Fantastic value for money, good choice on menu so got a bit of everything. Have used this Takeaway for years, Good quality food and fast delivery. Would highly recommend.

This place has definitely changed hands… the ice cream is not as good as it was… such a shame as we loved it here….its now very average…

Well, what a find! On the spur of the moment we were invited to meet up here with family and friends, we didn’t book and needed a table for 8 people, one toddler and a dog. The lady at the bar was brilliant! We were soon seated and we ordered from a Sunday menu. 2 people chose burgers, the toddler was catered for with nuggets etc, the rest of us had Sunday roast - and what a Sunday roast, it came out very hot, lots of meat, and lots of everything to be honest! It was so tasty! The lady then brought out dishes of cauliflower cheese and all the sauces any one could want. After lunch we went and sat in the garden, which was lovely with baskets and tubs of flowers, there was lots of places to sit, and a good time was had by all. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes a fabulous lunch and great service in a lovely pub. We will be going back.

Great menu choices, lots to choose from. Our meals arrived in a timely manner tasted great. Service was excellent.

Great food and very friendly service, they made us feel really welcome. We all had a great breakfast/brunch, will definitively go again.

Not really clean place a specially bathrooms. Staff do not know how to put promotion voucher on till. So I can not redeem my free drink voucher. Manager was not present in bar. No one was in charge of place so problem can not be sorted. Been waiting for like 10 minutes until they said I used my voucher already and not gonna get drink. Poor customer service and untrained staff waste of my time. I will never come back there.

Such a beautiful restaurant. Lovely atmosphere, my favourite part was being able to look into the kitchen and watch the food being prepared. Food was top quality and made fresh. Good size portions as well.

Absolutely loved the dining experience! The flavors were incredible, and the ambiance was just perfect for a night out. Service was top-notch, making us feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back!

9.40 20 mins till close don’t even bother ringing won’t answer or the ji ji one waste of time after 9.30 by the looks of it

What a stressful experience just to order a roll! Two people before me were stressed with the owners/servers not understanding English. Having to repeat several times and then still getting it wrong. Ours was simple...chicken, cheese lettuce roll. I didm't want the other stuff. Repeated it to them twice because he repeated back to me incorrect. It was so bad in there I coupdn't face ordering the other rolls. I paid and left....got to car...no lettuce. 3 ingredients I asked for just 3. Will I go back ?? Hell no !

The staff definitely make this place so special, cannot fault the fantastic service we received by all three of the staff in the restaurant who were attentive, friendly and professional, nothing seemed like too much trouble. They were all extremely customer focused. The big negative for us was we were in Birmingham for our anniversary and booked this place for dinner, even though it was an hour and a half drive, due to the amazing reviews about the steaks they serve. We checked the website before hand and it stated that it was festive menu only on the date we were attending, giving a link to the menu which was full of steak options. When we arrived at the restaurant we questioned the festive menu we were given and the gentleman told us it was an error and should have been removed from the website. We contemplated driving somewhere else but we stayed as trying to find somewhere else in Buckingham at 7.30pm on a Saturday evening would have been a pain. The food was really good, very tasty and well presented. A good evening all round, just slightly tainted because we wanted steak and were misinformed by the website.

It's Prezzo but in a very nice building. If you've eaten at a Prezzo previously, you'll know exactly what to expect - this one is no different.

Absolutely dreadful, went with my son for coffee and cake, have been several times previously with no issues, Today couldn’t have been more different, was told upon entering there would be a 10 minute wait, , They were averaging half capacity, two visable employees. We waited and waited and nothing, I could hear other customers asking where their food was so clearly we were not alone in waiting. Finally I gave up and requested a refund so we could go elsewhere, which we received with no issues, Shame I’m guessing poorly trained staff over whelmed , The work counter behind the till was a tip , food every where. Come on Esquires you can and have done better.

Shockingly bad… I came here for breakfast a few weeks ago with my little one and it was delicious, so I suggested to my partner we try for dinner … what can I say…. Firstly on arrival , we were ignored for about ten mins waiting to be seated, the place wasn’t overly busy, the waiter then said oh you can just sit anywhere, if you can find a clean one. We sat down ordered our drinks and food via the app. 50 minutes later still no food ( ordered a sandwich and some tapas) I asked the waiter if our food would be coming soon, he said he would go check! He didn’t come back to let us know or apologize etc … 15 more mins and our food came … it was stone cold, and seriously overcooked…. What I couldn’t understand was the place was not busy , there was no food coming out the kitchen so how it took so long and eas so cold and overcooked I don’t not know! I would not recommend…. Seriously disappointing
