Aggressive staff,bad cold pizza

terrible customer service didn’t let me cancel my order just kept ending the phone, then proceeded to give in and allow the food to come and they didn’t deliver the food at all with no refund!

ordered 2 pizzas from here one without cheese as my friend is allergic to cheese, came with cheese and then i called the shop and the manager spoke, i discussed the problem and he told me i was wrong and cant help me and hung up before i cpuld even ask a question

The pizza ordered was really rushed and under cooked. The pepperoni was not cooked and the base had only half covered with the tomato pizza sauce. No care or attention put into the cook, just a rushed pizza that was not edible. The wedges and cookie were nice, but pizza is what we cane for. Disappointed

It took 40 mins for my food.The Indian employee lied to my face as he claimed that my food would be ready in 5 minutes however it took 40 minutes, I went home took poo and when I returned my order was forgotten.From now, I will buy from Pizza Hut as domino’s is dog.To add, they got me the wrong crust. Period

My son accidentally ordered from this store as he put in the wrong postcode. It happened twice as he tried to change the postcode but couldn't. The staff at the store tried hard to get in touch with us via phone but we were on silent and so they couldn't get through. We wasted their time on a busy night. They were brilliant about it and refunded us in full, even though they'd made the pizzas and tried to deliver them. We were hugely grateful - thank you! We still ordered a Dominoes but from the correct store.

Absolutely disgusting! Order a pizza they sent one that has clearly been dropped on the floor still they put it in the box and thought it would be OK to replace some pieces of a large to a few small size pizza pieces ....it was cold all smashed and crumbled When I called they were rude on the phone Horrible customer service 😑

Collection of 10 pizzas for a night crew. Pizza was ready on time steaming hot. Crew was happy. Not much of an atmosphere in the shop. Smack Bang in a New Build Neighbourhood. a small carpark is adjacent to the parade of shops here.

Yet another chain not taking cash

Worst domino's I've ever ordered from! First ordered a couple of weeks ago through the app, delivery status was stuck on "quality check" for 35 mins. Called to chase it twice and kept getting told it was already out for delivery, but that was clearly a lie as it was just over 90 mins before I finally got it. Obviously it was nowhere near fresh by the time it arrived so I phoned to complain. After arguing my point on the phone and demanding to speak to the manager, I was finally offered the cost be credited against my phone number for me to use next time I ordered. Just ordered again to use up the credit, asked for double cheese amongst other toppings but what I got instead was barely the standard single portion of cheese. About half of the pizza had absolutely no cheese at all and was dry as anything! The other toppings I asked for were pretty much non existent as well. I would call to complain again but quite frankly I can't be bothered arguing about it. I definitely won't be ordering from this store again and I'd strongly advise everyone to order from one of the other Bicester stores instead!!

Pizzas are no where near to what they used to be. Tried 2 different pizzas and both were pretty much tasteless. Last time I use dominoes.

25 mins late. Cold. No one answers the phone to deal with it.

Domino’s Pizza at Kingsmere is the worst place ever. I had order more than 3 times online, requests thin&crispy base or Italian base , every times i got normal base , never get right one , and when i call them complain about it , they said well next time after i order just call them and they will make sure is how i want , so why they not look on order !!! Is your Job to make is right how people request for it ,never ever waste your money to get pizza from Kingmere Domino’s pizza

Two pizza’s both times with hair on them.. also staff very rude!! They don’t care about our town with all the pizza boxes everywhere. Highly recommend not going to Kingsmere dominos. Go Pizza Hut or something instead

Really poor service. They got my whole pizza wrong . I had asked for burger sauce and they had not put it on. I live 9 miles outside of Bicester and when I rang and asked for a refund he said he did not have the a Authorisation to pay me back but yet he has your authorisation to take money from me.bearing in mind there were seven team members in , two of them on their phones and they could not even get one simple order right. Really disappointed :(

Picked up a pizza this afternoon and I don't know if it was the staff or the recipe has been changed but it was the best Domino's we've had.

I ordered a large vegetarian supreme and it came with very little toppings. Only two slices had everything on and one slice was even empty except for cheese. I have ordered this many times from other Domino's but this was awful. However the sides were okay which is why it is not 1 star.

Not good at all I’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours to get my order

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrendous service. Waited for an order for 2 hours, no calls been answered. When arrived at the dominoes, we’ve been ignored by the workers. Phone was buzzing they have ignored that while chatting to us too. Never gonna order from them again !!!

Tried to order on the app, it took money from my account then refunded me 30 minutes later, tried to call the kingsmere store 3 times but noone answered so went down to order in store and had to wait 30 mins for 2 pizzas, what was very frustrating is that orders that came in after me got theirs first. Wont be using kingsmere dominos again

Disappointed. Ordered two large pizzas and a side of 14 Frank's red hot chicken wings. They forgot the wings. I phoned and asked if they could bring them as I was particularly fancying them. They did however the delivered plain wings. So not only did they forget, they then got it wrong.

It's a new dominoes! Staff are friendly enough. Pizza was to standard expected

Arrived really quickly, however I ordered a chicken feast. I seem to have gotten a sweetcorn pizza with about 6 strands of chicken! Shocking

The food is very tasty and always arrives hot and is a fairly quick delivery.

Hello, I would like to share my experience with Dominos Bicester Village. 1. Very bad service 2. We was waiting more than 1 hour for delivery, the driver said that he is downstairs, I came no one was there. kindly called to the store to speak with the manager because he stop picking up his phone and they said that he will be there in 1 m. I went downstairs again no one was there AGAIN.my boyfriend called to the store again for the second time they said he is on the reception again no one was there. So, end of they stopped pick up their phone and we called to their other store so finally in 1 hour and 20 minutes we received our delivery. You can see how the pizza looks like.Without one apologies even arrogant behaviour and no compensation. 3. Absolutely cold pizza and looks like one the photo below Ps: Change the manager of the store immediately

Arrived 1.5 hours late and it was cold and pizza tasted of cardboard. I don’t think the Kingsmere branch can deal with pressure of a Friday night. Tried to call them for over 45 mins and no answer. Simply aweful

The pizza was good but service was poor

Since it opened it has become my nearest Domino's. Quality of the food is always good and the standard you expect from ordering a Domino's. Delivery is generally faster than other local pizza delivery restaurants.

Absolutely useless, messed up our order totally Then the person on the phone couldn't even spell my partner's name Tracy. And then we have to go back to the place to re pick up our pizzas . Message to Domino's get people that can read and Spell.
