Our family loves a cheeky Nando's. We tend to travel to this one to eat in or takeaway as the other one near us is a nightmare for parking. Look out for the meal deals and in app offers we are firm fans of the wings, peri peri chips and slaw. Just got to get the kids eating the hot version instead of mild ...the more char the better as you defiantly can't create this at home with the shop brought jar versions

Excellent food and drink delivered with efficient service. Superb customer service. I went with my husband and two asd teens. My son is very keen on hand dryers and lifts. The staff were so friendly about showing him the dumb waiter and how it worked and the lift too. Then when he couldn’t cope any longer they were so fast at wrapping his food to take away so that he could eat away from the restaurant. When he needed non fizzy drinks, they brought every option to the table so he could choose. They met our families needs as no other restaurant ever has, with a friendly and understanding smile on all their faces. THANKYOU for the lovely meal.

Food took longer than told. On opening it the meals were wrong, they basically would not change. Just because it’s chicken seems okay to deliver whatever. Food is tasty. Next day after complaining a manager calls to offer a refund or voucher for twice the amount. Like most we took the voucher only to find out it does not cover delivery, if u visit the restaurant u will spend that amount on drinks etc

We received a quick, easy and outstanding service. The restorant was clean and quiet. We had full platter with four regular sides, sunset burger and chicken Caezar salad. The staff are a credit to the company, especially Mable, Shirn, Andrea, Harry and Joao. We will definitely be back. Great value for money. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

For the first time I'm in bicester at 21,:20 e walk into to nandos and they tould me for the first time on raw is no chicken .I'm Portuguese and did never expwri nice this in any nandos I went. The worst think is one man coming to talk to me and I didn't understand very well is ingles wasn't good ,and then he walk to the kitchen into the grill .looks like it a chef. And the. The worst think wos I wos trying to order half chicken as meal etc and they tould me on Saturday night at half 9 they no cook chicken cus they close at 22:00 . Yesterday and the day before the same. I couldn't believe it. It's a shame I love Portuguese chicken as I'm Portuguese and the stuff in this place maibe they don't care. I'm absolutely very upset. The manager wos on the till as well not that friendly .is no passion for the job at all .

Service was not with a smile, very rude. Came out for a birthday meal and had an awful experience. Food was cold, I asked 2 members of staff to sort the fanta out as syrup had run out and neither of them did, both just turned their back and walked away. I will not be returning to this Nando’s again.

Tried to enjoy an afternoon out for a friends birthday but was rudely spoken too when arrived. Was asked to move tables and on doing so the food didn’t arrive at the same time. When an order was put incorrectly for food, my friend asked to change the order and the women working would not allow it. Did not expect to feel so uncomfortable in this hostile environment. Will not be coming back again.

Not the biggest fan of Nando’s but agreed to get a delivery. Not particularly cheap seeing it’s only Chicken. Tasted okay if a little cold. Sides were good but small

I have just left Nando’s and I am devastated with not only the service but the quality of the food! I have just waited 90 minutes for a brownie which I have just paid for. Missing the ice cream! My food had arrived 20 minutes after my partner had finished! Will not be coming back!

20 minute wait to be seated, which was ok and a nice walk around Bicester filled that gap. However after patiently waiting for 40 minutes, people that came in after us started to receive food.. When I went to ask where ours was, I was told they had forgotten to cook it……they said they would cook it straight away. When the meals arrived, mine was ok, but my Fiancé’s food was cold. She then took it back, and a new one arrived. But guess what, it was the incorrect peri peri sauce. Did get a refund, but spoilt my birthday and won’t set food in Nando’s again.

I’ve been to other Nando’s before and always like the food but I have to say that the service at the Bicester town Nando’s was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Staff were miserable and unwelcoming. 2 adults and 2 children, we spent over £50 and would have expected a smile at least. We sat on the table near the door, looking around at the lights and window decorations, all we could see were cobwebs and dirt; rather unappetising. The butterfly chicken was so dry it felt like it had been cooked days ago. What a waste of time and money….!

