We went to use the drive thru, but they had run out of the pumpkin spice. The menu at the order point was very limited, so we decided to go inside. Same with the menu inside, so we opted to use the app to work out what we wanted. We then stood around for a while with really loud music blasting, to find out our order had been tucked away to the side most of this time. We had ordered some vegan cream on one of these, but didn't get it. I was told they had run out. I asked for a refund and I was told I would need to do that through the app (which isn't an option either)

My first time at Starbucks Bicester as I was passing through for work, it was what I needed. The staff were so attentive and my coffee was perfect. I'm fussy with my Latte's. I asked for it extra hot and it was perfect. I got a toastie and was cooked just right, been to other coffee branches and they've either over or under cooked it. Will definitely go again if passing through.

Didn’t catch the employees name but went to Starbucks to get my girlfriend a drink (who wasn’t with me) and wanted something “fruity and cold” a younger lad was serving on the drive through and went through some options and gave his personal opinion and also what other customers like to order. Not only was he really helpful and friendly he also encouraged me to use my Starbucks app which I had forgotten I even had, got me to scan my QR to which turned out to have to free drinks available to me. Credit to the Starbucks drive through, always very good at this site but this was the best experience I’ve had at a Starbucks.

Staff always friendly, always really quick service and it is the cleanest Starbucks I have ever been in. Bear in mind it's essentially a service station Starbucks, at service station prices too. It's on a main road and presumably marketed to people going to/leaving Bicester Village. This is not a high street cafe, so it's really coffee and cakes. No it's not suitable for dogs, but there's a Coffee #1 about two minutes away that is extremely dog friendly.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been, We asked if they did porridge he said yes so we ordered porridge then was told “we don’t have any” then ordered an almond croissant and got a normal one….with butter no jam, I ordered a bacon bap and got it with red sauce, I asked for brown guess what, “I don’t have any” the guy (Cameron) who served me, just doesn’t want to be here, he needs sitting down and having a chat with about what basic service means and ask him if he can smile. I will add I could see good service happening with one of the girls giving my wife some jam and apologising for not giving jam. Is this the sign of the times?

Sadly since Jaime and Ollie left I feel this Starbucks has lost its mojo! as these previous members of staff were just perfect! But to be fair I’ve always had an excellent service here anyway and since I usually just have a drink here there are no issues as I’ve always enjoyed my ‘quiet’ time here! Tim has come out of his ‘shell’ as he was extremely quiet when I first met him so well done and keep chatting alongside your brill service! The new manager Is very charming and polite but his only ‘down side’ I feel he needs to spend more time on shop floor working alongside his staff but at same time I appreciate he needs to be doing other things too! Keep up the good service as all the staff work really well here to ensure a very good service! The staff also manage to keep their cafe relatively clean and tidy.

Ok, something unusual going on at this Starbucks. Both times we've been recently the dishwasher was broken and we had to have disposable cups: not great for the environment. Looking at reviews I can see that serving in disposable cups even though you're in the shop seems to be common practice. My egg nogg latte was also definitely missing a pump of syrup. This time of year I'm hitting the egg nogs at least twice a week, so it's really obvious when one tastes weak. This one hardly tasted of anything. Annoyingly, as the place was looking unkempt, with crumbs on just about every surface, we decided to carry on our journey and it was only when I'd driven about 5 miles away I realised, so had a large coffee with no flavour, resenting it with every sip 😒 The tuna melt is awful too. It feels like a thin tuna paste in an overly airy ciabatta: you'll be hungry again in about an hour! Feels to me like they're looking at ways to cut costs and maximise profits: turn off the dishwasher, skimp on syrup and sandwich fillings, don't tidy up...

