engagement? By the way, I wrote this message using your internet so you contribute a little to pay my effort.

Big mistake choosing this place. Juice was grainy with components separated out. Undrinkable! Table was dirty. Nobody came to clean it, despite being told. Service was diabolical. Music was ridiculously loud. Cake was horrible gloopy concoction. All overpriced. They don’t do a simple orange juice. Never again. Yuck.

I don't understand this business. We sat the once and it was lovely. The music was quite, the coffee and cake were good. Then, we tried walking in twice more. On both occasions the music was so loud we ran back out. It seems everybody's complaining. Why not listen? This can be an incredible, 5 star place.

£29.70 for 2 sandwiches and 3 hot drinks!! In Guildford high street?? Coffee was luke warm, tea was tepid. Table hadn't been wiped down. No plates for food, served in napkin - no doubt to be 'environmentally friendly'. Chain is obviously targeting people, with more money than sense. Should have noticed the Paris Hilton promos on screen and left before I had spent my money.

Nice coffee but was cold and I ordered a hot coffee ! Given the choice of coffee houses in Guildford I wouldn’t return here.

Coffee very average but expensive. No changing table in the toilet for babies. Music on the loud side.

This venue is fairly large, with lots of daylight and a buzzy atmosphere. However the service is usually slow and I have had numerous problems when waiting for my order. The music is loud and that makes it very hard to hear when your name is called out unless you stand right in front of the collection counter. At busy times this could be for 15 minutes. If you go to sit down anywhere slightly distant from the prep area you have no idea if your order is sitting on the counter, still in the queue to be made, or has been forgotten completely. It could easily be any of the above. They definitely need to call the orders out louder, and repeatedly if not collected, or put small stickers on the cups/sandwiches so you know whose food is whose. I would not often say this... but Starbucks does collecting orders better than this place! They also need to co-ordinate serving food and drinks together - no point having your coffee ready 10 minutes before the sandwich. Prices here are not cheap and the customer experience really ought to be better. I also cannot believe that in 2023 every item here is served in single-use disposable cups, even coffee to drink in. Do they hate dishwashers that much??

Really nice staff in Guildford, but watching the juice being made with 2 tiny pieces of celery and kale and then mainly water with some cucumber I question the value of these. £5.50 for a mainly water and Ice based drink. So weak it wasn’t worth putting the veg in. Won’t be going back because of the quality of the product not the good staff.
