Great food and very friendly service, they made us feel really welcome. We all had a great breakfast/brunch, will definitively go again.

Super friendly staff, great great food and relaxed atmosphere. Just off the high street and just lovely to sit, relax. Cakes looked good to and coffee is excellent.

LOVE LOVE the atmosphere, the staff are so friendly and my Vegetarian friend who is also Gluten Free could not choose as so many options on the menu. First time visit to black goo Buckingham. We ordered Veggie breakfast and their version of Shaksuka. Unfortunately the veggie breakfast was barely warm and had Zero seasoning of any kind and the toast was slices of stodgy bread "toasted" for 10sec and placed under wet items to go soggy. We also purchased a slice of their Marble Madness to take away and unfortunately the sponge in this turned out to be very dense and dry, and frosting was ultra sweet and there was just way too much of it. Sadly it was a £40 spend not to be repeated. The young man serving us was friendly though!

I can’t believe this place survives, it has been open for approximately a year, I have been at least 14 times and only managed to get served once. They are never open, they are so inconsistent, apparently due to short staff . If you are lucky enough to find it open be prepared for a long wait and unfriendly service

Below average food and overpriced. Sent food back due to being stone cold to have a new breakfast made which was also lukewarm at best. Don't waste your money, £38 for 2 breakfasts of which most was left on the plate.

Full English breakfast was cold, told the waitress she said “yeah it’s because the heat lamps are broken” and then walked away. Signs everywhere about allergies and to tell the staff if you have any. Had a one minute chat with waitress about how I’m vegan for an allergy, ask for oat milk latte. Was given cows milk latte. Waitress said it’s Albro oat milk, but I have been sick for two days and receipt didn’t say oat milk. Absolutely fuming with Black Goo. Won’t be returning.

You will not be disappointed! We went in for afternoon tea and it was absolutely fabulous. The cakes are incredible, the sandwiches were fab, the coffees were just perfect. There’s a great atmosphere in the place, buzzing with customers but was acknowledged and sat down without issue. Staff were super friendly and polite throughout. Would definitely recommend ♥️

Waited in door inside to be dealt with to ask for a table and if dog friendly. Manager was on the phone completely ignored by her and all staff not even acknowledged. Very poor so took my business elsewhere

Booked in the morning, arrived 2 hours later. Great GF option with cakes etc, as with other Goos, but this time we ordered some lunch. GF bubble and squeak, with a poached egg on top and a couple of slice of bacon. What’s not to like? Beautifully cooked too. Happy days!

Really fantastic! The vibe is very South Kensington and nice and spacious seating area. Staff were friendly and attentive and food was great; I had the maple and bacon French toast - delicious!