On arrival we were told there was a 45 minute wait so we went away and waited in the car and then returned when instructed to via text, on return we were ignored for around 10 minutes and left stood awkwardly in doorway despite many staff members stood without a task. When the food came there was multiple things missing which had to be brought in 3 trips. I asked for a dish of the peri tamer sauce because I don’t like any of the spicy ones, the waiter said he would get some and then was told by someone in the kitchen that he was not allowed because it was a cooking sauce. This is understandable but actually my chicken was plain, so I just wanted the sauce that should’ve been on my wrap in the first place and he went back again and the same woman snapped at him saying that I could have perinaise instead (which I don’t like) the fact we could see and hear these conversations was really awkward and they both kept giving us evils whilst discussing my apparently crazy request. The food was not as good as normal, lots of bits of chicken breast had to be cut off as not very appetising, hardly any chicken in the wrap compared to usual, chips stone cold and very burnt garlic bread. Not asked how our food was at all (as they probably knew the answer!). Staff all shouting and swearing whilst customers sat eating which was completely unnecessary. We also heard the lady from the kitchen turn away customers because they were “closed” even though it was only because she was cleaning the grill because she “wanted to go home on time tonight”. Would not recommend this branch.

Was shocked at how quickly we received our food after order, very fast which was great! great quality food and friendly staff members!

I went there and i got a wrap with chicken and medium spice i got home and the chips were nice but the wrap was messy and made me feel sick for an hour or two but it was okay good for a quick meal

chicken was good, wasn't as spicy as always, they probably used the wrong sauce but still nice like usual.

Tonight we chose Nando’s - it was probably - no it was the worst Nando’s we have ever had Firstly - the halloumi starter came with no chilli jam (as advertised on the menu) The pitta bread tasted stale / was hard The chips were stone cold My wife’s beanie wrap was ordered with “peri tamer “ as she cannot eat spicy food - the last time she said it was nice - no real spice at all just tasted “mild and sweet” (as per menu!!)- however tonight on the same wrap it was spicy / had a kick and made her lips tingle - either your recipe has changed or it was not peri tamer !Garlic bread was crunchy and cold and greasy We only live less than 5 minutes away and we were in the car - we dished up as soon as we got in and it was not hot at all Not a great meal at all

I went into this facility to collect an order I had placed online. I came a cross a very warm gentleman who quickly handed over my order but also gave me a complementary Spicy Rice when I offered to buy this as I had forgotten to include it in my order.Simon, thank you very much for your kind gesture and quality of service. You are a star! I will definitely be visiting your facility again.

Done click and collect from website due to lockdown, was giving a time and no hassle went in food was done and collected straight away, and the food was bang on defiantly will go back again.Think it may be the manager, Tallish guy gave me new hot sauce to try amazing customer service spot on.

Me and a my friends came for lunch today and was greeted my Simon. We did the track and trace and told us all the new rules. We ordered on the app and food came out quickly and was perfect. It was personally my first time in this Nando’s. Simon was very enthusiastic and made our time here great and full of laughs which was needed during these Covid times.

We were visiting the area and I made a bit of an error and didn’t even check if Nando’s was actually open to eat it so once we got there we realised it was takeaway only.However, the staff were really friendly, especially the guy in the grey shirt (it was 11/9/2020 night) and we were able to make an order as walk in and even got to use our NHS discount. We were originally quoted 40 mins wait but it actually ended up being 15!What could have been a disasterous evening wasn’t bad after all!

5 of us went here last week for my sons 14th birthday. I have been to this Nandos before (a couple of years ago) and wasn’t impressed. This time I thought it was great. The food was lovely and really tasty and was cooked quickly. When we had finished our main course, the lady that took our order brought out a slice of cheesecake (on the house, I had no idea she was going to do this) for my son and everyone sang him happy birthday (he was very embarrassed) she also have all 3 of the boys a bowl so they could help themselves to frozen yoghurt on the house. We will definitely go back and the meal was great. (Even my younger very fussy eater was very happy and loved it)

Stopped by for lunch had the peri-peri chicken was excellent, service was really good especially as they were so busy. Manager was like a manager should be busy but plenty of time to check with his customers, really nice to see nowadays. Thanks to Nandos a well run ship

The Chicken Platter is amazing with Peri Peri Chips I ate the whole thing it had taste and lovely flavour. The Drinks you can just keep topping it up. Very pleased with everything.

The food was lovely, as always but the staff were exceptional. I have been to this Nandos twice when I’m on visit to Bicester Village and it is always better than the rest.