Always confused about what to order but had been recommended to try the blonde roast beans as they are less bitter. Also found out that the drink I liked best is a caramel macchiato. They made it up for me this evening and it was delicious, will definitely be my go to store and drink. Thank you Kelis super helpful. Starbucks is what it is, but this branch epitomises many of the worst aspects of the fast food franchise. It seems to be set up at motorway service prices: £2.75 for what was essentially a single mouthful of sugary cake, whilst muffins two or three times the size cost 50p more. But it is just outside Bicester town centre… Their use of disposable cups is confusing for me. Twice I’ve been here recently to eat in, both times I got takeaway cups, and many of the other diners had the same. I asked the second time around if they would serve in a normal mug, and even took my own cup in case they wouldn’t. They said it would be in a mug. I put my own cup away. The coffee arrives in a disposable cup. The label on it even says “cafe for here” on the label. I spy a pile of clean mugs behind the counter; only for show perhaps? There is no sign of an in-shop recycling point for these cups. They go into the general waste with everything else. This seems like a managerial level issue. This is a fast food establishment and it seems that the priority is on speed and convenience for the staff above all else. In a week where the UK is divided over government U-turns on environmental policies, perhaps this business apathy to the environment cuts deeper. But we all need to do better and take a marginal gains approach. Environment aside, the staff in this shop just need to stop being so laissez faire. There are dirty tables everywhere. The toilets could be cleaner. They could all seem to care a bit more.

AVOID AVOID AVOID…spending your money in here and go to another Starbucks nearby!! This branch charges a bit more than others also. Today I was Served the coldest coffee I’ve ever been given. The stoned looking guy who served me never listened to a word I said when taking my order and tried to give me it in a takeaway cup. I had said a large cappuccino and emphasised to SIT IN and that I WILL PAY BY APP. He then scans my barcode and asks for the payment to which I repeat I will pay by APP. Then he proceed to serve me in a takeaway cup and when I hand it back to the girl she pours it into a cup and adds lots of extra lukewarm milk which turned the drink into a cold latte. I did not want to go back up and complain again as it was getting embarrassing. Too many times they do this in here and it’s not cheap in this branch!! I’m a Starbucks gold member but I will not be back

Visited on way through Monday around 5pm for quick toilet break and drink while driving back up north, ladies toilets were disgusting one cubicle of two out of order and no toilet roll in either, no hand soap and hand dryer out of use. Upon returning to the lobby with wet hands my partner said the men’s were not much better either. Tables were dirty but literally only one person sitting in and not busy so no idea what the staff were doing but obviously toilets had not been checked and tables not cleaned. We decided not to have a drink or food after this as we questioned how well the machines and behind the counter are kept clean if the rest of the place is disgusting. Have made a note never to stop here again on the journey.

Stopped here on our way through on Sunday morning. We parked and went inside as we wanted a break after a 2hr drive. Unfortunately it was busy and had to wait a bit to get served. Clearly a popular place. Facilities were clean but my wife did say the ladies was out of toilet paper and so had to use the accessible toilet. The signs for which toilet is male or female are a little esoteric. Not sure why we can't just have words in the modern day and age. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I recently visited Starbucks and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. I had received a car parking charge after staying at Starbucks for 4 hours, but the staff were able to help me get it waived. One gentleman staff member in particular was especially helpful and made a lasting impression on me. The coffee at Starbucks is always top-notch, and I appreciate their commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability. The cosy atmosphere makes it the perfect place to work or catch up with friends.

Was in this morning. Not impressed. No filter coffee yet again. No promo syrups. No standards of work. Went through drive-thru and told the card machine isn't working but saw a guy taking card payment there when I went in. Blue haired girl on her phone in the middle of the bar ignoring every thing. Balding guy running around trying to do everything and making a mess. Dark-haired girl at the back waiting by a window fiddling with a headset. Used to work in a Starbucks before I got the hell out of there. Train and support your staff. Blue hair should be working or out the back. Baldy should be sticking to one position unless needed. Dark girl should be stepping out of position to help rather than just waiting.

Had ordered delivery, possibly from Sainsbury Starbucks, when Driver came from Deliveroo, the frappuccino was , tipped over and have gone all over other items in a separate bag with two cheese Toasties, and they were absolutely stone cold without realising. I drove it to this restaurant, who informed me that they don’t delivery jumped into action and even though the order was not from them, they replaced it all and also gave me a free coffee in the process. For my time. I spoke to the manager who seem very nice and very apologetic and I really appreciate your face so five stars to this I will be going there again.

