I have visited with my children quite a few times over the years but will no more! It is soooo expensive now! £7.45 for a hot dog and handful of crisps, carton of juice and 1 scoop of ice cream. Service is slow and one member of staff pushed past my daughter trying to get her to move, so rude. Inside it’s run down, has old toys for toddlers shoved at the back and there was an ash tray on the table INSIDE the door!! Disgusting!!

Waited 30 minutes for food to be served. Appalling service, 3 others were served that had arrived after us. Wouldn't go there again.

I can't believe that I live five minutes away from this store and just got to know about it. They serve EVERYTHING. Bubble tea, Ice cream, milkshakes, coffee. I have never seen an ice cream place doing waffles before. There's always something on the menu that I want to try. If you live in Buckingham it's worth a visit

Got some boba tea here with my gf. Extremely friendly Tamil woman who made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome. Definitely will be coming back again as the boba was incredibly good.

Food is very tasty and I’m always glad with the service I receive. The staff are very nice and very helpful. Would guarantee anytime as I am now a regular customer and a fan of the exceptional ice cream and deserts. I would rate this place a solid 10/10.

We have visited twice over the last two days primarily for ice cream, well we are on holiday!. Loved the Jaffa Cake flavor and the manager is so friendly. A must visit for Buckingham.

Had a jacket potato lunch. It was ok.

Hadn't planned lunch today so decided to hop in. As well as selling wonderful ice cream they have a pretty decent range of savoury food! I went for a cheese and beans jacket potato, which was decorated with a lovely smile! Brought a smile to my face, and the member of staff seemed like they really wanted to put a smile on the customers face, having a little joke as we got our ice cream to walk home with, will definitely be back!

Closed before it's advertised times. Made a special trip with family.

Went for lunch with my God Daughter ordered Toasties I wanted cheese and Mushroom "sorry we don't do mushrooms " "No worries I'll just have Cheese" We sat down with our drinks chatting away. The lady went out of shop and came back with Mushrooms from waitress.Food arrives we both had lovely Toasties mine with mushrooms. Thankyou ladies that's what you call looking after your customers.

This is mine and my 5 year olds go to place for food/drink and especially ICE-CREAM! The staff are always friendly and welcoming and are always there to help. Recently they've had bubble tea on the menu and OMG it's divine!

Wanted two coffees and the assistant was permanently on her phone doing everything one handed. Did not stop her phone chat. I asked for sugar and got a biscuit. Won’t be back in a hurry

The food was reasonable and delicious, and served by a very friendly lady. Will be going again.

Visited with my partner and an assistance dog. Sat at free table at back of store. Dog tucked themselves away and settled as trained to do. Staff member hurried over and told me that dog seating was at table at front of store. I explained this was an assistance dog No apology, she just walked away. When partner came and sat down he informed me that she'd said the same to him, after having spoken to me. He reiterated it was an assistance dog and regardless of this fact, the table she was pointing at was occupied. We were not made to feel welcome. Would suggest management ensure all staff are made aware of the Equality Act 2010!

Went in today 14/02/23 it wasn’t busy only one lady serving she had absolutely no people skills we were ignored she must of walked past us 3/4 times you should at least acknowledge your customers and say something not just ignore them rude through and through would not return here even if it was the only cafe in Buckingham which it isn’t so thankfully plenty of choice they should compare notes with the tea rooms round the corner after all they can’t even manage to make a toasted sandwich without it being dry and over priced what a joke go back to catering college boohoo

The service was amazing and the waffles were 10/10🤩🤩🤩

I popped in for a coffee because I had a little bit of time to kill. What a great decision. The coffee was delicious and nice and hot. Best of all though the lovely barrister was so welcoming. Service with a genuine smile. Thank you for brightening my day.

Literally one of the best ice cream parlours! The service, the quality, the quantity of the scoop amazing! The staff are super friendly and it's such a great shop!

Amazing tuna melt and plenty of tasty flavours of ice cream( my favourite is strawberry cheesecake).