On arrival we were shown upstairs and advised they were short staffed. Still, the place was filthy, grubby, a health hazard.Dirty, dropped food all over the floor - like they'd had a mass food fight and not bothered clearing it up.... For weeks!!There was a squished chip on the staircase, begging for someone to slip and fall on it.Tables fill of the last diners plates, mess. No one clearing tables.Food took forever to arrive (30+ minutes??)Really Bicester, your standards are appalling and not in kee with the Nandos brand.

Went on Thursday, table of 6. We were told to sit upstairs, but one of our party was unable to climb stairs. The lift was out of order. We had to leave.Went back Saturday, still no lift so no access to toiletsRestaurant was absolutely freezing with a draught coming from aircon We mentioned this but apparently "nothing can be done but you can go upstairs" (sigh)We all kept our coats, gloves and scarves on. Covered our meals with napkins in the hope they would stay warm.Very disappointed.Food was good, but went cold quickly due to the aircon

There's a formula for Nando's, and we've seen it used well, and not so well. Oddly enough we live in Bicester, but have never eaten at this branch nearest to our home.The food was OK, equally as good as any other Nando's we've been to, served fairly quickly, and still hot (which appears to be a problem at this branch if you read any of the other less favourable reviews), but really - the young staff were unsmiling, uninterested, uninspiring and not very enthusiastic. When we arrived, the downstairs appeared to be completely full, but we were guided to the completely empty upstairs seating, which prompty began to fill up as we ate, and the place was completely full before we left. We were there on a mid-week evening, so this is a very busy branch.But as we left, the considerable queue of impatient people waiting to order their meals was a sign of the pressure that the staff are under. Pity - we'd recommend eating here early if you can .....

My daughter wanted to go to Nando's for her 12th birthday. We live in Bicester and had never visited before. To make sure it went smoothly, I called to reserve a table (four people) for dinner (1st August). I gave my name and requested a downstairs table. When we arrived (on time), the guy who was front of house told me there wasn't a booking and they were full. I explained that I had called and made the reservation and it was my daughter's birthday. The guy clearly didn't know how to handle the situation so I asked if the Manager could help. When she came over, she said there wasn't a booking. I explained when I had called, what I had said and requested. She then checked the diary in the table drawer where my booking was found! Apparently it hadn't been transferred over to the daily sheet. She said there wasn't any availability and would have to wait for a free table. There was no apology and gave the distinct impression that she didn't care. 10 mins later a booth became free and we were told(!) to sit and wait for her to get it ready. The meal was ok, but there wasn't any customer service and everything was done with disdain. After the meal, we paid and served by the manager. There was no question of whether we enjoyed the meal, we were just 'processed' quickly, no questions. As we were leaving the guy that greated us glared at us as we left. Needless to say, we won't be rushing back!

Ordered takeaway which took 50minutes and still wasn’t right.. whilst waiting customers food was sitting under hotplate fir over 30 minutes already cooked but no staff taking it to waiting customers. Flies were flying around and sitting on food... my food was being cooked and being left under hot plate and until after 50 minutes wait the guy taking orders on till started to pack it..he was taking orders on the till and still running around giving customers food.. service was so bad. My food was cold and wrong. Our hotel was 8 minutes away and when we got there the food was cold.. no microwave in our room so ended up just throwing it away and ordering hotel food..

My girlfriend and I popped into Nandos for some food before going to the cinema. We ordered and sat down to wait. 30 mins had passed and we still didn't have our food. The manageress noticed and went to find our food. Unfortunately they had lost the ticket and our food hadn't been prepared. We had to get going to the cinema so the manageress very kindly refunded our money and provided us with a chicken cheque for a free meal. We went back for our free meal after the film and we were shown fantastic service. The manageress dealt with the situation amazingly and we are greatful for the meal. Thank you for turning a bad start into a show of brilliant service.

Thought we would pop in for dinner as we had tickets for the cinema opposite. Big mistake.

My husband and myself visited here last Thursday. It was the worst Nandos i'd been to. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. We ordered our food which was fine, the staff were polite but our food sat under the heater for about 10 minutes while the staff just chatted and messed around.I had a fino pitta which was cooked nice but just seemed to be threw in the pitta and all falling out on the plate. I wouldn't return to this Nandos.