So we went to this Starbucks again today - we go every week or so as a treat, but today is my husband's birthday. The app gives us a free birthday drink. The drinks we received were absolutely the most watery rubbish we've had so far, and that's saying something. Every drink from here is either incorrect or badly made. They have no idea what to do with reward cards so keep trying to charge us for drinks that should be free, and the caramel macchiato that is the only thing my husband drinks is made differently and worse every time. Ever since all the staff bar one left a few months ago, there is a distinct feeling that nobody knows what they're doing with the coffee or the tills. Go to the one on the a34 if you're in the area, it's absolutely not worth getting watery milk from here.

We stop here this morning and have mix feelings. Staff very over busy. Just young man and young woman working. We waited in line for fifteen minutes as cars in drive through served. The man, I think Rupert by his badge, kept asking them to wait until he had cleared the inside. The woman was in a very bad mood throwing things in sinks. Rupert kept telling her to go and sit down on her back and rest for a few minutes. We experienced the woman, who said she was the manager, when a customer went to the man to deal with a problem, she yelled at her, the customer, and refused to give her name when asked. We come here many times and know this is not her store. And it was clearly a bad day as we enjoy the friendly atmosphere we normally find here so not typical. But the rest of the queue and even Roger seemed a bit upset by the exchange. He stepped in to help speed up the drinks and again asked the manager to relax in the back and freshen up. He seemed unusually happy for the woman, doing all jobs and singing as he apologized to customers in the store and outside the headset. We've seen him a few times before and he does this often. Always makes us smile with his silliness even though he does not. More staff are needed please? Stop the waiting and staff being stress. Give the young woman manager a break and chance to rest.

Arrived at just gone 7am to find the store wasn’t open. It says they open at 6:30am online. After calling and being told the coffee machine was being cleaned (this should always be done at night due to the risk of bacteria from ground coffee sitting in the machine overnight I must add!!!) waiting for 20 minutes we have left along with other people who had attempted to buy coffee here. We went through the drive thru at 17:35, the cafe was empty and there were 3 cars in the drive thru (including ourselves). After receiving our coffee we went straight back on the road. Imagine my disappointment when I see I have half an empty cup! To add to the disappointment, the little amount of coffee in the cup was made up Entirely of foam! As a starbucks employee myself of 8 years I am disgusted to see the lack of effort and lack of care gone in to this drink!!! I for one would never imagine handing out a drink of such poor standard. Worst coffee I’ve ever paid £5 for… how can you serve something so bad? Every other Starbucks manages to taste more or less the same, but what we got was so bitter and tasted like cleaning chemicals with a horrible aftertaste. And they didn’t put any cream on when they should have, but that was the least of my worries! Threw it in the bin as I’d already driven away from the services, but also I’m pretty sure this would have sent me to the hospital!

Awful customer service - young lad who served us never asked if we were eating in or not and practically threw the cakes at us in bags and as we were paying by cash asked us to cancel the cash machine transaction he presumed we were paying by card. I told him we were eating in and could we have plates for our cakes which he again practically threw at us - will never visit again. Surely in these hard times you would want people to return but clearly Starbucks doesn't need the custom!!!!!!

Single-handedly the absolute WORST Starbucks branch I have ever visited. The kitchen area is riddled with flies and the toilets.. My gosh, as soon as you walk near the door to get to the toilets, the smell of fish and stale urine hits you like a tonne of bricks, and as you can imagine inside the toilets is an absolute horror scene.

Love the coffee and the drive thru makes it all the more convenient. Would give 5 star but the drive thru has been closed on a few occasions which is the main reason I pick this over Tesco machine costa coffee which is near by

Beyond disappointed!!! Starbucks clearly didn’t want my business on this day. After driving a significant way with a toddler and newborn the time had come to stop. I knew this Starbucks was here so stopped. Got to the tills took my order, went to pay…’sorry we don’t accept cash’ I asked why not? ‘Just haven’t for two years’ quite frankly it’s outrageous that you do not accept cash and as a result of this Starbucks are losing a customer. I just wanted to feed my family and use completely legal tender to do so.

Do NOT use these toilets, stale pee all over the floor, and it stank! (Not just recent use, but it’s not had a good clean for a long time). Actually put me off staying for a coffee.