Friendly staff however far too expensive for what you get. Paid £4.90 for a "designer milkshake" however there was nothing designer about it. It was just a regular ice cream milkshake blended. No cream, not sauce round the outside, nothing. Wouldn't have minded so much if it was cheaper but when it's near £5 you'd hope for something more designer.

Best ice cream in Buckingham. Coffee caramel and coconut are my favourites.

When I questioned where the strawberries were I was told that was the fruit? 1 strawberry? After complaining I was brought 2 strawberries (in total) cut up to put in our icecream We spent £32 and left feeling disappointed

So disappointed! They are selling now smaller ice cream at the same price! Last time was some hair on my ice cream and I decided to gave them 2nd chance but Definitely I will not go there again!

We stopped in here after a restaurant lunch to grab a little dessert. Hubby ordered a plain waffle with sugar, which the lovely servers refused to serve completely plain and added some squirty cream and a couple of maltesers to ensure it was presented beautifully. I had their refreshing home-made lemon/lime sorbet. Both were really delicious and the two young ladies working in there made every effort to make our visit memorable for all the right reasons. Definitely worth a visit.

Gazzeria hosted our sons 5th Birthday, all the children that attended loved the food, ice cream, and slushies. The parents also enjoyed there hot and cold drinks whilst the children played and ate. The staff went above and beyond our expectations

Very expensive and the icecream isn't even very good. I ordered one scoop of ice cream, in a tub, with no toppings. That was £2.80, which if you aren't aware, is a lot for one scoop of icecream. A few sprinkles is 50p extra and a cone is 20p.

We were hoping to eat brunch here. We decided what to order only to be told they had run out of sausages snd that despite having pizza on the children’s menu, they don’t actually sell it. To be honest we would have happily chosen something else but the ‘young man’ seemingly in charge was super rude! He made a big deal about how they had NEVER sold pizza and had the worst attitude. Fine for an ice cream or a coffee but the Sunday morning staff clearly can’t be bothered to serve anything else.

We arrived at 10am to find they had no pancakes which was the main reason for our visit! We then waited 45 minutes for drinks after they had served everyone else in the shop and had no record of what we had ordered. Very disorganised, very disappointing, very poor service

I was visiting Buckingham today. It was raining and I wanted to sit outside because I like fresh air. They have an outside seating area with an awning. This was perfect for me. I ordered a double espresso. It was properly hot, the way I like it. This is because the Barrista heated the cup first. Not every café does this. The Barrista brought me a little biscuit, and an ashtray, just in case I really wanted to sit outside and enjoy a cigarette. That was very considerate of her. I love this place. I'll be back next time I'm in Buckingham. Superb service!

Lovely ice cream but they should just stick to that. I paid £11.30 for two childrens bacon sandwiches which was just so full of fat it made us feel sick. After pulling it all off there hardly any bacon left and was very limp. A very expensive meal uneaten. Had to pay another £5 for ice-cream for disappointed and hungry children. Left feeling very disgruntled.

I had a lovely cappucino while granddaughter sampled the many flavors of ice cream. Liked the toy cow outside!

They don't service their vans, half a break light out of 3 when driving behind it in the dark makes it very dangerous. I tried to call their number but no answer after 5 mins of calling. Please, get this van serviced. last thing you'd want it a van off the road and someone injured because of it. Please reach out when you've taken note of the registration and I'll remove the review.

A relaxing place to take the kids for a treat. Would give 5 stars if they brought back the vegan chocolate ice cream.

Consistently friendly and welcoming to all, with a small play area at the back for the kids so adults can enjoy their coffee! It is clean and tidy, with a good selection of ice creams, milkshakes, coffees, and lunch items.

A dessert parlour that also serves coffees, toasties and snacks. Situated inside the meadow walk shopping centre, the place has indoor and outdoor seating. Look out for the beautiful Mary Moo cow outside that also doubles up as a seat. Great tasting coffee and fabulous local ice cream available in 18 different flavours.