I had a horrendous visit at the bicester restaurant. I ordered a very simple fino pita. When this came it looked like a 5 year old had constructed it. All the chicken and sauce at the bottom beautifully hidden by single lettuce leaf. I decided to reconstruct the pita. After removing the contents and doing the job that the chef get paid to do. I was asked if my meal was ok to which I mentioned to the young lady that it wasn’t constructed well with all the filling at the bottom. She apologised and that was that. Then I tried to eat it! The chicken was burnt. Not just over cooked. Literally carbon burnt. I took the pita to the pass and told the lady that it was not as normally made, was burnt and to be fair whoever had made it clearly didn’t care about the slop they put out. Maybe it’s worth getting a bit of pride about what they produce rather than clearly not actually giving a toss. I was offered a fresh pita to which I declined as I was on my lunch break. I asked that one be fresh made for take out and I’d send someone to collect it. To further add to the insult, I sent an employee to collect my pita 15 minutes later. The colleague returned to tell me they hadn’t made it and would now start to make it... come back in 15. What a joke. I’m trying to rectify your mistake and even coming back to get the replacement promised and the kitchen haven’t even bothered to re-make it. Sadly I won’t be returning. What’s more I’m sure that the lunch trade you probably benefit from my 260 employees will likely affect your trade when I tell them about my horrendous experience. Very disappointed, you should be ashamed.

This is my third time in a month, We love the atmosphere, is not expensive and the staff is very nice, in particular Stuart! Definitely going again!!!

I’ve been eating at Nando’s for years- this was my first time at the Bicester Nando’s and never have I experienced such rude staff! It wasn’t busy but wouldn’t let us have a booth table even though there were a few free and had already seated other couples in them. We were seated next to a group who were very loud - when we tried to move to a table that was free the waitress literally shouted us to the point other diners had to stop eating and see what the commotion was! After explaining to her we couldn’t even hear ourselves think with the noisy group sat next to us she Reluctantly agreed we can sit at the table but only have 45 minutes as the table needs to be free by 7. She was awfully rude - no customer service at all. I wanted to go downstairs and complain about her behaviour but Partner didn’t want the incident to ruin our evening so didn’t say anything . Dot on 7 the waitress comes over and tells us we need to leave as they needed the table - we left both agreeing the worse Nando’s we have ever visited. And they got our order wrong !! Very disappointed with our experience due to the appalling customer service and will never be eating here again !

Good staff were efficient and calmly handled some difficult and aggressive customers. The food was quick and good. The restaurant had a double door , so was not as cold as the normal Nandos.

Very friendly welcoming friendly staff, seated immediately, food arrived very quickly, bottomless soft drinks, all excellent, very professional manager, highly recommended, hope to visit again soon!

It was mine and my husband's first visit to a Nando's, the staff we're really helpful and friendly, the food was really good. We will visit again and recommend this Bicester restraunt.

My partner and I come here every so often and always have a good experience. Busy, but always a few tables available, fast ordering and service and the staff are always super friendly.

Not really much I can say it's a nandos staff are friendly I had (as usual) a half chicken very nice, good central location good place to eat after a cinema visit In short it's a nandos food exactly as you would expect

Friendly staff, food came out quick. Everything was cooked properly. One member of staff was kind enough to get plates knives forks as I was feeding my baby.

We have visited this Nando’s a couple of times and the food is always very good. As it was a Saturday evening, we decided to eat earlier (around 5:45pm) to avoid waiting. We were given a table immediately and our food arrived at our table roughly 20 minutes after ordering. The staff were polite and friendly, when I asked a waiter if I could have some skewer sticks for my corn he immediately fetched some for me. The food was piping hot and prepared nicely. Some branches don’t prepare pittas well, but this one was great!

Nando’s I know they have marinated sauces that go on the chicken but it was so plain and little sauce. Didn’t enjoy it everything else was ok. If I want to go Nando’s I’ll rather go oxford. I know I will enjoy it.

Only Nandos I've ever been to with a waiting list. We had to put our names down and come back 45 minutes later. Not really a problem - there are plenty of nearby pubs.

Went for dinner on a Monday evening, my first time at Bicester Nando's. Probably my last.

No one to seat us on arrival. So took it upon ourselves to take menus and the food indicator to a table. Only one person serving and had a small queue in front. Strange to see people who ordered after us getting their meals before us and we had only ordered the Portobello mushroom and Halloumi wrap/pitta meals.

