The best restaurants serving Default food in Cherwell South East

Excellent beer and atmosphere. Haven't tried the food yet

My business placed a very large order of almost £300 to feed 25 people. Normally when placing such large orders at other takeaways there will be something missing, it will be cold or late or a multitude of other errors, however on our visit to Nando’s Bicester every item was in the order, it was hot and cook perfectly. The attention to detail the manager showed to the order quality checking and ensuring the full order was completed was second to none. Will definitely be using Nando’s Bicester again. Thank you

I am not happy with customer experience, I’ve just received. The caller picked up my phone call and constantly lied about how they delivered my order but that’s not true because first of all I didn’t hear the ring doorbell. The ring doorbell is very loud and they profusely said that they contacted me by my phone number and they didn’t. They kept being rude to me and I felt very disrespected and not heard. I am not happy with this atmosphere that this shop gives I’ve never experienced this before at Other dominoes, but this one is disgusting. I need to work on their customer experience. I will not be coming back here again until I see a positive review about it.

Visited for some drinks. We believe that the management has changed hands since we last came. The drinks are almost £2 extra each. It’s now 2 for £12 on cocktails rather than 2 for £7. It was also empty with no atmosphere.

I paid extra for another mini fish havent got that and the only fish they gave ne was also not full

The food was rustic with fantastic flavours. I went for the surf clams which were incredible and then the fennel sausages which were really lovely. My partner went for olives and then confit delica pumpkin. Really good cookery. The chef cook to order and came out for a friendly chat. We will definitely be returning. The kitchen is just outside of Yarnton not North Yorkshire which this address seems to suggest !

Tuvimos tanto la cena como el desayuno aquí mientras nos alojamos en el Holiday Inn, parte del paquete de ofertas de comida. Buenas opciones para la cena y una buena opción para el desayuno buffet. El servicio era un poco lento en la noche, a pesar de que el restaurante era tranquilo - era un martes, así que no es el día pico para las comidas fuera. Definitivamente vale la pena lo que pagamos.

Part of our Christmas tradition is a walk into town with our dogs and treat ourselves to coffee and cake on Christmas Eve. The staff are what make this place so good. Adele the manager is a fantastic leader and the interactions we had with her, Caleb and Drew were great. Nothing was too much trouble, service with a smile despite being very busy. My only real gripe is that the company don’t allow the team to accept gratuities which is such a shame as we do like to reward great service. I own a hospitality business and the new laws surrounding gratuities to add a layer of admin but it’s not too tricky and the staff deserve to be rewarded for good service so please, head office, sort this out. Thank you for making the start of our family Christmas lovely again this year.

This cafe is ok but a conundrum. Some of the food is good some average rather like the staff with the exception of the blonde lady who one minute was taking orders and the next clearing tables.

Poor menu choice. Food was bland. Half the tables needed cleaning so had to sit at a dirty table. Took quite a while for food to arrive. Restaurant was only half full at this time around 14.35pm

Had the best frappe ever. We took home box of muffine which looked so good . Staff very friendly. There is just one think the place could be renovated little bit

Awful again prices have gone up AGAIN within just a few weeks portion was only half the amount seems not only increased price but half the amount. Chips were Luke warm and just scrappy bits very poor quality at a rip off price avoid at all cost much better chip shop in main street who give good portions and better quality. Will not go to smarts again

Hadn't been to this coffee shop for some time(almost two years!), so I was impressed that the coffee I had on this occasion was up to the standards of my last visit. We got there early and enjoyed really good service and some very good coffee and cake - my father, who has travelled around Europe and who knows good coffee, was equally impressed by his coffee. A great start to the day!! Well done.

Dissapointing that charging conections not working. Don't seat at the back unless you don't need to recharge phone/laptop. Unfortunately couldn't work as planned after paying £££ for bruch
