My favourite Chinese takeaway never had a bad takeaway from here

So as a truck driver eat out alot parked up and ordered king prawn in black bean sauce loverly also ordered vegetable dry fry noodles was ok but found was just noodles 1 bit of Broccoli onions and thats about it no mushrooms or peppers

Bad food , so bland and soggy. Won’t order again

More flavor in a microwaveable egg fried rice

Ordered for Specific delivery time, delivered 1.5 hrs early. Polite and apologised when I contacted restaurant. Cooked fresh and re-arrived at time ordered for. Unfortunately food was not pleasant. No flavour other than chilli to pad Thai noodles and salt and pepper chicken. Chicken in noodles had a texture like ready cooked chicken that had been defrosted and added. Chips soggy and unappealing. Redeeming food, sweet and sour sauce and crab claws. Would not recommend food, shame as service was polite and corrected errors. EDIT: Just a reply to below - thank you for the offer of a discount, however this was the first order I recall having ever placed with you, hence never having complained before. If it is not this first order, it would have been maybe once prior, too long ago to recall! I am certainly not a regular customer and will not be becoming one. I cannot comment on procedures other restaurants use when buying in ingredients, however, none have presented this quite as clearly in the food. Thank you for your reply.

Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever tasted. Rice over cooked, chicken ball saturated in oil, spareribs sat in BBQ jelly sauce. Sweet and sour sauce looks like orange slime and tasteless. So disappointed. All going straight in the bin what a waste of money

No dessert delivered and for my wife’s b’day. Crispy duck, soggy, delivery lady was excellent really lovely. Got salt and pepper chicken not wings. Food very sub standard though order incorrect 🤷🏼‍♂️. I won’t order again. sorry

Ordered sweet and sour king prawn balls with crispy chilli beef. Sauce was horrible, prawns were not king-size, and they were covered in soggy batter,beef was not crispy either, will not be going here again for food

Didn't get to order as the receptionist that answered today was unbelievable rude !!! and not helpful and said she don't know about the details of what they put in the dishes 😂. when I questioned her why she got really rude .so I just said nevermind.

I picked up a cheeky takeaway here tonight on the spur of the moment. I’ve never bought from here before. My food was absolutely delicious, really tasty and fresh. The service was great and no long wait. I will definitely be back.

I am a regular customer here. Food is always delicious, one of the best Chinese takeaways in Banbury. I highly recommend the Peking Dim Sum and the Peking Special Fried Noodles, both favourites of mine. Fantastic value for money, never a long wait for delivery either and lovely customer service being greeted with a smile every time.

Good quality and value for money lunch boxes

Ordered chicken balls, pad thai and chow mein. The food seemed fresh, arrived in time and was hot. However I think this was the most bland chinese I had in Banbury. There was no flavour at all. Only thing I tasted in the pad thai was the red chilli. That leaves me with mixed feelings. I don't think I'll be ordering again as there are better, tastier alternatives in town.

Manager has RUDE attitude towards customer, paying over £50 for an order and only get some of the orders never ordering for here again I will pay somewhere else yo actually get my order!!! POOR

Best chicken chowmein in the country and the chicken cashew nuts is also fabulous. 100% recommend whether you are local or not

Got set meal for two prawn crackers seemed stale all other items lacked flavour and seemed like maybe they where just microwaved then sent out.

Specifically asked for less salt to be added we were then up drinking water through the night

Food ok, not consistent. Sometimes really tasty then another time not so good on same order. Prices not too bad. Service sometimes good and other times bit poor. No delivery service and cash only.

I don't understand how the rating is so high got a Chinese from here as my usual I shut on a Monday me and my partner both think it's the worst Chinese we have tasted just no flavour to anything even the spicy salt chip beef and chicken have no taste my Partner said he wouldn't feed it to a homeless person he wouldn't put then through eating it

Nice Chinese not too expensive and has a large range of food to choose from.

This chinese takeaway is great. Easy access as big carpark outside. The food is lovely and the staff are very friendly. If theres a food you want to change whats put in it, they are more than happy to oblige. Definately worth a go.