Been here a couple times already now and had great service and the food has been impeccable. Fab front of house staff (Jo) also great with children.

Nando’s food is the same everywhere, this restaurant you never have the same experience. Sometimes the service and meal are great, other times it is as clean as a bus station on a Saturday night and you may as well cook your own food. It is a shame because when they are good I would highly recommend this.

Nando’s does what Nando’s does. No surprises here. Clean restaurant but always find it a bit cold in the Bicester one. Staff are efficient and food as expected.

Like most Nando's this restaurant gets busy but are accommodating & take bookings. It is always clean and tidy. We regularly eat here and the food is always delicious. Aiden & his staff are welcoming and cheerful. Ideal after a visit to nearby Bicester village or for a family meal out. Suitable for vegetarians with plenty of choice. Extra seating upstairs.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely gentlemen who advised there would be a 30 minute wait....absolutely fine so we ordered a drink and took a seat to wait for our table. As we ordered drinks it was obvious to see that the staff were struggling, there was a family complaining already and the staff playing up looked like they didn't know what to do. We noticed how much food was built up on the hot plate counter to be sent out to tables. Whilst sitting down a good time later we noticed the SAME food was still on the hot plate counter. It was 20:55 at this point so I checked our receipt to see what time we ordered our drinks and noticed the food there and that was at 20:34....a minimum of 21 minutes that food had sat there with some waitress who just seemed to be standing there looking at it and moving the plates an inch or 2 now and then. When the gentleman came to put us on our table we advised him of the food and he did immediately throw it and get it replaced however that was such poor service from the team prepping the food and some poor customer would of been sent that out if we hadn't of advised of what we had seen. Credit where credit is due when our meals game they were lovely and the service by that same gentleman was top notch. Just the service witnessed elsewhere was appalling. My advice....unless you specifically want a Nando's find somewhere else to go to spend your hard earned cash on a meal.

Restaurant clean and tidy , Staff welcomed us and took us to a table very nice polite young man. Ordered boneless platter for two had mild and medium mix .coleslaw and salad chips and spiced rice. Very nice

We visited Nando’s at the weekend to try something different after the Christmas break.

We had to ask for menus, then after 35minutes waiting had to ask if food would be much longer as we were booked in at the cinema. The pass was literally piled up with plates of food but no one to take it to tables.

Nice clean and tidy restaurant. Food was a good standard but main courses arrived before starters even halfway through! Spoilt experience. Staff service not up to usual standard experienced in other places in chain!

Popped in for a quick lunch and a catch up with my friend. Always reassuring when they have such a comprehensive allergens folder- it might be a lot to look through, but definitely gives you confidence that they know what they’re doing. As soon as I indicated I was coeliac when ordering, I was reassured by the server (I think her name was Mable) that the chips were made in dedicated fryers, all the staff would be informed to ensure no cross contamination, and surfaces etc would be wiped down. 1/2 chicken, spicy rice and chips, standard Nando’s order, standard Nando’s yummy :)

Dropped in on a Wednesday evening when it didn't look too busy. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait for a table despite the fact that there were several empty, set tables. This should have been a sign but as we weren't...

This is good for a quick chicken lunch. Service was nice and fast. You can also get take away from here.

Visited here at around 7pm. Hadn't booked but was shown straight to a table by a very friendly waitress. I had the mushroom and halloumi wrap which was delivered very quickly and tasted delicious. Very fast service and lovely staff. 10/10

We came here with 4 adults, a 2yr old and a 2 month old baby for lunch and it was great. We got in before the crowds at 11:45am and the food was delicious and cooked and on our table very quickly. They have a nice healthy menu for the kids as well and my toddler loved her chicken breast strips, baby tomatoes and sweet potato mash. Will definitely take the kids there again.

Went here after a shopping spree with my sister and her husband who have come from India on a visit. Both never tried Nando's so they were looking forward to it. The gentlemen who took our order was polite, friendly and really kind. He recommended a really good beer which my brother in law I enjoyed. Once the food arrived he came and asked us how we found it and even took some photos for us. After the meal me and my brother who was also with us order a coffee which arrived shortly served by the same gentlemen, he kindly offered me some cream with my coffee which made it taste really nice. When we went to pay for the coffee he simply ripped the bill and said "on the house". This really touch us all as it was a gratitude we weren't expecting and it made our day. I wish I took his name what an amazing person he is just friendly kind and polite. Nando's you really need to make him your customer relationship manager.

