Came for dinner with my family during the week we had great service and great food, everyone had plenty to choose from and had plenty of games/drawing for my little one! Will be coming back soon, staff were really friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu

This restaurant was so beautiful and such a vibe. The food was incredible, my partner and I went for the tapas and can honestly say it was the best we have had for a long time! Our server was Dan who was great, had such lovely hospitable manner and made the experience very enjoyable! Already planned to come back in a weeks time! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place with great food and cocktails.

Love it. Left totally full and every dish we ordered was delicious. Also LOVE the decor!! Would come again and also recommend for family with hungry kids/teenagers as not expensive to fill them up!

My tapas style food was ok, aubergine dish wasn’t very nice to vinegary, wings nice flavour. Mac cheese wasn’t good too sloppy should have been grilled to give it bit of colour. Prawn noodle dish was good.

Can be the customer service . The manager who treated two ladies enjoying a chat and drink was they where referees. Maners cost nothing . If this how you ran a cafe bar . Keep it . My advice avoided at cost

Having already had several disappointing experiences here since it opened, I met a friend here for an evening drink. When we arrived there were only a couple of tables taken but nobody greeted us and 2 members of staff were standing by the serving hatch taking photographs of themselves. There is clearly no dress code requirement for the staff, I'll leave that there. Fast forward to 9.55pm when we ordered a last drink on the app. The girl brought the drinks to our table and said ' we close at 10'...we assumed this to mean last orders at 10, had we not then we'd have expected someone to tell us this before they brought the drinks as we weren't going to be able to drink them in 5 minutes. At that point a man, who we later found out was the assistant manager, started noisily piling chairs on top of the tables all around us and the last straw was when I saw him making a face and gesturing towards us to one of the other staff members. I said to him " is there some sort of problem here ?' and he said "yes there is we want to go home, you need to drink up and if you don't leave in 8 minutes I'm going to eject you !" As 2 mature women who both run our own businesses and understand the importance of customer service I've never quite experienced anything like this. The man in question ( Max ) is apparently the assistant manager. I will never set foot in this establishment again and will make sure that my many local friends and business contacts are aware of the awful experience we had.

What has happened to this place, all the staff seem to dress for muffty day at school. We went for an couple of drinks this last Sunday as the weather was very nice for a change. We thought we would sit outside, 3 of the five tables that were available empty glasses and dirty dishes on them and the floor was littered with cigarette butts, surely you could sweep up before putting the tables out. We had our drink and decided to have our 2nd at the Grand Junction. Well these 2 places are literally poles apart in standards. On our walk back home approx 1hr later we walked past The Lounge and the mess outside was still there including our glasses that we drank from. Your staff should be making more of an effort in clearing away dirty dishes etc instead of just having a laugh and giggle between themselves behind the bar. very poor guys, very poor

Rushed into Buckingham late afternoon to find a pharmacy. Went round in circles but eventually found a space further up across the road and a Boots a few doors down from this cafe. Came into Vendetto for coffee and a snack, mostly to destress and relax. Not many other customers although the schools had not long finished. Difficult to understand and order using the code etc. Little acknowledgement from any staff and we seemed to wait an age. Someone has put a lot of effort into how they would like Vendetto to look and operate but it’s a bit clunky and hit and miss. Pity. If we’d had more time and the service and presentation had been more interested and hospitable, we’d have stayed for longer.

We arrived and didn’t get much of a welcome and were told to sit wherever we liked. We sat down with only adults menus on the table. No servers were around so I had to get up and ask for kids menus. The menus were plonked on the table without crayons and my daughter instantly wanted to doing the colouring/activities. I looked around but again no server anywhere. I got up again and asked where the crayons were and was told they were on a table next to the entrance. I went to the table and there were no crayons. I had to walk back to the other side of the restaurant to find the server again who said ‘Like I just said they are on the table’. he then followed me and realised that there were no crayons but there was no apology. We also waited for a really long time before we realised that we were to order via QR code. It would have been nice if this was explained when we arrived. After ordering, one of our drinks didn’t arrive so I had to get up again, walk across to the bar and ask for it and when we asked for water we were told to go and get it ourselves from the bar (self serve) we walked across the restaurant to find that the water dispenser was empty and had to stand for a good few minutes before a server walked past who I could ask to refill it. All these trips back and forth when eating out does not create a relaxing eating experience - especially with children in tow. I then went to the toilet and the toilet roll dispenser was locked with a full toilet roll inside with no way of accessing the roll as it hadn’t been fed through properly. The staff definitely avoided eye contact and didn’t really want to be bothered or asked anything. This was our first time and although the food was really good the service was poor. Eating out is expensive for families and getting up throughout our meal to find a server wasn’t the evening I had planned - a little more attention and manners would have gone a long way. A real shame. No goodbye, no thanks for coming and a very frosty service all round.