Stopped in mid cycle ride, the staff were friendly and welcoming to all of us (about 6). I had a very nice flat white and a very tasty bacon and sausage bap, the poppy seeded roll was lovely and fresh.

Our family were welcomed at this restaurant for mid afternoon ice creams. It was hard to choose between so many tasty options and I was delighted to be offered a taster of my two preferred choices. Friendly staff welcoming families - what's not to like?!

Fantastic staff. Unfortunately we arrived late so we could not get coffee as machine was being serviced. The staff let us have a cup so we could get a coffee from Waitrose. Ordered lots of ice cream. Very very good.

Extremely good. Great food - especially the rum and raisin ice cream! Great service. Reasonably priced. Feel very welcome with my children. Especially with a play area at the back. Highly recommend.

I love love love this cafe! One of our favourites! I love that it’s child friendly our sons a bit of a fidget and I love we can go and have a relax and drink/something to eat while he plays with toys! Staff are lovely and so helpful. And I love that it has amazing tasty dairy free alternative ice cream (I think it may have been a sorbet ) my son loved it and was so nice to be able to treat him to something he could actually have while out! Yay! We will be coming back again and again!!

We hired La Gazzeria for my 13 year old daughter’s party. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and the girls had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this. Thank you very much!

Great place but a bit expensive

It was okay, they did keep a disabled lady waiting for her order then still got it wrong.

Ive read some of the other reviews, things like "don't seem to like children, unfriendly"!! I don't know where the other customers have been but it sounds nothing like our experiences There is a place for toddlers to play, the klids menu s fine and the staff are really good with children! We were even given 2 travel cups because our granddaughters didn't finish their drinks. The prices are very reasonable (£30 for 3 children and 2 adults) and the icecream is second to none. Its a great place to take the children after swimming or for a break when out in the town. We have always found this to be the case.

Can be very busy sometimes but it's always worth the wait. Yummy yummy bubblegum ice cream 👍

Was a bit disappointed that my scrambled egg on toast came as "plain toast with scrambled egg and mini packets of butter next to it" - by the time I'd made it myself it was a bit cold! Decent cup of tea, though.

Friendly place , great coffee a good independent

We pop into this ice cream parlour about once a month, we have had lunch here before to. Unfortunately since the re furb and new staff I have found the staff are intolerant of kids, mine being pretty well behaved. They are put out to serve and have been rude when the kids point on the glass to the ice cream flavoured they desire. Only reason I have given 3 stars is the menu and food, staff let the place down big time.

A tasty icecream; excellent location; and with play area for kids. Despite the name, light food is alsobserved here.

Visited Monday 22 May and loved the new update including the cow bench outside that children love to sit on. Another superb ice cream, elderflower and lime was a good choice refreshing on a hot day.

Stay away horrible toasties at £4 tesco value bread with one of the thinist bits of ham I've ever seen should of just ordered cheese

I wish we would have tried the ice cream. I looked this place up before driving my son here for a date and it says they close at 7pm. We walked up right at 6 as they closed in front of us, very disappointing. Please advertise correctly and stick to what's advertised.

Normally pop in regularly for ice cream and a latte, coffee is very nice, lovely Italian ice cream, quick friendly service, lovely play corner for younger children too, a firm favourite.

El único comentario es ¡guau! Una sabrosa pero refrescante combinado que ella se sintió más que cumplieron las expectativas. Tengo que recomendar como una visita obligada a Buckingham. ¡volveremos!

Bright and colourful, we go back time and time again. Lovely homemade icecream, good coffee, light and airy, and great for the kids. Fab to have in Buckingham.

Good range of ice creams. Can get a bit slow on the service side when it gets busy. Children always love sitting in the yellow cow seat.

Lovely find, located between the main car park and mews shopping, near Waitrose. The outside area is quite shady which is ideal on a sizzling summer's day. Didn't eat here, just coffee and ice cream but this was very nice.