I came here with my partner on the way to watch the Formula 1. We stopped for food after a long drive and decided to go for an old favourite. The restaurant was clearly busy and our food was taking a while but we didn't question it due to the amount of customers. The member of staff who served me came to the table to apologise for our food taking a while. My partners order had been cooked incorrectly and they were remaking it. He asked if there was anything else he could get us while we were waiting. I was pleasantly surprised that the mistake was made aware to us before we had time to notice and question it. Excellent service.

Had a couple of hours to use up and needed to eat , called at nandos and was pleased at the food and the service , the food was very good and came quickly ,would definitely use nandos again

My daughters keep saying I should try this restaurant and today I did for the first time. Have to say was very impressed by the choice (despite all chicken!) and quality was extremely good. Did not realise you had to go to the counter to order, however the meal was brought out and the staff asked twice if everything was OK, so great service.

Sometimes this place has lovely service and caring staff. Sometimes they get your order wrong several times, clearly don't care and are rude about it. The food is mediocre, even for Nando's and the prices are fairly outrages for what you get. The building also seems to trap sound, making it virtually impossible to have a conversation when it's busy. At that stage the food will also completely stop being 'fast' and go to snail paced. Especially frustrating if you have to shout at each other. On the whole I would recommend giving it a miss.

We visited on a saturday evening after a day, shopping at bicester. You know what your getting with Nandos, its why we chose it.On arrival a lovely young lady sat us straight away, there was a wait but the waiter had gone off with the list. Bad luck for the people on the list but worked in our favour. Never waited so long for a main in a Nandos, but it worked out best as we got time to eat our starters. We could see our mains sitting under the hot plate though for a good 15 minutes. Finally a member of the kitchen staff bought it over. Id ordered a quinoa salad with sweet potato and feta. There was no potato and 2 cubes of feta. The salad was slimy and i left a good portion of it. Nobody came to check how we were getting on. I actually couldn't get anyone's attention. The waiter just ran around looking stressed as hell, and just so unprofessional. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

My husband and I had not been to this Nando's for a while and after 25mins waiting for our food to arrive and starting to shiver I remembered why...similar slow service and I got very cold. I got so cold this time that I put on my coat half way through the meal. Then when I did finally get my chicken it was not hot in the middle. Don't get me wrong, it was cooked and fine to eat but having waited for so long I expected both the chicken and the chips to be hot. I love Nando's but I will not be visiting this one again.

I recently wanted a pizza from Prezzo, but because they could make me one in less than an hour I decided to get a cheaky Nando's instead. The food was ready in half and hour and when I got home I realised that half my order was missing. I drove back to Nando's to complain and was pleasantly surprised when the manager offered me his apology and a full refund! This will certainly go a long way to me deciding to go back here again. We used this branch of Nando's on Saturday night and managed to get a table for two straight away even though it was a little cold as close to the entrance. The member of staff who greeted us was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was very well cooked and came to the table quickly. We had a lovely meal and would go again if in the area.

This is a very popular place to eat, the food is very good, have been here on several occasions, and have never had a bad experience. Would certainly recommend.

This is always terrible when you takeaway and they normally make you wait over half an hour. There is no point in ordering over the phone as they don't start cooking until you arrive

Nando's is what it is.Slightly overpriced in the grand scheme for chicken. But it's tasty and does the job.No complaints with the food, you'd maybe like a little more for what you pay for example chips or the macho peas.But it's nice, was enjoyed as a quick and tasty meal before the cinema. Service wasn't bad, staff friendly etc.You know what you're getting with Nando's, nothing more, nothing less.

I have been here a few times and I just don't get what all the fuss is about... for me, it's pretty expensive for fairly unremarkable food, tried a few different chickens dishes, served with the various salads, rice or chips, and they have all been alright. Not good enough for the money.The place is nicely decorated, and it's been clean and tidy every time I have been in... but seriously, why do some people rave so much about having that cheeky Nando's? Not really for me.

Entered restaurant at 6.30 pm and ate cold food at 7.50. Had to run to catch movie we'd booked. Expect more.