So very disappointing. There was no internet so could not use the QR code. So had to wait at the counter to order our food. The person behind the bar wasn’t very helpful our first choice wasn’t available then we ordered a panini to be told they had run out of that too. He didn’t give us an alternative so wasn’t very helpful as I said. So only one of us could have what we ordered. The young person who came to the table was more sympathetic and confirmed there were a few dishes not available but you would think you wouldn’t run of panini. So wasn’t impressed so won’t be going back.

This “cafe bar” is really over hyped unfortunately. The layout itself is cramped. It’s ran by children who are in crop tops and baggy clothes like pjs. you can’t tell servers from customers. They seem like they don’t want to be there and are more interested in messing around with each other. Not to mention the horrible sewage smell. Who wants to eat their cold food while smelling crap.

Clearly not coping . The restaurant was about 60% full but they could not get the food out to customers . The waitress was trying her hardest but was very young and it was apparent not properly trained . Not her fault she was on her own for a while but also walking the length of the restaurant to delver a knife and fork and not taking food with her which was piling up at the serving hatch . Also walking past empty tables on the way back which needed clearing . Could have reduced the amount walking massively and also sped up the service . We had ordered our food online and after waiting 40 minutes and not even had the tea delivered we got a refund and left . Felt very sorry for the waitress , she was lovely and really trying her best . It was not just being short of staff it was very clear the were all very young and needed some guidance or training .

I don’t imagine a single thing is made on the premises- we went there for casual lunch and the menu sounded great - but every dish was dreadful - pre prepared tasteless - we eat out a lot and this has to be one of the worse meals . The venue is really nice the staff helpful and friendly- but you can’t expect to serve up such rubbish and people put up with it

Food is good value and what to expect for the price. The service was appalling. I have been twice, once when it was busy which is understandable to have slow service but the second time we were one of two customers in there. The staff were very young and all sat in the corner of the restaurant, one of them was sat on the other. Wasnt sure exactly who was working and who wasnt. We ordered a sundae and it was sat on the serving bay for around 10 minutes as i could see it until i had to ask staff to bring it to us.

Called in for Tapas Tuesday 2/1/24 with my other half and absolutely loved it. Had wonderful service from Jasmine who also helped me with ordering through my phone as I messed up when I tried myself. Will defo be back again very soon and hope to see Jasmine again.

A bit like an upmarket Wetherspoons, that’s a compliment. Quick and easy to order food. Used the app to order, drinks and food came along quickly. Was tasty, well presented and excellent value

I’ve visited the Verdetto Lounge half-a-dozen times now and the customer service has been exceptional. The food is really tasty too. I’d particularly like to thank Heather for going above and beyond. Really looking forward to my next visit. Dale

Can’t fault it , love the bug open space and the music. It’s so nice not be on top of the next table. Family of four fed for £60 that’s amazing value. Food was delicious. Staff super super friendly. 3rd visit and will be coming weekly. This is just what Buckingham needs !! Love that you can order at the table. No grumbles here 5 star ⭐️!!oh and the decoration - absolutely amazing !!

Great to see place so busy. Visited on a Thursday evening. Love the decor and place has a lovely vibe. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. We all had a different meal and all agreed food was delicious. Very reasonably priced too. If I'm going to be really picky it's just a personal pet hate of mine!! Cd staff tie their hair back when serving food? Really off-putting. Luckily no hairs found in meals !! Used to be standard in restaurants that staff had hair tied back. That's reason I dropped one point from review.

We went there on Thursday the 5oct for lunch I loved the decor and the green tiles on the outside Jessica Nikki and Emily made feel at home making us feel welcome from the outset the food was loverly but thought he coke could of have more flavour and the price was very reasonable will definitely go again

A new addition to our small market town. It has a unique offering with food for all times of the day. Breakfast, Lunch Dinner etc. Its family friendly and has plenty of seating. I hope they settle well into the town and enable more people to have a good place to visit. It will be interesting how busy it gets on Fair Weekends

Came in back entrance so saw no signs about needing to register parking, staff also said nothing . Later sent a letter informing me I had a £100 fine for parking in their car park. Phoned pub, who said to appeal and would pay ‘admin fee’ only. Appealed it, sent a very formal letter informing me id still need to pay £20 else a debt recovery agent would get involved and given for the appeal I had to give my address not particularly friendly warning. However now given this situation thought I better leave an honest review, to help others wondering whether to visit. The pub is not dog friendly - mine had to stay in car, first pub experienced that in years! Food nothing to write home about, extortionately priced for what you get. Somewhere I’ll remember not to return to.

The food and service was amazing I had the steak best i had had in a long time cooked to perfection. Sue made our experiance even better very helpful polite and nothing eas to much trouble a great asset to the pub

An amazing visit with Ollie serving us, he gave us a 10/10 service, with a very generous serving of gin. He is a very handsome man!!! 😍 I would highly recommend!!
