On the evening of 31 July I visited Marinos fish and chip shop and purchased a large Huss, large cod and a small portion of chips to take away.Having used Marinos many times before my wife and I were looking forward to our supper as the quality has always been excellent. We were sorely disappointed. Both portions of fish were extremely overcooked - the fish was hard and the batter brittle. The chips were even worse, they had obviously been cooked a long time previously and weren’t at all crisp as normal. A dreadful meal, nowhere near worth £22. We have always enjoyed Marinos food but in future we will try elsewhere.

I love Five Guys. Food was consistent and tasty like it is across the chain. I can never give Five Guys 5 stars though just because it's so expensive. Although it's tasty food, it's still fast food and the price is never justifiable. It's a very rare treat for us just because it's so expensive. Special mention for the milkshakes! I love their milkshakes, they're delicious. I think the chain could maybe consider offering a kids menu and some child friendly options. Paying full price for items that kids are not going to finish is quite frustrating. Even so, plenty of seating here, quick and efficient, good Five Guys experience. Recommend it.

We visited on 18.10.24 at around 6.30 pm. The experience was poor from start to finish. We sat outside as we had a dog with us, We asked for a water bowl three times to no avail. I ordered a pitter with humus, This took almost 40 minutes to arrive. However, during this time the mains That I ordered arrived within 15 minutes. The starter was therefore abandoned so the main meal didn’t go cold. I tried to speak to the staff about it, nobody really cared. Tried to contact directly, nobody replied. During the Friday evening, I was very sick. I can only assume this was due to the food. What was also really sad is that there was a group of young boys opposite, they had evidently organised to have dinner together. Despite ordering at the same time, the food was staggered at approximately 15 minute intervals. Meaning that the two boys waited 15 and 30 minutes, before eating when their friends food finally arrived. I mentioned it’s the manager as I knew that the young boys wouldn’t, the manager just shrugged. I Asked the boys if everything was okay and they said that it was, but the food was cold as it waited so long. I have been visiting Nando’s for about 16 years, and While the quality and experience during this time slowly gets worse, this was a real real shame. I’m hoping that you reach out to refund this visit -had You responded to my attempts to discuss this on the night, or via social channels. I wouldn’t have left this review. Many thanks Karl

They close 40min earlier than advertised closing time. Manager is rude. They use the too good to go app to grab food for themselves and cancel on the customers. Worst Pret Branch I've been to