Sadly not great this evening. They were quite busy waited 40 mins for chicken burger and chips. The cooks were piling on the prepared meals under the hot plates. By the time the food arrived the bread was a lot warmer than the actual chicken. Graded a 3* as previous visits have been ok, nothing spectacular but worthy of a 3* eaterie. Will more than likely return just not again on a Saturday evening pre-cinema

I am visiting London From Brazil and even though the restaurant is Portuguese cuisine I felt at home with the flavors! The butterfly chicken is really good with the peri chips!

We lived in Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa and Nandos is very popular throughout South Africa.We visited the Bicester branch and the difference between was astounding because the South African folk prefer very simple surroundings and low price s.England expects sophisticated decor and expect to pay towards it in the prices charged.The food was good but it lasted atmosphere but the décor was pleasant. Slightly pricey but so are most of the restaurants in Bicester.

I'm not a great fan of Nando's to be fair although I love chicken when I eat out I prefer to have a few more options on the menu; that said I do visit infrequently and so far have always been happy with the food and service. This particular Nando's seems to be very popular and always extremely busy I have been twice (by sheer coincidence) in the last 3 days and both times it was packed.Despite this a table was always found for us this despite on the first visit we were a work group of about 15, although I booked the table in advance there was apparently no record of our booking on arrival? Still the staff managed to seat us all together upstairs which was great and didn't mind when we asked if we could join on extra tables. The second visit was spur of the moment and despite not seeing a spare table one was found for us. The food is as you would expect, good quality chicken burgers and wraps etc. Nothing wrong with it at all just standard and does what it says on the advertising. The staff at this particular restaurant have seemed very friendly and helpful on both occasions which is great because with a chain place like this it's often the staff that can make the difference. The restaurant itself is laid out quite nicely with a downstairs and upstairs area, the decor is pleasant and both times the restaurant was clean and tidy; I didn't see tables left with the wreckage of previous guests meals despite it being packed. For those that may not know the Nando's routine, order food at the bar once you've seen the menu be sure to take your table number with you and if you're military you can enjoy a 20% forces discount on production of an ID card. Toilets for this particular restaurant are upstairs, no wifi is on offer but as you're in Bicester centre it's not needed.

How difficult is it to get a restaurant organised? When there are lots of staff running about but it takes you 15 minutes in a queue to give your order to the one person behind the till it strikes me that there must be a better way to do this. It would have ben quicker to sit upstairs and phone the order to the till point as everytime their phone rang someone answered straight away! Food arrived after 35 minutes, part cold, part dry and part tasteless. Yes the individual staff were as helpful as possible but the management need to get it sorted out!

We have been to Bicester Nando's twice and were served by Joanna on both occasions. She is extremely friendly and knowledgable about the menu and made our visits very enjoyable. Chicken is good also. Will return, mainly for the great service! X

normally I am a fish person, but the only place I make an exception is at Nando's. This was one of the better units of the chain, clean, well maintained and inviting. Great and courteous service, wonderfully cooked food, and even if it is the usual range, this tasted excellent. it is set in a great location, next to shopping and movie hall and very near to the Bicester village shopping.well recommended !

Ate here yesterday, restaurantwas quiet as was late afternoon early evening. We were greeted by a very polite young lady Who cleans our table and see to this straightaway. The food came out very quickly as the restaurant was quiet and we all enjoyed our food. If I were to make any suggestions about the improvement of this place, I believe it to be very expensive for what you get! Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed and the customer service was excellent.

Just had lunch with my son and as always food was spot on and staff extremely friendly and polite.. Shame my appetite was rubbish today but the boy made up for it..

Nando's never disappointing me, their food is really enjoyable, sometimes it is a bit busy and your order takes long but that is not a problem as everything is freshly made on order. It is clean inside and offers a upstairs area as well.

Popped in to Nandos for lunch with a friend, was abit disappointed with the food, took quite a while to come, chicken was very dry and burnt, chips had way too much peri salt on them as if someone accidentally dropped a whole pot on top, some of the food was cold on arrival, think standards are slipping somewhat, shame because I really like Nandos and haven't had a bad meal in there until now.

Seated really quickly on a busy Saturday night. Restaurant was clean and tidy staff were friendly and efficient. Ordered a whole chicken fried and chicken livers. Personally the chicken livers are to die for but probably not to everyone taste. The food was great as usual especially smothered in the herb sauce which I think is the best of them all.
