Cafe Nero in Cherwell

Esta es mi cafetería local y paso horas aquí, pero el personal siempre ha sido un éxito o un fracaso hasta que recientemente hay una joven encantadora que se ha unido. Ella es excelente. Servicio al cliente increíble, siempre sonriendo y preguntando cómo estoy, etc. Ha hecho que el ambiente allí sea mucho más agradable, ya que ella siempre sonríe y hace una gran diferencia. Bien hecho, jovencita.

Dissapointing that charging conections not working. Don't seat at the back unless you don't need to recharge phone/laptop. Unfortunately couldn't work as planned after paying £££ for bruch

Este lugar está sucio y hay suciedad por todas partes. Tuve que limpiar mi propia mesa y quitar el café del suelo. Evítelo por cualquier costo.

Le vendrían bien más opciones para el almuerzo, pero las bebidas eran buenas, especialmente la mezcla de mango y fruta helada. Buena ubicación y ambiente agradable.

Se siente muy impersonal y ligeramente descuidado. El café sabe aguado. Sin sonrisas ni bienvenida del personal, parecía desinteresado en los clientes

Nos reunimos con la familia en este café. El estacionamiento estaba a la vuelta de la esquina. Ambiente cálido y encantador y personal amable. Clientela mixta. Vale la pena una visita si estás en la zona.

The staff was friendly with good coffee. The seating settings there were very comfortable and you will have your own privacy during the coffee time.

Accessible spot on the middle of the high street, perfect for a takeaway coffee, prompt service and my black coffee was good (cant really go too wrong with a black coffee I admit), staff were friendly and served with a smile.

Just dropped in to Heddington Cafe Nero as usually this chain is of a good standard. However this one was very dirty, sofa we sat on was filthy, chairs and stools nearby dirty and window frame full of dirt. Waited minute to be asked what I wanted whilst the person serving cleaned serving area and tidied up and then once card accepted contactless before I could ask for a receipt ( not asked if I wanted one ) they started serving person behind me. Not at all impressed.

My phone died, popped in to recharge my battery. Found a socket within easy reach. Had a lovely hot chocolate while I waited. Great place to people watch.

Surprisingly spacious and busy, a perfect spot for ordering your coffee. The service feels a bit rushed, but the cafe is always busy so I'm not surprised, although it may be a good idea t have more staff around.

Not a patch on the Caffe Nero in the city centre. Large and poor acoustically. Not good for working or reading.

Had a coffee there and it was OK. I try not to go to chain franchises as there are lots of small independents which I would rather support.

I enjoy getting my coffee at Coffee Nero, however the Headington one has a special vibe to it. The place is always full and for a good reason! The coffee is delicious, strong and very distinctive. The service is quick, friendly and even at the busiest times, they manage to keep the place relatively clean. I have never eaten however every time I visit, most people do enjoy their food which is a good sign! I do feel welcomed there which is important, as you do not get that warm feeling in many places around Headington.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere to enjoy pleasant drinks and sit in comfort to enjoy, perfect to de-stress and unwind.

Like most cafe Neros there is a sense that they are understaffed. Have to generally wait a while to get served and then when you have your tray of drinks, before being able to drink them there is a good chance that you have to clear a table yourself first. Actual drinks are fine and the location of the cafe is good!

Hot chocolate was fine but really didn’t want to sit on the sofa or chair. Badly stained, filthy dirty. Cups from previous occupant left at the table for the whole time we were there. It wasn’t busy before anyone thinks that’s an excuse. Wouldn’t return.

I came once and left because the queue was so long and didn’t seem to be progressing.

Stopped in today with the kids. Relaxed atmosphere, cakes and drinks lovely. Kids particularly enjoyed the barista who was poking his head around the counter and pulling faces at them! Will definitely stop here again if I'm over this way.

Rude counter assistant ( blonde young lady). I have been stop while when I was ordering coffee. She told me Don't worry in rude way. I was shock . Nero coffee should do more customer service training . Will Never return that branch .

We ate here several times and enjoyed every meal. This is a relaxed cafe in Headington, a close suburb, and it caters to many students. You pick out your sandwich from the deli coolers, and, if you want to eat in the facility, the meal is heated and brought to your table or easy chair. The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. This is a great place to relax.

Conveniently located. Nice food options. Friendly staff who happily bring you food over. Comfy seats. WiFi didn’t work.

This cafe is centrally situated in Headington. The staff are friendly and helpful, the decor is relaxing and there is a good mix of chair/sofa/armchair seating. Oh and the coffee is good too!

Me encontré con un amigo para tomar café y un croissant en un sábado por la mañana y estaba muy concurrido y difícil conseguir sentado. Hay un montón de gente ir allí a trabajar con ordenadores portátiles o hacer deberes y así si no tienes la suerte de conseguir un asiento cuando estás probablemente mejor probar en otro lugar, como el volumen no es rápido.

Lovely hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. Nice to sit and watch the world go by in the nice comfortable furniture and great ambience of this place. Enjoyable....will pop in again when next shopping with friends.

Well positioned on the corner of busy London/Windmill rd..great meeting place for local students and general public..Cosy, warm ,and great coffee aligned to the Nero brand..a welcome addition that will be well used.
